Drinks: Their matcha tastes very unique and it is a very solid drink. The foam tastes tasty too, and matcha is very strong. Their drinks can be on the sweeter side so I always order less sweet. Staff: The staff are generally friendly, but your experience may vary depending on the person. Ambiance: The shop can get pretty crowded. There are plenty of tables and seats available, and the space itself feels spacious. Super cute and modern cafe! The cafe is small but cozy, and also has seating both indoor and outdoor. The seats don't look too comfy, but there were a handful of people doing work on their laptops when I came. It is a bit loud in there though. Service was overall friendly and quick. The matcha itself was underwhelming. the flavor tasted pretty light and lacked that rich, earthy matcha taste I was hoping for. The cream top definitely carried the drink though; it was smooth, creamy, and honestly the best part. The baked goods were the real highlight for me. I got the banana bread and almond croissant, and both were SO good. Everything tasted fresh and buttery, and I love that they can warm them up for you if you're eating there. Needed a afternoon pick me up so decided to grab Caffe in before taking the kiddos to the park. I got the Madagascar Latte and it did not disappoint. If I could give zero stars I would. This place has the worst customer service. I had complain about 2 drinks and they made it a huge deal when it was only $13.50. They even checked the cameras that's how far they went anywho. Caffe In Coffee Roasters is located in the same plaza as the Chinese Eastern doctor I go to for herbal medicines and cupping. This plaza has low foot traffic, so parking is easy and plentiful. I came here after my cupping session on a Sunday late morning and they were super busy. They had a lot of seating available considering how small the shop is, but the layout is a little weird. For instance, while I was waiting in line to order, the pick up counter was right next to the line so the customers picking up their order may have to bump into you and shuffle around.   Come patient cause there might be a long line, and a slight wait to get your order. I had a Banana Nut Bread ($4), Almond Croissant ($5.75), and a Toffee Nut Almond Latte ($6).   When my order was ready, most of the seats inside was taken and it was really loud so I took my stuff to a table outside. Well the first table I almost sat down at HAD ANTS. So I went to the other table. After seeing the ants, I wasn't comfortable sitting in the area, so I just shuffled the placement of the items so I can hold it efficiently to get to my car.   Their pastries were well baked in the sense that the banana nut bread was moist and the almond croissant was flakey. However they were both too sweet for my liking. Like not lightly too sweet but WAY too sweet. The latte was good. It was just what I needed to stay energized for my upcoming chores.   I wish their pastries were less sweet, because I love pastries... but this was way way too sweet for me.
