The orange Americano is really good I think the menu here is very interesting, and more special than other coffee shop. The price is also good. I like the service and vibes as well
There are plenty of parking spaces. They are located inside 7Leaves and have indoor seating/tables available. I got the Strawberry Crema Latte, and it was okay. I didn't like the flavor; it had hints of Strawberry flavor, which was fine, but the coffee itself wasn't that great. Cotti is located inside the Leaf and Cream. Their menu is huge with a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. I tried the cloud opera latte as it can come unsweetened and I wanted to try the espresso mousse on top. Parking relatively easy. Casual. Please come and create your own adventure.
TLDR: get the app, get your $0.99 drink, never return I dropped by Cotti Coffee to redeem their 99-cent drink offer when you download the app. Should I have sold my phone number for $0.99? Probably not.. but I digress. I got the Coffee Cream Top Matcha, which is their matcha latte topped with coffee cream. Not sure in which dystopian world cream is made without well.. cream but my latte was topped with foam, like straight up coffee-flavored dish soap foam. And the matcha was definitely more green tea. Anyway, if you really need a drink and have $0.99 to spare, try this place out! Just skip out on the "cream tops" and the matchas.
Pampas Crema Jasmine Latte was a major disappointment - super watery and milky. It was so bland; I couldn't detect the jasmine in it. The small amount of coffee in it was sad, and the coffee itself was flavorless. I know I'm not alone in feeling this way because a friend tried this drink last month and thought it wasn't enjoyable at all. It's part of the "Signature Milk Coffee" menu, so maybe they're more milk-forward than coffee-forward? If I were to come back, I'd go for something safe like a Toffee Hazelnut Latte from the "Classic Coffee" menu. I agree with some Yelpers about the staff, specifically an employee who acted like she didn't want to be there. The taller girl who took my order was standoffish, with no effort to help with my questions about the menu and ingredients. I would have appreciated if she had taken the initiative to describe drinks to a first-timer instead of just listening to many follow-up questions and only responding with a curt yes or no (zero elaboration), as if she was annoyed, antsy to do something else. Also, why is there a picture of a coconut next to the drink when this employee told me there is no coconut in it? And why make ordering so confusing by having certain drinks ordered on a kiosk and others at the register? On the other hand, the shorter girl was much more oriented towards customer service. She was patient, willing to answer our other questions, and had an overall pleasant demeanor. Interior is small, with a couple of tables available. Parking can be hectic in that plaza (shared with THH and Sake2Me), but it's free and accessible off the 5 freeway.
I love sparkling cold brews and Cotti Coffee has been my go-to spot. Cotti Coffee shares a space with Leaf n Cream. -- Grapefruit Sparkling Cold Brew [5/5]: The espresso goes extremely well with the grapefruit juice. I ordered the specialty medium roast with no sugar. This is so refreshing and perfect for the summer. -- Orange Sparkling Cold Brew [3/5]: I enjoyed the grapefruit sparkling cold brew better. The orange sparkling cold brew had a bitter aftertaste. I look forward to trying the apricot sparkling cold brew on my next visit. I would recommend Cotti Coffee for fruity coffees!
IYKYK.. Vietnamese coffee shops are the best! Next level for sure... we popped in to get a Thai Tea and a Vanilla Latte to go with our sandwich from next door.. the service was amazing.. the guy who greeted us and took our order couldn't have been nicer.. coffee and tea was great with fair prices and a clean environment. Plenty of parking.. places to sit and work if you want.. give them a try.
Tried out the new Cotti Coffee, which is sharing a space with Leaf n Cream. On my first visit, I had the Toffee Oolong Yuenyeung Latte with regular sweetness. It wasn't overly sweet at all--the nutty toffee flavor came through nicely without overpowering the oolong milk. On my second visit, I tried the Pampas Crema Jasmine Latte. The jasmine and coconut notes were hard to detect at first--it mostly tasted like straight coffee. However, as it sat for a bit, I started to notice subtle hints of jasmine. Probably a better pick if you're into a stronger coffee profile. The space itself is chill, great for a quick hangout or studying. I'll come back to try more drinks as it's near my work.
Cotti Coffee is a widely popular coffee chain from China with its first location open in OC in the Tustin area! This spot is in the same plaza as THH Sandwiches and shares a space with Leaf N Cream. There are a decent amount of parking spots in the plaza. A tip I would recommend is to download their mobile app before heading over. They have a deal going on where you get a 99 cent drink coupon and an additional 4 more 30% off coupons when you first sign up. For their menu, they have a wide selection of some unique coffee, milk tea, and fruit tea drinks. Wifey and I opted to try the Stardust Oolong Milk Tea and the Blue Grapefruit Delight. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed both of the drinks we got and liked the balance of sweetness. Inside, there are only a couple of tables for seating so I would say this is more of a grab and go type of spot. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Cotti Coffee welcome to OC!
So happy they opened a Cotti Coffee in OC! Make sure to download the app for two $0.99 drink coupons and four 30% off coupons :) I typically get the Coco Cotti and Mango Coco Latte with full sweet and the drinks come out perfect every time and not too sweet. I placed my order on the app and the drinks were out within 3 minutes! This was one of my favorite coffee places in China and so happy they're expanding more here. Prices are also not bad as well and the store does have some seating and is overall kept really clean and nice. They also share a space with Leaf N Cream so you can also get boba here as well! Update: I also got the Blue Pampas Coco Frappe and that's definitely my favorite drink now. The coconut flavor is very prominent and fresh and does not have that artificial taste at all. Definitely a refreshing drink to get in the summer. One thing is I would note is in the app, they state that there's boba in the drink and I had selected that option when ordering but there was no boba in my drink.
Saw that this place opened up right next to THH sandwiches and within the same building as leaf and cream! I drove to get my morning coffee as a little pick me up for work! This coffee company is based out of Hong Kong and their drinks are perfectly sweetened (not too sweet!) will be updating my review with things I try that are good! **Toffee Oolong Yuengyeung Latte Iced** This is a coffee latte with oolong and toffee flavors, not too sweet and the toffee flavor isn't overpowering! Which is great because I don't like the toffee flavors in places like Starbucks which literally hurt my face because of how sweet they are, it's a nice balanced and refreshing cup, and I could order it at normal sweet! **Coco Cotti Iced ** A must-try if you love coconut and coffee! I got this drink for my mom and I took a sip and it was absolutely lovely ! Again, not too sweet and the coconut flavor really does punch through the coffee in a nice smooth way. It was my first time trying a fruity coffee and I definitely am curious to try their other selections with mango.
Downloaded the app and unfortunately the $.99 drink was only showing on my phone and not my husband's. The cashier wasn't able to help us. I ordered the cloud mousse blue Coco latte and while the coconut milk had a nice flavor it was lacking in coffee/caffeine. This place won't be my go to for quality coffee drink drinks.

