Pippa! You can't see it from this angle, but her blue eyes are so so pretty

I took my friend here for her birthday and we both had a lovely time! You'll find this business in a tightly packed plaza with other local businesses. Happy to say I didn't run into any difficulties parking. There's a lot of spots on the side closest to the street and around the corner of the plaza as well. We were greeted shortly after walking in, read and signed our waivers. I made my reservation for two spots online a couple of weeks in advance so we were granted a free drink each. We ordered the Strawberry & Mango Matcha Lattes. They're not the prettiest, but the cup has small easily removable seal to prevent spillage (great for the # of cats around) BUT..! it's the taste that matters - pretty solid imo. Def don't forget to shake your drinks a bit before tasting! Our drinks were made quickly. By the time all rules/ dos and donts were explained to us, our drinks were placed in our hands. The whole shop is cozy. After taking your shoes off and walking towards the play area, you'll find yourself surrounded by cats - some playful, some sleepy, others timid, but all of them are sweet. Every cat is picture-perfect in their own way. There's even a TV in the play room to show each cat's name, their personality, their age, etc. - Great way to publicize how they're all adoptable :') Many of the cats seem to gravitate towards the circular green carpets. So if you're looking to bond with the cats with the toys, start there. Otherwise, whatever spot you find and plop down in - the cats are very likely to approach you at their own pace. Even if I consider myself a dog lover, I'd totally come here again with more friends.

Overpriced for the time you get. The place is not cute enough to charge what they charge. You can play with cats for free by volunteering at Seal Beach Animal Care Center. The staff here is nice. The drinks are mediocre. You have to take off your shoes in the cat room, and you have to use the bathroom in your socks. I threw away my socks after visiting here. Will not be returning.

Very cute cat coffee in OC area! Came here one hour prior to closing, and I had a blast! Not only all the cats well most of the cats are playful and friendly, I got to learn different breeds of cats as well and their personalities. On top of your drink fee, they also charge for entrance fee to play with the cat. There's plenty parking in the plaza. The staff are friendly and passionate about cats, and they constantly maintain the hygiene of the place. They also display which cats are available for adoption, and they are all adorable.

The drinks were really good and the cats were super well socialized! It was super busy and for a walk in on a weekday so I would plan accordingly if you want to go. The cat area was super comfy and homey with lots of them hanging around. Overall would definitely go again to support!

Fluffy Tail Cat Cafe is cozy, calm, and full of the sweetest cats just vibing. The space is clean, spacious, thoughtfully set up, and perfect whether you're here to decompress, get your cat fix, or just exist peacefully for a bit. The cats are clearly well cared for and have tons of personality--from playful to full-on nap mode. Staff is super kind, and genuinely cares about both the cats and your experience. You never feel rushed, and they do a great job setting expectations so the cats stay comfy and happy. It's the kind of place you walk into stressed and leave smiling without realizing it. Bonus points for supporting adoption and animal welfare while you're at it. Please keep in mind that they will have you remove your shoes to keep a clean environment for the cats. They also provide instructions on how to best interact with them for your and their safety. 10/10 would come back, cancel plans, and hang with the cats again.

The Fluffy Tail Cafe is a fun coffee shop for cat lovers in Tustin, CA! You do have to pay for your spot and reservations are recommended! Your reservation includes a coffee/tea drink and an hour of cuddling kittens and young cats (all whom are available to adopt!). We made our reservation for right when they opened! The cafe doors opens 5 minutes before allotted start time, we were greeted by friendly staff. There are two sections of the cafe, the front is where you order your drinks and where they are made. The second area is behind a double door space, the cat area. This protects the cats from escaping and keeps the food prep area free of kitty hair! Our drinks were ready before the barista finished explaining the rules of the cat area. We were able to sit in comfortable seating, drink delicious coffee and enjoy playing and snuggling with the kitties! The cats are all available for adoption through Tiny Paws & Whiskers, a 503c Non-Profit. The application is available if you fall in love with a furry friend, it was $159 for the cats outside of the kitten corral. We fell in love with a sweet little kitten and left with delicious coffee and our furrever friend! Highly recommend! Make sure you're open to following in love before you make your reservation!

What a cute cafe! The front cafe is somewhat small so if there's a lot of people, it'd be a little too crowded, but the back room where the cats are is pretty spacious with plenty of seating and cats! There are toys that you can play with the cats with and just hang out with them. Service was averagely nice and quick. Got the Strawberry Cat-cha and one of their seasonal energy drinks (I forgot what it's called but it supposed to have starfruit and something else). - Strawberry Cat-cha: I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised with this! Subtle flavors but I tasted both matcha and strawberry that was balanced. Matcha was a little grainy but if you mixed it well, it's a decent overall. I'd reorder this if I'd come back. - (Orange Energy Drink -- I can't remember the name): This was a seasonal special the day I went. There's supposed to be starfruit and something else, but I could taste only artificial orange and the energy drink flavors. It wasn't good to me because it was too artificial in a bad way. Would not recommend unless you truly need the energy boost. Overall, it's a great little outing spot! For $22-25 (online reservations cheaper than walk-ins) that includes a decent drink and 1 hour with the cats, it's a good deal for a small date or activity. The cats are so cute and playful and also adoptable! I would recommend this for a good little activity and cafe spot!

