Made Coffee is a new coffee shop in Costa Mesa that just soft opened and they are making lovely drinks with friendly service. The interior is bright and colorful when you walk in and the staff warmly greet you. There's some seating with about 4 to 5 tables and I love how there's photos from recent customers plastered on the counter! Their menu has a good variety of drinks to choose from ranging from coffee to matcha to teas. I opted to go for the ube cloud matcha and it was fantastic. The ube cloud foam was flavorful and paired well with the matcha which I got with simple syrup. It was a great combination without being too sweet. Overall, I'm glad there's another excellent coffee shop in town and the staff here are having a fun time and it's great talking with them. I went here with a friend and there were a lot of great drinks options. It made it hard to choose. We landed on a Spanish latte and the une cloud matcha. Both were delicious and served in a timely manner. The baristas were friendly and the space had pretty decent seating. I wouldn't recommend for large groups but 2-4 is perfect. read more

I live really close to Made Coffee in Fullerton but happened to look up coffee spots when I was in the area and had no idea they opened one in Costa Mesa Drinks and service were amazing, per usual! It's a smaller space with a few tables, high top seats, and about 4 outlets. However, the parking here is so inconvenient. Really good drinks! Made is tucked in a little plaza close to the camp, and I honestly really like their drinks compared to other coffee shops in the area. Service was helpful and knowledgeable, and mentioned that they import their strawberry puree from Korea, which I thought was a really cool and unique detail. I didn't end up going for the strawberry matcha, but their oat matcha chacha was phenomenal (it tasted just like Cinnamon Toast Crunch). Inside, they a modern interior with a warm ambiance and about 5-6 tables for seating. For their menu, they have a nice selection of different coffee, tea, matcha, loose leaf tea, and lemonade drinks to choose from. I opted to try the Matcha Cha-Cha which consists of matcha and cinnamon. I enjoyed the flavor palette of the drink and it had a great balance without being too sweet. the butterscotch latte (75% sweet) w/ cream is possibly one of my most favorite coffees i've ever had. if i'm ever around, this is one of the spots i try to find an excuse to go to no matter what. usually i'm in and out, but i did study here once and it was a great spot, but does get pretty busy around mid-day (on weekends at least) so the space is somewhat crowded and can get a bit loud. the spanish latte is also delicious, but i just absolutely love the butterscotch. their cream is a also the best i've had (at least to my preference) with great service as well. must go read more

I only tried the kouign amann but the others in my group also got drinks. They l liked the drinks. The kouign amann we got was a passion fruit kouign amann. They can warm it up for you if you prefer. The selection of coffee beverages looked so good and ended up having the pistachio cloud cold brew. It was quite delicious and 100% would get it again. If I could give 5 stars I would. I love Made coffee. I'm here every week, mostly twice a week. The service is always friendly. They have dog treats and pup cups for their 4 legged friends. Top 3 drinks that are my favorite are: Matcha Chacha, the Lavendar Honey Latte, and the Oat Cereal latte. Their pastries are really good too. What I love about this place is how much effort they put into making their drinks. Every drink is EXPERTLY crafted. If the machine pulls a shot too long, they'll recalibrate and repull. The inside is also very nice- there's bar seating and seating along the wall. My coworkers and I call this place "MA-DE" and we have a term we use "MA-DE all Day!" when we go to get our coffee. read more

Got the cereal latte with regular milk and it was delicious. Not too sweet and not too coffee-y. They have seating inside with tables and another with a high bar and chairs and some stools outside. Taste: I intentionally adjusted the sweetness level because I prefer more of the matcha umami taste than anything however it was still too sweet. They don't use additional sweetener and instead use strawberry puree yet it still felt like a cup of sugar. My boyfriend didn't adjust anything and it was also much sweeter due to the maple syrup. I got a cold brew with sugar-free hazelnut syrup. It was a delicious cold brew and the hazelnut flavor enhanced it nicely. It was rich and deep and smooth. The barista who helped me provided excellent service. We had pleasant conversation and a good laugh about me being a coffee critic. She made sure that I was pleased with the amount of syrup she put in. My friend got a jasmine coconut tea and said it was very good . She also got a drink from the grab and go case. There were these tiny stools outside that we were sitting on and since they were so small, I topped over on it! There was some seating inside, but it was all taken. The interior was minimally decorated, but it was cute . The price was a bit excessive. I love the cute logo on the cup. I like how I got to watch their cold brew being made because their machine was out in the open. They accepted contactless payment. It was easy to find parking. I got an iced oat cereal latte with pistachio cold foam and my sister got an iced Spanish latte with vanilla foam. They both were really good. Made has a cozy and welcoming vibe, they even have treats for your furry friends. The workers were all friendly, we were stuck with what drinks to get and the helped us choose these drink orders. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks to come out. It's a 30 minutes drive from me but totally worth it. If it was closer, I would be coming here everyday. Took my 2 yo with me to try Made! She ordered "purple milk" and while redirecting her towards a steamer or hot chocolate the barista said "oh we can make that happen! Went to this place with my wife and close friend, and it was a great spot for some good vibes and also some great drinks! We weren't planning on coming here and stumbled on this place as a quick stop, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The inside was very small, and they had a few spots to sit and chill, but I would not recommend it for big groups. However, they had some good music and great little decor around. The shirts they had were pretty sick as well and honestly was tempted to potentially get one even after the first visit. We ended up ordering a Matcha Latte with Ube on top, and at first, it was not quite what I expected. But once it mixed in a bit more and the sweetness of the Ube sunk to the bottom, the flavor was truly amazing. It is not overly sweet, and the matcha was very strong and in every sip. As well as the Ube was the perfect amount of ube and not overbearing the matcha at all. The guys making the drinks were also very kind and had great vibes with them as well.
