I highly recommend the Spanish latte with oat milk. So delicious, very friendly staff, and I liked this cute little coffee shop. They have cool merch too.
Had such a great experience here! I've visited a different location before & was pleasantly surprised to see this location. We got the strawberry latte & oat cereal latte. Both were very delicious & had the perfect ratio of sweet rich notes of espresso. The vibe in here on a Saturday late afternoon was very relaxing where people were on their computers & chit chatting. Our service was above & beyond. As we had come in right before closing and left a wallet there on accident. Right when we called they answered (after closing, so thank you very very much) and happily assisted us with retrieving it!
First time trying this location for MADE Coffee and I really enjoyed its chill yet contemporary vibe. I ordered my staple drink to see if they can get the basics sone right. And they did. The hot vanilla latte had the right balance of bold richness with the complexity expected of a milk-based espresso drink. I just wished they didn't cap the cup before I could drink it. I prefer to take that first sip without the cap on and to see if there is decent latte art not ruined by capping.
Finally tried Made Coffee and was delighted! Very welcoming and kind service by the baristas. Tried the Ube Cloud matcha and was blown away- the ube foam is the best tasting ube i've ever had in a drink- they've really mastered it. Some seating available inside and outside- Honestly this place reminded me a lot of Homeboy Coffee I would have thought they were under the same ownership lol I will definitely come back to try that butterscotch latte & try some of those pastries!
Made Coffee offers rich, amazing and tasty lattes. My strawberry iced latte was creamy, rich but yet not too sweet. The vanilla latte and ham & cheese croissant were also tasty and delicious. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable. I'm glad they have several locations in Orange County. Highly recommended!
Coffee lids are terrible. Got one where the lid cracked. Another where the lid pieces fell into the drink. Also I have 0 idea what the barista was doing. Making drinks out of order. Must've been his first day. Counter culture beans are a plus but it tasted pretty watered down. They don't weigh or timer their shots.. I would go elsewhere.
Finally got to try this place after hearing its hype! I got their cereal latte, and although the cereal flavor is not as strong as I expected, I appreciate the boldness of the coffee flavor. Parking is a little bit tight because the plaza is pretty small. I got my drink hot because it was raining . I tried my friend's pistachio cloud latte, and oh my goodness! the pistachio cloud is divine. The staff is friendly and can make adjustment of my drink. The place is pretty small, but have some few seats for you to work or study.
I bookmarked this cute coffee spot and finally made it there (twice) this week! We were doing staycation at our usual hotel nearby and went here first time on a Monday morning. Loved it so much we decided to come back the following morning, today, before we headed out. Staff was super friendly and so informative of their menu. We love their Oat Cereal latte and matcha. Though, if anything I would have to complain that their iced drinks (matcha) has way too much ice... It's even more than the iced Starbucks drink I usually get, that's why I feel I have to write about it. But, that's on me. I will ask for less ice or little ice next time when I do get an iced drink. We also got a donut, a pear donut, which I mistakened for a matcha donut. But when I took a first bite, omg, it was so good. AND, you know what the perfect combo is??? To DIP the PEAR DONUT into the OAT CEREAL Latte!!!! So good!!!!! You gotta try it! Overall, highly recommend! They are pretty popular!
It's hard to find a spot that makes a good Spanish latte, and after stopping by here on the way home and it was WORTH the extra minutes out of my way. My hubby absolutely loved the Spanish Latte and is willing to make the drive from Whittier. I had the Honey Lavender latte with almond milk and it was perfect! It wasn't too sweet, but perfectly balanced. Their beans are delicious and roasted lightly, so you can taste the bean without it being bitter. The baristas were super friendly and offered suggestions since it was my first time there. This spot is behind Wahoo's and it can be hard to get to. It has a cute, modern and sleek feel to it. Very woody, shick.
The vibe is younger for a coffee shop, I was expecting that since the drinks seem really new age. I tried a total of 3 of the most popular iced lattes and they were good, I think the appeal of the drink could use some work since $8 is the asking price for a small latte. Service was 10/10 staff seemed to get along great so it was inviting.