I'm so so happy that a cat cafe opened up near us. There's so many cats under 1 year old and I loved how small they were. Most of them were a little shy but not too skittish. The drinks were good but not great. I will definitely be back! The price is very reasonable considering you get a free drink (please don't take this away from us).

I went to Fluffy Tail Cafe for the first time a few weeks ago and I had a mostly positive experience here. The workers are so kind and informative, and the atmosphere is very calming. They greet you once you walk in the door, and you place your drink order (included in your reservation!) before they give you a rundown of the guidelines to ensure a safe experience for you and the cats. I got a matcha latte with oat milk, light sweet, and it was actually really yummy! I didn't expect too much because I was just here for the cats, but I genuinely enjoyed the drink. The matcha had a good taste and wasn't too milky. Something I noticed immediately was how serious they are about cleanliness in the cat area, even before you walk in. They have a small room where you sanitize your hands and remove shoes before entering the cat room. There is absolutely no odor whatsoever and they must have air purifiers running on max because I literally didn't smell anything besides my hand sanitizer! I was super impressed by this considering how many cats are in there. Definitely a huge plus for me. As for the actual cat experience, you get one hour with the cats based on an honor system. No one keeps tabs on you, so you leave on your own when your time is up. That really added to how calm the environment felt and I honestly appreciated this system a lot! There are plenty of toys and cat trees around to entertain the cats. These cats are either up for adoption, or being prepared for adoption after they're old enough. There were so many kittens and all the cats had really nice temperaments. I took one star off mainly because I think the age limit should be adjusted in their policy. They allow children under 9 as long as they're supervised by an adult at all times. From my personal experience there, I encountered some children that were being a bit disruptive and stressing out the cats because, 1) they weren't being supervised closely, and 2) they are too young to understand cats' body language. I think it's really important to pick up on signs when a cat is uncomfortable to minimize the stress of new people entering the cat cafe every 30 minutes. While the cafe only allows a certain number of reservations for each time slot, adults can add on children to their reservations so the number of people can be crowded at times. This was really the only thing I felt iffy about, but everything else was a great experience. I had a great time and the staff was very kind. I will definitely come back if I want to unwind and pet some cats!

My friends and I died and went to kitty heaven when visiting Fluffy Tail Cafe. Not only do they have kitty art and kitty magazines, but they also have the cutest kittens roaming all around. They have super cool cat trees and lounging areas for them too. We were impressed by how clean the cafe was. The staff are all really friendly and the complimentary drinks we had were so yummy! Can't wait to come back soon!

I was so eager to get inside to see the kitties I forgot to check in. I wanted review #200 of 2025 to be a special place. Upon entering Mary and I ordered our drink. Before entering we were given instructions. We went through one door where we took our shoes off, and used hand sanitizer. We then entered the main cat room. Once inside they brought our drinks to us. We were told not to bother cats if they were sleeping. Some were asleep but there were plenty others to play with.I made my rounds and meowed and gave a few kitties some love I then sat on the floor to watch a cat that was playing. Once I sat down it was over it was over. Oliver came to me and curled up at my feet and went to sleep. I had to wake Oliver when our time was up. I have been catted. They have lots of toys, tables for your drinks, and places to sit. Several kitties were playful, some hopped on a lap for some love. A place like this your time flies. Being with these loving kitties is relaxing and good therapy. I think I will be coming here often. Make sure you reserve your space online because it fills up fast. Come often to see new kitties because these lovable creatures will get adopted fast.

Happy to find a cat café in the area! Workers are all very friendly and the place is obviously very clean. They have drinks and snacks for sale, and 1 drink is included with admission. Cats are adoptable, so be careful!

Wonderful cat cafe!! This cafe recently opened this past week, and it's truly such a great experience. For those interested, book a time in advance as this place is very popular. It's about $22 for an hour with the cats and a free drink (the coconut matcha was delicious)! The employees are very knowledgeable and sweet, and this is such a great way of encouraging adoption of local kitties and cats. Theres plenty of space, toys, and furniture for the kitties to play with. The employees debriefed on how to approach the cats and to avoid picking them up, but we did notice some of the patrons picking up and waking the cats up.