We were a little confused at first because the sign was LeafnCream. From what it looks like you can order from both cause they're combined. Upon entering we were greeted right away. The person taking our order was very friendly. It's pretty spacious inside and the facility was clean. We ordered a mango cream matcha milk tea and a mango coconut frappe. Both with regular sweet level. We enjoyed both drinks. I'd give an 8/10. read more

New coffee shop in Tustin with fairly reasonable prices! This is a popular chain in China and their first store in OC. They had their grand opening this weekend. You can either order on the kiosk in store or place an online order / through the app. If you're a new user, your first drink is $0.99, and they also give you coupons. Since it was late afternoon and we didn't want caffeine, we ordered the mango coconut frappe, and it was good with just the right amount of sweetness from the mango sauce. We also got a free coco pearl for sharing on social media. Overall, good variety on the menu for coffee and non coffee drinkers alike and fast service. read more

Got the Gen Z welcome stare here, but I still gave it a chance and ordered. The "frappe" I received had so much block ice in it. They obviously just robotically pushed the blend button for 2 seconds. They must have seen that it was not well blended when they were pouring the beverage into the cup and yet still served it. Order 364 9/20/25 read more
Stopped by for THH next door and saw this place so i wanted to check it out. Although the menu was limited this morning, I was hoping there would be more matcha options. I got the cloud mousse matcha and I honestly didn't know it would be mixed with coffee (if it isn't correct me!) it is REALLY strong so if that is your cup of tea definitely come here! The coffee taste overpowered the matcha for me but my boyfriend really liked his. Overall would recommend this place for a quick visit! read more

The strawberry milk was delicious - it tasted like a Chupa Chups! We had to order through the mobile app to redeem their deals but we've been using it ever since! We order the coffee online while we get a bahn mi next door. The strawberry coffee was also yummy. read more

We came here because the line was long across the street and didn't want to wait and my kiddo wanted some THH next door. They have a large menu and originally wanted a tea coffee blend but I was told it was pre-made and cannot substitute for plant based milk for that reason. I chose the sea salt caramel oat latte as it is dairy free... mildly sweet, creamy. Wish the coffee taste was a bit stronger. Price is approximately $10-11 for 2 iced coffees. read more

Excellent coffee! I have this grapefruit cold brew, which is a perfect balance between fresh tasting and the creamy coffee! Although I will order less sugar next time, half sugar is still too sweet. read more

Menu is okay and has different teas or milk teas. The other thing is not attractive me is not so many toppings. But the environment is clean and nice. Staff are good. read more