We love this spot. I got the Mango Matcha Latte and it was super refreshing -- the mango adds just enough sweetness without taking away from the matcha. The Kyoto Cold Brew was smooth, bold, and not bitter at all. Both drinks were easy to drink and tasted really fresh. Service is quick, the branding is cute, and everything feels consistent. Definitely a go-to when we're in the area.
They have BUTTERSCOTCH!!! I've been hunting down this flavor for a while now and I'm so happy I found this place! The coffee was everything my tastebuds were looking for!
A small cafe located in a tiny plaza by Mitsuwa! Parking can be a little tight, but the the parking lot itself wasn't too bad. The cafe interior is clean. It's also small and cozy- a nice chitchat spot! The staff is also friendly and outgoing. Service is quick as well. My friend got the double matcha, while I had gotten the ube matcha. The ube matcha was good. It was very creamy and had a prominent ube flavor. My friend said her double matcha was good, but a bit pricey! With the substitution of oat milk, her total came out to $9! We concluded that if we're in the area and arent sure what cafe to hit up, we'd probably visit this spot again for some matcha! read more
Wow wow... I was honestly so surprised to find that this was one of the best matchas I've ever had in the OC area. The matcha was incredibly smooth, earthy, and had the perfect milk-to-matcha ratio. It actually tasted like matcha instead of being diluted by a giant cup of ice. I tried both the regular iced matcha with blueberry and the special iced matcha with matcha cold foam, and both were absolutely delicious. The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit small, but that's a minor issue. This location is located behind the Wahoo's Fish Taco Overall, I really loved this place and will definitely be coming back to try their other drinks read more
This location of the chain is on the corner of Baker and Bristol in a strip of businesses behind Wahoo's. There is limited parking but the lot was mostly empty when I visited at 8am on a weekday. I was greeted with a smile upon entry and I got in a line of about 8 people. The line would whittle down rather quickly but then would go right back up to about 8, back & forth, during the entire time I was there. Only 2 gals were working but they were like a machine, taking orders and cranking out drinks in a perfectly synchronized barista ballet. I ordered a large hot Spanish latte and chose a chocolate croissant from the pastry case. I declined having the pastry warmed as the chocolate gets melty and gooey-messy all over my hands. She informed me that the latte would have 4 shots of espresso unless I wished otherwise, but I was ready for a good case of coffee jitters. The interior is very small with 6 two-tops crammed together and a window counter with 5 or so chairs. I sat at a table. The latte was perfectly made, served at immediate drinking temperature, with a great quality coffee and a cinnamon flavor that was exactly the right strength. The croissant was fresh with plenty of chocolate inside. By the time I finished it, I looked like a three-year-old; my lips were smeared with chocolate. This was an excellent pastry. I'm rarely in this area (my mechanic is a couple blocks away which is the main reason I was here) but this coffee place is definitely now on my map for a return visit in the future. read more

I was actually on my way to Gremlin Coffee nearby When the street parking situation seemed impossible, (sigh) Mood to turn Gremlin, idea pivot, to where To Made Coffee, yes! small parking lot there My decision making skills waning fast As I looked at the menu options, seemingly vast I ordered a matcha latte half-sweet And then the kind man taking my order described the strawberry/mango flavors as a refreshing treat I picked strawberry as a last minute sweetener pick The orders came out relatively quick The strawberry flavor is a syrup puree mix No room to complain, I was just thankful for a morning drink fix I probably would try it again with just simple syrup to compare Because I like plain to be fair There is minimal seating inside with an AC chill You'll likely leave with an $8+ bill It was worth the trip for me CA weekend lines are a reality xoxo -Op read more
I was in the area and wanted a place where I could easily find parking, get a great, flavorful latte, and pickup some beans for my daily Americano. I saw Made nearby and gave it a shot and so glad I did! The oat cereal latte was the perfect blend of sweet with espresso flavor coming through. Service was kind and quick. Loved the vibes in here and the merch. Especially the pop of yellow on the walls! The beans were roasted only a week ago and were super easy to dial in and get some great shots from. I will be adding Made into my rotation when I'm in the area! read more

I came in around 9AM on Saturday for a study session and it had such a nice upbeat vibe, especially with the music they had on. Staff was nice and patient with me and I got my drink in just a few minutes. They also have wifi and outlets for you to get work done! I ordered the matcha latte with half sweetness of agave (it comes unsweetened). I do wish I tried it unsweetened though since the sweetness took over the flavor. Would love to come back to try their coffee and study again since it had such a great atmosphere! read more

Omg, I tried their strawberry purse matcha. Absolutely delicious. Their matcha is shipped from Kyoto. I got it with coconut milk and honestly I'll be coming back. Service was quick for the line that we had to wait in. read more
service was quick and friendly. Definitely a dog friendly place, there were dog treats and bowl outside. Not a lot of space inside and not a lot of parking so it can get crowded quickly. Coffee wasn't mind blowing but the oat cereal taste was great, but minimal cause I thought there was a little too much milk. Still great! read more
Randomly stopped by here a few months ago and had their Strawberry Latte. It was an amazing Strawberry Latte. A few days ago I suddenly wanted their strawberry latte and completely forgot which coffee shop I got it at. Scrolled through 2 galleries and my google history and zoomed in and out of the map in Costa Mesa to find it again LOL. Very nice indoor environment, always busy, and great service! read more
Made Coffee is such a great spot in Costa Mesa (which original location is from Fullerton). This location mimics the same design of other locations where the space is minimal and modern with a chill vibe. I usually order the Spanish Latte but today tried the Ube Cloud (over matcha latte). The Ube Matcha Latte was almost a winner for me. It's the kind of drink that looks pretty and should tastes just as yummy. The matcha should pairs well with the sweet, nutty flavor of the ube--but the matcha tea seems weak. I wasn't able to taste any "earthy, grassy" note so the tea was on the weaker end. Bummer. Staff was friendly, service was quick, and everything felt super clean and intentional. Definitely coming back to get what I know taste good or try other drinks on the menu! read more