There were about 3 people ahead of me in line and a few waiting for drinks, but I was able to order and get my drink in around 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly and checked in with us while waiting in line! I ordered the Matcha Two, which comes as a matcha latte topped with salted matcha vanilla cream foam. The foam was velvety and creamy. The matcha had a smooth, earthy flavor with subtle sweetness. Oatmilk was the default choice, and while I usually think oatmilk can overpower matcha, it worked well in this drink. It is a little pricey for 1 drink, but that also seems to be the norm these days for specialty drinks. This is more of a grab-and-go spot than a place to hang out. There's no seating, just a bench inside, and everyone waited outside since the interior is on the smaller side. Parking was easy when I went. Overall, a pleasant experience for a yummy matcha drink, and I'd definitely come back to try more of their matcha menu!

Came here with some friends for Afternoon Tea on a Saturday. We made a reservation for 12:30pm. Check-in was easy and quick. Since it was raining, we were seated indoors. Our server came to explain the menu and tea choices. Unfortunately, they were out of some teas, but they have a seasonal tea menu to make up for it. There were four of us and we all got the Afternoon Tea set. The teas we chose were the Coconut Milk Green Tea, Blueberry Pie Green Tea, Earl Grey Lavender, and Cherry Rose Rooibos. The teas came out first followed by the food items. We were told to let the teas steep for 4 minutes before pouring them. They were all great, but the favorite for us was the Coconut Milk Green Tea. It was creamy, smooth, and milky with a nice coconut flavor. The Blueberry Pie Green Tea tasted like a blueberry pie. We did not feel that the blueberry flavor was artificial. The Earl Grey Lavender was more Earl Grey than lavender. There might have been a subtle lavender flavor. The Cherry Rose Rooibos was surprisingly flavorful. We were able to taste both the cherry and rose. The food items were all solid. Our favorite sandwiches are the Chicken Salad and Cucumber ones. The breads for all the sandwiches were soft and fluffy, but they held up well. The scones were crunchy but not dry, and the jam was delicious. The fruit tart was mediocre. The pastry was soggy, affecting the texture of the tart. The macaron was not as chewy as others I have had in thr past, but was not too sweet. I did not try the donut so cannot comment on it. Overall, giving Morning Lavender Cafe a 4.5/5. Service is great and staff are quick and attentive. The teas were all good and most of the food is solid with exception of a couple of bites. It is a cute spot for hanging out or having an event such as a bridal shower or birthday. Would recommend to others and would return for Afternoon Tea or other items.

Service was average. Expect to wait about 10 minutes with average customer volume as they spend more time of curating each drink. 4/5 largely based on coffee as I feel the customer experience can be improved. One piece of feedback is that the menu should be reorganized. There are espresso drinks on several of the menu panels but then one space specifically that is titled espresso drinks which would imply the others don't have espresso. For example, the house specialties are listed on a completely separate panel as the espresso drinks, would've like to order one of those had I known they were offered. Essentially you have to read the whole menu with the way it's currently organized you can't just search for tea or coffee sections or you'll likely miss something Importantly you can't study or work here. They intentionally don't have wifi or outlets available to foster a different customer experience. Many of the clientele were reading or knitting which was pleasant. While I support this, it's not made know to customers by signs or anything - you would have to look on Yelp beforehand to know. In addition, I've been to other Kean branches that offered wifi so unless this is a new policy or the branches are owned independently it's important to make customers aware they can't expect the internet at this location in particular. I was caught off guard and had to leave immediately as I needed wifi at the time which was unfortunate. Seats about 25 inside, patio also available. Bathroom under lock and key. Parking is in l shopping center, no issues.

A single donut for $5.50 and half a dozen for $34 is kind of wild. At those prices, my expectations shot way up. One thing I will give them--the donuts are fried to order, which is a nice touch because you know they're fresh. We ordered the Meyer lemon glazed, strawberry glazed, and the bumble berry. After ordering, we waited about 5-10 minutes, which isn't terrible, but for almost $18 for three donuts, I was definitely questioning if it would be worth it. Unfortunately... I don't think it was. The texture of the donuts was amazing--super soft, pillowy, and honestly really enjoyable to eat. The base donut itself had great flavor too. But the actual fruit flavors? That's where it fell flat. None of them were very strong, and after a few bites they all started to taste the same. The biggest disappointment for me was the lemon donut. Lemon is usually such a bold, bright flavor, so I thought it would be an easy favorite. Instead, it was one of those "smells like lemon but tastes like nothing" situations, which was honestly frustrating. If I had to rank them: strawberry was the best, then bumble berry, then lemon--but overall, none of them really stood out enough to justify the price. I really wanted to love this place given all the hype, but for me, it's just too expensive to risk being underwhelmed. I probably wouldn't come back.
