Need a pick me up before work? Stop by the Caffeine Club! There are so many options! I ordered the Mexican Mocha. It definitely helped keep me awake! The parking is pretty easy for a quick coffee trip (:

I was recently out on a Saturday and decided to try a new coffee shop. The shop I located in a larger shopping center an it was a little hard to locate. The shop is cute and when we arrived there was a line. I decided to try the Einspanner Latte. The drink was pretty good. My husband opted for the Snickerdoodle Latte and he was on the fence with his drink. The stag was ok, not overly friendly or warm. Service 3.5/5 Drinks 4.5/5 Ambiance 4/5

Have stopped in a few times and have tried a few things... Number one by far is the blueberry danish!!!! Number two is cinnamon roll Number three earl grey matcha Have tried a few others and all are okay to good but these are my note worthy ones. The team is kind, helpful, and welcoming. There are a few spots to sit and study but a lot. Good drinks, great food, and decent vibes for a local little coffee shop. Also they have a phone number based rewards system.

12/5/2025 ICED EARL GREY MATCHA LATTE I asked for whole milk. I really loved the earl grey flavor coming through! Strong flavor yet it complemented the matcha with it's floral bergamot flavor! The matcha must have had floral notes too, as it did not make a sharp distinction between the two types of tea. Loved it and would love to re-order in the future! CORTADO Haven't had a cortado in awhile, so decided to order this. Unfortunately, it did not taste as expected. The coffee tasted slightly burnt, too bitter without any steamed milk! It was not a smooth drink. I think the barista forgot the milk and gave me straight up espresso! Lol! I added some raw sugar beforehand, yet it tasted overly bitter. Would not order this again. Yes, could have asked the barista to re-make it again, but unfortunately, I was already on the road! AMBIANCE / SEATS A simple cafe. Nothing fancy. However there were a few tables and seats inside as soon as you walk in. Also, a small bench provided for those who are having their coffee to go. There is outdoor seats as well. CUSTOMER SERVICE The barista was helpful in answering my questions and she was friendly too. PARKING Inside strip mall shared with other businesses. Medium-sized parking lot. It was not difficult to find parking, especially in front of the coffee shop.

I tried the Caffeine Club for the first time and I got the Iced Snickerdoodle and my sister got an iced vanilla latte. The location is in a shopping center with plenty of parking surrounding it. I went on a Sunday around 3pm so a little before closing. The employees were extremely kind and greeted us warmly. There are about three small tables inside and some bar stools. When we got our drinks, i could definitely taste the cinnamon in the Snickerdoodle which was delicious and my sister really enjoyed the flavor in her drink. Their other drinks sound tasteful as well and I would definitely come back and try this place again.

I recently visited The Caffeine Club and will definitely be coming back. It's a really cool spot to hang out, whether you're catching up with friends or just need a place to study. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I ordered the Jason Special, a simple coffee on paper, but thoughtfully executed and full of flavor. It's a great reminder that when the fundamentals are done right, simplicity stands out. f you're in the Costa Mesa area, I'd highly recommend checking this place out.

Got the Earl Grey Matcha. Very light, sweet, and floral! I normally prefer double matcha or matcha einspanner, so I'm used to a darker green, but the matcha flavor was definitely still there. I probably would've like a bit creamier in flavor or texture, but still so good. I would get it again!!

While on vacation, I searched high and low for a truly great matcha. My usual go-to when I'm traveling is Better Buzz, so my standards are pretty high. I turned to Yelp to find a highly rated local coffee shop, and it definitely did not disappoint. I ordered the strawberry matcha with vanilla cold foam, and it was hands down one of the best matchas I've ever had. The flavor was smooth and perfectly balanced -- not too sweet, not too earthy -- and the vanilla cold foam was the perfect finishing touch. My husband ordered the salted hazelnut latte and absolutely loved it. It was rich, flavorful, and crafted just right. The ambiance was casual and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy your drink. The baristas were friendly, welcoming, and clearly knew what they were doing. If you're ever in the area and looking for a quality coffee shop, I highly recommend The Caffeine Club. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town.

I have been wanting to go to this coffee shop for so long but always end up going somewhere else. Finally decided to go and loved it! My dog was allowed inside and we even got a pup cup with a Bocce's in it! Coffee was really good, and it looked like a good study area. Didn't look like there was a lot of outlets tho. Croissant was okay, but still good

I am not sure if this is the same place that used to be here with a different name but I don't think it is because I loved it!! I got their einspanner latte I believe(?) and it was stunning! the espresso color and creaminess of it all wow. came right before close to grab and go and the girl that helped me out was so kind!

I visited here late on a weekday afternoon, a half hour before their 4pm closing time. I ordered an Einspanner and chose a blueberry pastry from the small number of offerings still left at the end of their day. There are a couple of tables inside and a couple outside but I chose to sit at the window counter. The pastry was fresh and berry delicious (a nice surprise considering it was near closing time). The Einspanner was perfection. They serve it iced. A vanilla latte made with strong espresso (a couple shots I think) and a sweet cream on top...so good! They are known for their Einspanner and justly so - it's definitely the best one I've had. Staff were pleasant and there is plenty of parking in the plaza lot they're located in. Although they didn't swear me in, I still consider myself an official member of The Caffeine Club now.