Stopped by Made Coffee in Costa Mesa after the OC Fair Fun Run, and it was exactly what I needed! I tried the Oat Cereal Latte -- it wasn't too sweet, but had a perfect balance with that nostalgic cereal flavor shining through. Super comforting and refreshing after the race. Their croissant was super flaky and perfectly warmed. Yum! The staff were incredibly welcoming, congratulated us on our run, and had such positive energy that made the experience even better. Been here twice and I do love their pistachio cinnamon latte and the passionfruit pastry. I'm not a fan of pastries ot sweets in the morning but when they warm the passionfruit one, it was amazing!!! not too sweet! Very good place for a me-time. note: I liked that they have dog treats and water for dogs to drink! read more
Stopped in on a Saturday morning around 10am and there was already a line out the door, but we easily found parking and upon walking up to the line we realized the shop is kind of small so even if you're fourth in line you may be standing at the door so don't let the line deter you from visiting. The line moved quite fast and we didn't wait too long for our drinks. I enjoyed perusing their baked goods. The vegan donuts looked tempting but I stuck with my dirty horchata which was delicious. The service was quick and friendly and there were a few tables inside and a lot of stools outside. They had a jar of dog biscuits near the door. Cool spot. I'd come back for sure! read more

The employees here are all very helpful and nice, and helped me with questions about the menu. They even offered suggestions which I really appreciated! I settled on the Ube Cloud Matcha. It has light and sweet ube foam that compliments the matcha very well. Coffee snobs should love it here! :) read more
Made is a local coffee shop in a smaller strip center. The vibe is modern minimalistic and they have a large menu of coffees and teas. Their specialty drinks are displayed on the wall like butterscotch latte with cloud foam or pistachios cloud cold brew or oat cereal latte. I always like to try the latte as a baseline. I also ordered their coffee cake. Latte is on the lighter side and the coffee cake was not too sweet and the right amount of delicious. They were able to use my reusable cup which is always a plus. Good service. Diverse menu will keep me coming back. Parking in early morning is great but I can see it becoming difficult as the other business open. Please come and create your own adventure . read more
i loveee made coffee! super slay place with cute merch. there's a couple of tables of studying + a high table and stool setting by the window but it usually fills up pretty fast. there's wifi available and staff are super friendly too! one of my friends and i's favorite go-to spot for drinks :) strawberry matcha 9/10 - matcha flavor isn't the strongest but is still very prominent. star of the show is the fresh strawberry! made perfectly and blends together well. this drink has been very consistent throughout each visit (i've gotten it 3x). highly recommend butterscotch coffee 8/10 - it was so good! despite it's name it's not too sweet at all! would recommend it there's also a cute mirror by the far end of the store near the bathroom for cute mirror pics too :p read more

Drinks are great. Loved the ube cloud matcha. The ube was rich in flavor which is sometimes a gamble since most ube flavored things are just coloring. Ordered 2 drinks and one of our orders supposedly got messed up so the lady gave us an extra one. But actually both drinks did get messed up: milks were swapped and syrups were swapped as well. Probably just the end of the day for the baristas. Otherwise great spot! read more

The butterscotch latte is very smooth and not overwhelming. This is a great new spot with great service and a very relaxed ambiance with space to sit. I would highly recommend this spot and will come back again for another coffee. They also have matcha from Kyoto Japan, which my girlfriend tried and said it reminded her of her Kyoto. We just got back from our Japan trip a month ago and she has been on a matcha kick trying to find quality matcha all over the OC. read more
Nice and small coffee shop! I had their oat cereal latte, which was sweet but not too sweet. Perfect for a cold rainy day when I went! Also paired it with their vegan walnut banana bread, which was also very tasty! If you're looking to study, you might want to get there early. They have a good amount of seats for the size of the shop, but they were all full when I got there except for the bar stool seats. I can also see that parking can be a tad difficult, but I was able easily able to find a space. Service was quick! read more

Made Coffee is such a hidden gem! Their strawberry matcha and mango matcha with almond milk are both so good--refreshing, flavorful, and made with high-quality matcha that really stands out. You can tell they care about the ingredients they use. The shop itself is really cute and aesthetic--perfect for a cozy study session or casual hangout. It is on the smaller side, so if you're planning to stay and work or study, I'd recommend coming early to snag a spot. Delicious drinks, great vibes--definitely one of our new favorites! read more
