The baristas know their craft, and will be patient and take care of you if you are new to coffee and starting out! It isn't too loud for a date or to study, and there is plenty of space for even a solo night out. My go to here will always be the coffee shakes. These are hands down what separates Kean from anything else! I prefer the dark chocolate but honestly I don't know how they perfected this drink. The boba straw is appreciated as the drink is THICK. I can't really fault them for that part, because it might be due to renting or zoning issues as it seems like an unused shared space that just looks unkempt. Every time I've been here (on weekend mornings), there's usually only one person working, and sometimes it takes quite a while to get my drink if there's anyone ahead of me.

The plaza has plenty of parking and houses a few other ethnic restaurants and spas, so it's very easy to get to during a Disneyland trip. Inside, there are tons of stuff from the Levant, spices, halal gummies, imported chocolates, homemade Dubai chocolate, and a huge selection of Turkish delights and roasted nuts made by them. They also have a wide variety of baklava and fresh knafeh right there ready to cut, which is a sweet cheese dessert with a fun kataifi crunch. The gentleman who helped me was very kind, though there was a slight language barrier. He let me try a bunch of nuts when I inquired - and I sort of had to, since several varieties were unlabeled, or just had a sign for what they were, or what the flavor was, but not vice versa. The nuts were good and seemed like a good and healthy snack to bring into a theme park or to have at home. I thought the flavors I tried were hard to distinguish from another after a while, and subtle. I had the fresh Dubai chocolate and thought it was pretty nice, distinctly bitter, nutty, moist, with tons of fresh kataifi crunch. You do have to keep it refrigerated though, as I assume it's made with ingredients that wouldn't hold well together at room temperature - typically a better sign in terms of paleo diets if you've ever made paleo chocolates for yourself. It's a bit atypical from other Dubai chocolate as the filling quantity here is uniquely generous. It's very rare to see a cute, almost timeless shop like this, containing lots of traditional and authentic goods. Would enjoy revisiting to try their coffee and the nearby food.
