Cute little coffee shop located inside the bookstore. There is a small counter to order, and a few small tables outside. The staff was friendly and polite. I came here specifically for an Ube latte after the other place I tried to get one at was a disappointment. Tolima came through with a delicious Ube latte, which are so few and far between, but definitely one of my favorites. Next time I'm craving Ube, I'll be sure to come back here. read more

Wonderful coffee shop located in a cozy little bookstore in downtown Tustin. Got a simple Americano and I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. They also offer Stereoscope beans and a few other coffee gadgets for sale. A great spot to chill with seats all around the shop to sip some coffee while reading a book. Great selection of the newest books, classics, and donations from patrons. Shops like these are becoming less and less, so it is really nice to see a bookstore like this seem to have a nice tight knit community. Only a few parking spots outside, but if you end up not finding one there should still be ample street parking. read more

Cute little place! Took my daughter here when I needed coffee after going to the park up the street. Lovely bookstore with wide selection of books for sale. I really wanted to try their winter mint matcha (doesn't appear to be a seasonal drink from what k can tell) they told me they didn't have the winter mint syrup made. I drove here from Irvine because I wanted to try something new, I was hungry and wanted a nice coffee drink. I had a little trouble finding it because there is a large sign that reads that it's a Arvida Book Company, so I passed it, determined to find it, eventually I got there. Tolima Coffee is located inside Arvida Book Company. The service was good, so was the latte I ordered, the only food they had were gluten free chocolate chip cookies. The bookstore itself was interesting, could be a cool place to hangout and read. The best part of my visit was watching a young boy get super excited about a hard cover book he wanted his mom to buy for him. If your in the area, and want an interesting place to stop for a good cup of coffee or tea, definitely give it try. read more

I loved that this is inside an indie bookstore but the coffee was just ok. I got the honey cardamom latte with oat milk and was underwhelmed at how bland it was. Needed more espresso, more honey, more cardamom. Every ingredient needed a touch "more" (except the oat milk...already diluted). Great little spot for bookworms. TOLOMA COFFEE is found inside this amazing bookstore called Arvida Book Co. In quaint Old Town Tustin. The barista made fantastic Cortados. The Iced Latte is great. Iced Chai Latte is very good too. The line to order was very short and even though the barista was also the cashier and he was the only one working, somehow, there was barely any wait time to get our drinks. The prices are reasonable. You can find street meter parking in the surrounding streets. Must return!!!! read more

I love a good bookstore/ coffee shop combo and this place delivers on both service and quality. This place is truly a gem! The owner is incredibly nice. Service is best in class. My sister frequents this establishment and when she took me here for the first time, I was an immediate fan. The iced vanilla latte is one of the best in the area, IMO; creamy, smooth, and everything you want and more in a latte. No need to add anything because it is made perfectly! I think gifting a book is so meaningful and special. There are a variety of books to choose from and you can purchase new and/ or used books. How happy was I to find a new coffee shop inside Arvida Book Company!! It really is an ideal spot where you can order your drink then browse the book store while you're waiting. They will even find you and bring the coffee to you when it's ready! I had a Flat White, my favorite, and it was very good :) A well-made drink using Stereoscope Coffee beans YUM!! In addition to the typical drinks, they also have a nice specialty menu that includes a Maple Latte, Cardamon Latte & Marshmallow Steamed Milk. And you have plenty of options when it comes to where you can enjoy your tasty beverage. Nice relaxing bookstore. They have new and used books. There is a nice big window in the front with a few barstools or chairs, where you can people watch or sit and enjoy a book. There's also a small chess set, I had my two younger kids and they love playing chess, so this was a nice distraction while I waited for my coffee. The coffee was delicious. I had the ube latte. The barista was very kind to answer all of my questions, as I have never been here before. I would definitely recommend and I love the area. I frequent Tolima Coffee at least 2-3 times a week and have even come from Anaheim to Tustin on days off to grab a latte and a new book to read. They're conveniently located a couple minutes away from work so I pop over for a lavender latte (sometimes multiple for my coworkers who have also fallen in love with their drinks) and they're the best! Stopped in after lunch down the street, and loved the entire experience. I had an iced lavender latte and my husband had the cappuccino. Both were excellent. I love this little coffee shop located inside the bookstore! I stopped by not really sure what I wanted but the owner was very helpful with suggestions. I ended up getting a matcha lavender latte with pistachio milk and this might e been the best one I've had. It was also my first time getting pistachio milk as well, I don't think I'll be able to go back to oat milk after this. I also enjoyed checking out the various book selections they carry inside. They had many of the trending books and new releases I've seen on social media. Def recommend coming here for good reads and coffee! read more
