Fe Caphe is a hidden gem in Santa Ana and perfect if you want quality coffee without the usual café wait. It's located inside a cloud kitchen, so it's more of a grab-and-go concept, but the experience is super smooth and modern. You can order ahead or place your order on the tablet when you arrive. Once your drink is ready, you just scan the QR code and your locker pops open with your drink inside -- quick, easy, and perfect for busy mornings. I tried the matcha einspanner and their house coffee, and both were solid. The matcha einspanner was creamy with a rich matcha flavor that wasn't overly sweet, and the house coffee was bold and smooth -- great if you like your coffee strong and clean. Even without a traditional café setup, the drink quality really stands out. Definitely a great stop if you're in the area and want a reliable coffee run without the wait. Will be back to try more.

10/10. Everyone needs to keep this business going! Ghost cafe, so you go inside, scan your phone, and they'll send you a link to open your locker for your drink. Strawberry matcha and banana matcha were absolute hits!!! It's been a minute since a matcha drink has left me wanting to go back the next day for more. Don't be alarmed by the unassuming location. Give this place a shot.

Stopped by this spot on a Tuesday. Was actually a ghost kitchen inside the South Coast Takeout that has many other food/drink restaurant options. Simple self-ordering kiosks/online ordering available along with pickup lockers. Opted for their Matcha Einspanner, which had a decent matcha flavor and slightly oversweetened at their recommended level at 75%. Overall, a convenient little spot for a quick drink pickup during a break.

This spot is a hidden gem!! The drinks are really good, and I would def recommend it!! It's a convenient quick option House Coffee- Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk and salted foam. This was seriously one of the better house coffees I've had. It was sweet and creamy, and the coffee itself was so good. I even had my coworkers try it later and they loved it Banana Matcha- A matcha latte with banana cream and toffee bits. I reallyyy liked this one too! The banana cream was pretty light and airy, which I appreciated! Sometimes, banana cream can be too heavy or too intense, but this one was perfect. That with the matcha was the perfect earthy, but refreshing and creamy drink with a touch of sweetness. I also usually don't like the toffee bits on top of banana drinks, but I actually liked these ones My coworkers liked this too LOL It's located inside South Coast Takeout, which has a variety of restaurants within it. It might seem confusing at first, but it's actually so simple. You basically just order on the screen, scan your receipt, and you're given which locker they put your order in to receive! I w

We saw this place when ordering sushi at the ghost kitchen and decided to give it a shot! It's a super small room where you order at a kiosk and pick up your food in a locker. Given there was no one when we were there, we got our drinks pretty quick. The banana matcha had a strong matcha flavor and I appreciated that the banana flavor didn't taste artificial. The lychee jasmine was refreshing but nothing too special. The drinks were a bit on the pricier side tho.

Amazing matcha - you can tell they use high quality matcha and Vietnamese coffee was strong and the foam was delicious! Highly recommend

super quick and easy! fe caphe is a ghost kitchen located in south coast takeout. you can order online or at the kiosk inside to receive a qr code to scan and pick up your order in the locker area. i got the strawberry matcha (50% sweet) and passion orange tea (75% sweet) both drinks are great! wish i did 75% or even just the regular sugar for the matcha but the strawberry puree did add to the sweetness which is nice. the passion orange tea is super refreshing and has a big orange slice on top. love how convenient everything is!

I heard about Fe Caphe as I was stumbling around yelp trying to find some new places to try. When I tried it for the first time I was generally surprised by the quality of the drinks. With so many coffee/tea places in OC sometimes it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack as they say. I was immediately surprised by the quality of the drinks. For context, when I think of coffee/tea I expect to taste that flavor profile come through to my senses. As I mentioned before with so many places to try here I feel like many of them may be aesthetically pleasing but fails in flavor and taste. Definitely check Fe Caphe out and you will not be disappointed. This place is located in the South Coast Takeout building. Service is self serve which you order online and you can pickup via lockers. My personal favorite drink at the moment is the strawberry matcha. The matcha tea flavor is very strong which then is balanced well with the milk and strawberry jam. Jasmine lychee is also very well crafted as the tea flavor is again strong which is then balanced with the sweetness of the lychee. I think you can see the theme. Overall, I can tell there is a lot of thought and passion put into the drinks as they are one of the best I've tried. Cheers everyone!

Love this place!! Their Vietnamese coffee (we got less sweet) was very strong, just how I like my coffee. The banana matcha (we got unsweetened) was really good also, the banana flavor was strong and had a crunch in it which added texture to the drink. They whisk the matcha fresh and you can really tell in the drink. You can tell the banana was housemade also. We don't like sweet drinks or artificial tasting drinks so we were happy with how the drinks turned out. I love banana drinks so am always down to try banana drinks whenever I see them on the menu. Ordering was super fast and convenient. This is located at the ghost kitchen called South Coast Takeout where you can place your order at the kiosk and they will notify you when your order is ready and you can pick it up at the lockers. Great service, super friendly and accommodating. The owners even called me to make sure the drink I wanted was the right and desired amount of sweetness. Will definitely be coming back!!