Caffeine club is a club that I would happily join any day. I stop by this coffee shop and the exterior is quite impressive. The space inside is very good for hanging out and working. I ordered the Matcha espresso latte. It was delicious. The dusting of Matcha and espresso powder on top just provides an elegance to the cold foam and I love that. it was refreshing and a wonderful start to my day. The pastry case, which I did not take a picture, was a little lacking on a Thursday morning. Easy parking. Casual. Indoor and outdoor seating. Please come and create your own adventure.

Einspanner (5/5): a balanced drink, tasty without being too desserty. Sweet enough for someone who has a sweet tooth, but it's packed with caffeine. The foam adds a nice creaminess to it, but luckily it doesn't overmilkify the strength of the coffee. Iced Shaken Espresso, adding my choice of brown sugar syrup (3/5): slightly disappointed since I've had delicious shaken espressos that were filled to the top of the cup before. This one kinda missed the mark for me, especially since it wasn't really brown sugary enough. The large amount of ice diluted the drink quickly, and since it wasn't very sweet or strongly flavored to begin with, I was left with a watery coffee. Maybe someone who orders americanos might like it. I'm split on service since the first time I went, the female staff were quite busy and showed it through their right-down-to-business attitude and rushed movements. The second time, it was a more relaxed environment, and they were friendly and accommodating. I understand things can get stressful during busy times, though. At least they're knowledgeable about the menu and are quick and accurate when making drinks. Find The Caffeine Club in the far corner of the small plaza off Adams Ave from Harbor Blvd. Has a free parking lot and is close to good food in the Costa Mesa area.

Steak was cooked perfectly, frittes could use some work. My friend had the poke and cleaned his plate (bowl?). Tried the matcha berries & cream which was nice. (Does anyone work anymore!? ) The longest I waited was an hour but that was 3 weeks after opening. And I can tell you, as long as you have the time it will be worth it. The overall aesthetic is coastal cowboy meets rustic modern. There is a ton of seating with a great outdoor patio. Parking in the back is pretty slim, so your best bet is street parking. You can either get lucky or park around the block, depending on the day / time. My absolute favorite coffee is the Hawaiian Cowboy. It flavor profile is a nutty tasting honey that's refreshing yet not overly sweet. You can actually taste the espresso without it being too powerful. This coffee is worth the wait. Their other drinks are also good, but this one takes the cake. They have a pretty expansive food menu as well, so it's much more than "just a coffee shop". And you can't forget about their baked goods. O M G. It's from a local bakery (sift bakery) who makes the best non basic treats around. Salty horse found its place at the top of my list in a very saturated coffee market.

At the Costa Mesa location, parking was a little tricky at first, but after circling we got lucky with a corner spot. The location itself is SO cute! It's right next to colorful barrel fountains, and on a sunny day it honestly felt like the perfect coffee outing. The line was pretty long and you are standing in direct sun, so just keep that in mind, but the service was quick and efficient once you order. Inside, it's small but really charming, with Sunny Angels hidden around and a very open, friendly vibe. My sister (who is basically a professional coffee drinker at this point ) got the matcha and said it was her favorite, which says a lot. I got the iced Spanish latte with oat milk, and it was SO good. Spanish lattes are my go-to, and this one had the perfect hint of cinnamon without being overly sweet. Even as the ice melted, it still tasted great, which is rare. The Torrance location was just as good! Parking was easier, the space is bigger, and the service was still super friendly and fast. My husband got the cold brew "Nook way" and finished it in like 10 minutes. He said it tasted like Golden Grahams cereal. Highly recommend both locations and especially the Spanish latte. The parking however, was VERY filled during this time. The line was huge for a 11:00am on a Friday morning. We were bummed that the QR code was not working on the very cute wooden signage outside the coffee shop while we were in line, which was a bummer. The Honey Oat Latte with oat milk was delicious. I am notorious for chugging my iced coffee but this was absolutely delicious. A sweet, subtle honey sweetness taste and the creamy oat milk was divine. My manager's Spanish Latte was so much better & I will be getting that next time! We bought our other coworker the Strawberry Matcha, which we did not try & we were worried after the fact because it did not look like it had strawberries in it, but she confirmed it was very tasty and tasted the strawberry! The outside seating areas in this outdoor area was very cute. Lots of fun art, the directory was creative, the CD tunnel was the coolest part! We also walked over to the breakfast burrito place as well. This seems like a nice area to come and relax and just people watch and enjoy a delicious iced latte from Nook.

There is limited parking but the lot was mostly empty when I visited at 8am on a weekday. I was greeted with a smile upon entry and I got in a line of about 8 people. The line would whittle down rather quickly but then would go right back up to about 8, back & forth, during the entire time I was there. Only 2 gals were working but they were like a machine, taking orders and cranking out drinks in a perfectly synchronized barista ballet. I ordered a large hot Spanish latte and chose a chocolate croissant from the pastry case. I declined having the pastry warmed as the chocolate gets melty and gooey-messy all over my hands. She informed me that the latte would have 4 shots of espresso unless I wished otherwise, but I was ready for a good case of coffee jitters. The interior is very small with 6 two-tops crammed together and a window counter with 5 or so chairs. I sat at a table. The latte was perfectly made, served at immediate drinking temperature, with a great quality coffee and a cinnamon flavor that was exactly the right strength.
