i've never taken a sip of a drink and actually go "bleh!!" when trying it, so this was a really bad drink for me unfortunately :( i got the pampas crema jasmine latte, which is a coconut espresso latte with jasmine tea. the jasmine tea tasted so burnt and bitter that it ruined the entire drink and you couldnt taste anything else besides the bitterness. it was probably brewed too much or too hot where the burnt flavor came out? not sure, but it sounded and looked promising, so i was really disappointed... in terms of ordering, i thought it was a little weird that the cotti was located inside the leaf n cream, and you could only look at the menu and order through the phone. ordering at the cash register was for leaf n cream only i believe? also, my friends and i all got a different range of discounts so not sure what happened there LOL one of us got $5 off, i got $3 off, and the other got nothing. it didnt help that none of us liked our drinks either. maybe it was an off day when i went, but i dont think i'll be back :( read more

So this place is a little confusing as some drinks are from Cotti and others are from the tea house. We definitely enjoyed the Cotti Coffee more than the tea house. Def try the Pompas and the Toffee coffee for something a little different than you can find at other places. The boba from the tea house was chewy and the tea was seemingly watered down. So stick with the Cotti Coffee! The one downside was there were so many to-go/uber eats orders that our in store order took forever to get. read more

Pampas Crema Jasmine Latte was a major disappointment - super watery and milky. It was so bland; I couldn't detect the jasmine in it. The small amount of coffee in it was sad, and the coffee itself was flavorless. I know I'm not alone in feeling this way because a friend tried this drink last month and thought it wasn't enjoyable at all. It's part of the "Signature Milk Coffee" menu, so maybe they're more milk-forward than coffee-forward? If I were to come back, I'd go for something safe like a Toffee Hazelnut Latte from the "Classic Coffee" menu. I agree with some Yelpers about the staff, specifically an employee who acted like she didn't want to be there. The taller girl who took my order was standoffish, with no effort to help with my questions about the menu and ingredients. I would have appreciated if she had taken the initiative to describe drinks to a first-timer instead of just listening to many follow-up questions and only responding with a curt yes or no (zero elaboration), as if she was annoyed, antsy to do something else. Also, why is there a picture of a coconut next to the drink when this employee told me there is no coconut in it? And why make ordering so confusing by having certain drinks ordered on a kiosk and others at the register? On the other hand, the shorter girl was much more oriented towards customer service. She was patient, willing to answer our other questions, and had an overall pleasant demeanor. Interior is small, with a couple of tables available. Tried out the new Cotti Coffee, which is sharing a space with Leaf n Cream. On my first visit, I had the Toffee Oolong Yuenyeung Latte with regular sweetness. It wasn't overly sweet at all--the nutty toffee flavor came through nicely without overpowering the oolong milk. On my second visit, I tried the Pampas Crema Jasmine Latte. The jasmine and coconut notes were hard to detect at first--it mostly tasted like straight coffee. However, as it sat for a bit, I started to notice subtle hints of jasmine. Probably a better pick if you're into a stronger coffee profile. The space itself is chill, great for a quick hangout or studying. I'll come back to try more drinks as it's near my work. read more

Cotti Coffee is a widely popular coffee chain from China with its first location open in OC in the Tustin area! This spot is in the same plaza as THH Sandwiches and shares a space with Leaf N Cream. There are a decent amount of parking spots in the plaza. A tip I would recommend is to download their mobile app before heading over. They have a deal going on where you get a 99 cent drink coupon and an additional 4 more 30% off coupons when you first sign up. For their menu, they have a wide selection of some unique coffee, milk tea, and fruit tea drinks. Wifey and I opted to try the Stardust Oolong Milk Tea and the Blue Grapefruit Delight. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed both of the drinks we got and liked the balance of sweetness. Inside, there are only a couple of tables for seating so I would say this is more of a grab and go type of spot. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. So happy they opened a Cotti Coffee in OC! Make sure to download the app for two $0.99 drink coupons and four 30% off coupons :) I typically get the Coco Cotti and Mango Coco Latte with full sweet and the drinks come out perfect every time and not too sweet. I placed my order on the app and the drinks were out within 3 minutes! This was one of my favorite coffee places in China and so happy they're expanding more here. Prices are also not bad as well and the store does have some seating and is overall kept really clean and nice. They also share a space with Leaf N Cream so you can also get boba here as well! Update: I also got the Blue Pampas Coco Frappe and that's definitely my favorite drink now. The coconut flavor is very prominent and fresh and does not have that artificial taste at all. Definitely a refreshing drink to get in the summer. Saw that this place opened up right next to THH sandwiches and within the same building as leaf and cream! I drove to get my morning coffee as a little pick me up for work! This coffee company is based out of Hong Kong and their drinks are perfectly sweetened (not too sweet!) will be updating my review with things I try that are good! **Toffee Oolong Yuengyeung Latte Iced** This is a coffee latte with oolong and toffee flavors, not too sweet and the toffee flavor isn't overpowering! Which is great because I don't like the toffee flavors in places like Starbucks which literally hurt my face because of how sweet they are, it's a nice balanced and refreshing cup, and I could order it at normal sweet! **Coco Cotti Iced ** A must-try if you love coconut and coffee! I got this drink for my mom and I took a sip and it was absolutely lovely ! Again, not too sweet and the coconut flavor really does punch through the coffee in a nice smooth way. You can either order on the kiosk in store or place an online order / through the app. If you're a new user, your first drink is $0.99, and they also give you coupons. Since it was late afternoon and we didn't want caffeine, we ordered the mango coconut frappe, and it was good with just the right amount of sweetness from the mango sauce. Stopped by for THH next door and saw this place so i wanted to check it out. Although the menu was limited this morning, I was hoping there would be more matcha options. I got the cloud mousse matcha and I honestly didn't know it would be mixed with coffee (if it isn't correct me!) it is REALLY strong so if that is your cup of tea definitely come here! They have a large menu and originally wanted a tea coffee blend but I was told it was pre-made and cannot substitute for plant based milk for that reason.