Decided to stop by to this new coffee shop to support some friends. It's located at the ghost kitchen in Santa Ana bright yellow building hard to miss when you drive by. There's a kiosk inside to order from and then your drinks will be ready in the lockers behind. I ordered a Banana Matcha and my gf got the coffee with salt foam. Both drinks were very good the matcha was top tier and the banana flavor was perfect. I got unsweetened and felt like it definitely satisfied my craving. My gfs drink was also pretty tasty. We both don't like sweet drinks and these two definitely hit the spot with the flavors we were going for. It's close to home so we'll definitely be back to try the teas next time.

The family and I felt like caffeine after lunch at Pho 79. We love trying different Vietnamese coffee shops in the OC and this place popped up in our search. They have strawberry matcha which is my daughter's favorite so we decided to try it out. The coffee shop is located in a commercial building along with other restaurants. These are ghost kitchens made more for food delivery services but you can order and pickup on site from a kiosk. I actually prefer it because we don't feel rushed and it's really easy. There are secure lockers where you pick up your order from. We ordered 3 drinks to try and they were really good! I decided to write a review because it seems they just opened. BTW, they have a promo from the ordering screen so win win. Marble Latte: It's a latte so it has more milk than your typical ca phe sua da but that did not take away from the flavor and potency of the coffee. The coffee was strong, smooth, with the perfect amount of sweetness at 75%. Jasmine Milk Tea: I ordered this with sweetness at 75%. You can taste the quality of the jasmine tea. They brewed it perfectly and it wasn't bitter at all. It had a wonderful full bodied jasmine flavor and wasn't watered down like other teas I've had. Would order again if I don't feel like coffee. 5/5 Strawberry Matcha: The matcha was very pronounced in this drink. It wasn't super milky and they didn't skimp on the strawberry. Matcha, strawberry and milk ratio was perfect for us. (See photo for reference) I like more matcha in my drink and I got it with this. I had one sip and my daughter would not let me have it back. 5/5 would order again. Overall, I was very satisfied with my first taste of this coffee shop. I would visit again if I were in the area because we want to try the other coffee and tea drinks. The service was quick, my drinks were packed carefully and securely in a holder and bag. Thank you!

Just.....silence........so I awkwardly ordered my drink. Once I said my order, she turned her head to the specials menu, and had a cold, blank expression, which made me think that it was out or that they couldn't do what I asked. I asked her if the drink I ordered was available, and there was a long pause before she dryly laughed it off and said that she didn't register what I was saying. It felt like a lame excuse and it felt so awkward; so I just tried to be as polite as possible and continued with my order. I wanted to just sit down and leave asap. It was so disorienting because she had acted in a completely different way with the girl before me. Enchanted Coffee did exactly that. I stopped by around 12:40 p.m. on a weekday, and the café was already bustling with customers. Luckily, I found the perfect outdoor seat where I could enjoy the sunshine without sitting directly in it. Inside was clean and welcoming, with mostly high-top seating, a communal island, and a small corner with traditional tables. Being on the shorter side, I knew the patio was my best option. During my visit, I also noticed guests enjoying the café with their dogs, adding to the relaxed neighborhood feel. Whenever I visit a new restaurant or coffee shop, I'm looking for more than great food. I'm paying attention to the experience. Customer service is where I believe businesses either shine or fall flat, and it's often what determines whether I'll return. I ordered the Lox Bagel along with a lavender oat milk matcha. I asked if I could add a single shot of espresso, but Elizabeth explained they pull two shots at a time. I laughed and told her, "I don't want you to dump it," so I happily took the double shot. She also let me know the bagel would likely take 20-25 minutes because only two employees were working. I appreciated her honesty and told her to take her time. Instead, my food arrived in less than 10 minutes. The Lox Bagel came on an everything bagel which was my choice, smoked salmon, cream cheese, arugula, tomatoes, red onion, and capers. They serve it whole, allowing you to slice it yourself. The bagel had the perfect toasted crunch, while the combination of creamy cream cheese, fresh vegetables, salty capers, and rich salmon created a bite that was balanced and incredibly satisfying. The dirty lavender matcha paired beautifully with it. As more customers continued to pour in, I couldn't help but watch how the staff handled the growing crowd. People patiently waited in line, squeezed into available seats, grabbed drinks to go, and somehow everything continued flowing smoothly. Even with only two employees working, the service never lost its warmth. Enchanted Coffee captivated me with more than its coffee. It was the hospitality, the honesty, and the overall experience that won me over. Needless to say, they've earned themselves a new weekly customer. If you're in the area or simply want to be captivated by the drinks, food and service...definitely give them a try.
