White mocha cream top ($6.75) and strawberry matcha ($6)
    Allison L.

Came back while I was in the area to give them another try. They were pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon and there was a short line to order and wait for our drinks. Service was friendly! I would come back for their coffee only. Madagascar vanilla cream top latte (4.5/5): the coffee is strong and a good sweetness Matcha cream top (3/5): a little sweet, and matcha isn't too strong. Cream top is yummy Banana cream matcha (2/5): banana cream was good but a bit runny, matcha tasted watery and bland

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Fun little coffee shop with a great indoor and outdoor space to sit and hang![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The drinks were delicious, we really enjoyed the Maple Creamccino. Everything was made very special and there's a ton more drinks we look forward to trying!

I can't stop thinking of this amazing drink! The coffee is excellent and I love that their cream top is thick and not overwhelming sweet. Can't wait to come back.

This is one of my favorite go to spots for coffee, matcha, and snacks. I usually come to do some work sometimes. The drinks are always on point and do not disappoint. Their zucchini bread and croissants are so delicious! Their burritos are really tasty as well. The staff is always welcoming and helpful! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love the ambiance. It's so pretty and it's usually pretty packed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Very near my house so this place has become my go-to. It's actually very affordable and on the cheaper side compared to other places ($6.5). Drinks: Their matcha tastes very unique and it is a very solid drink. The foam tastes tasty too, and matcha is very strong. Their drinks can be on the sweeter side so I always order less sweet. Staff: The staff are generally friendly, but your experience may vary depending on the person. Ambiance: [[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop can get pretty crowded. There are plenty of tables and seats available, and the space itself feels spacious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I could be wrong, but I think there's an extra charge if you order your drink "for here" and a recommended 2-hour time limit for seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Super cute and modern cafe![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The cafe is small but cozy, and also has seating both indoor and outdoor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The seats don't look too comfy, but there were a handful of people doing work on their laptops when I came.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is a bit loud in there though.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was overall friendly and quick. I ordered a banana cream matcha. The drink is on the sweeter side with the matcha not being very strong. The banana flavor is light and I was glad that it didn't taste artificial. Very creamy and smooth drink. The foam at the top was also creamy and thick. Overall, the drink is pretty light and subtle--I've had other banana matcha lattes where both flavors are very strong and prominent, so this drink was nice in the sense that it didn't feel super heavy. Very yummy drink!

Tried this spot after seeing it all over TikTok, and overall it was decent but a little overhyped. The matcha itself was underwhelming. the flavor tasted pretty light and lacked that rich, earthy matcha taste I was hoping for. The cream top definitely carried the drink though; it was smooth, creamy, and honestly the best part. The baked goods were the real highlight for me. I got the banana bread and almond croissant, and both were SO good. Everything tasted fresh and buttery, and I love that they can warm them up for you if you're eating there. I saved mine for later and they still held up really well. Not sure if I'd come back specifically for the matcha, but I'd probably try their coffee next time since that seemed to be what most people were ordering. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute spot and good pastries, but the viral hype set my expectations a little too high[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Banana Matcha: Awesome! Was creamy, matcha tastes great, and the bananas on top are a nice touch. It leans on the less-sweet side from my experience, which is what I preferred so I loved it. Service is fast and staff is very kind and inviting! They also were helpful in describing their recommendations. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As a study spot, there is some seating, but not lots.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, great spot that I would recommend!

I've been on a banana coffee high and I think this place makes the best banana cream top. There's a strong banan flavor and the cream is rich. Unfortunately the drink comes with one shot of espresso. ($6.75) The almond croissant was divine. Very flakey and lots of almond filling.

    White mocha cream top!!
    Brian L.

What can I say that I've not said before? Great coffee, and always a warm and welcoming staff. White mocha cream top (iced) is my go to, and it never disappoints, very rich and creamy with nicely balanced espresso. Their banana nut bread is unlike anywhere else moist, and flavorful!! So glad to see this location thrive, and exciting to see more shops opening. The owner Jae is passionate about her business and that's really nice to see. I will continue to come no matter how far the trip is!! I love the new branding!

I came here early in the morning (~10am) to grab a drink and study with a friend! [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were a couple open tables, but the only outlets were at the small 3 seat bar area by the window.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The cashier was super patient while I looked through the menu, but there also wasn't a line that early yet. I got the banana matcha, which isn't something I usually get, but I liked it a lot! The banana cream taste definitely stood out. I would definitely come back again, but I would want to make sure my devices were charged first.

AMAZING flavored lattes and great matcha! You will not regret "attempting" a new flavor. I got the earl grey matcha latte and it is DIVINE. Love the pairing, but most importantly love the output!!! So many places use artificial syrups combined with just "ok" matcha. This is definitely a crafted add on with an already great base. 5/5 (more @socalyumiez) Added bonus: the decor and mirrors inside are picture friendly and the servers are all nice and don't mind the photos!

They roast their own coffee in house for starters, and have a menu that gives you plenty of options that will satisfy even the pickiest of coffee drinkers. It isn't too loud for a date or to study, and there is plenty of space for even a solo night out. My go to here will always be the coffee shakes. These are hands down what separates Kean from anything else! I prefer the dark chocolate but honestly I don't know how they perfected this drink. The boba straw is appreciated as the drink is THICK. Give Kean coffee a try, and I promise you this will be on your list of cafes to visit on the regular.

I'm not sure if they still use the same maple syrup to flavor the latte, but it doesn't seem to taste as unique or as good as I remembered. Also, the beans they use for their lattes don't offer any notes that I can pick up. So, for a fairly average latte, it's expensive. The place used to feel more spruced up, and while the decor is mostly the same, it now seems a bit dilapidated. The restrooms aren't very clean, and there's a whole area toward the back that just looks sad. I can't really fault them for that part, because it might be due to renting or zoning issues as it seems like an unused shared space that just looks unkempt. Every time I've been here (on weekend mornings), there's usually only one person working, and sometimes it takes quite a while to get my drink if there's anyone ahead of me.
