25$ for one hour reservation, but the time slots are staggered so there is a constant rotation of people in a fairly small space. Price covers a drink, the tea I ordered was standard. Many of the cats seemed sick of being touched, a lot of them were fairly skittish. During my time the room was dominated by boisterous kids. Any cats that might have approached were quickly scared off by kids shoving toys or little hands in their faces. I had really hoped for a peaceful afternoon experience, I was looking forward to reading my book and petting a cat or two. Finally a little cat cafe in Orange County! They also work with local rescues, so the cats are up for adoption. I've only been once, but when I came it was all kittens. I was a little disappointed because I was hoping to find cats that were at least 2-3 years old to adopt ): But maybe they have them just not on the day I came in? I was informed that they don't let you adopt just 1 and that you have to adopt 2 together. I really like that, especially since they mainly have kittens. I think a lot of people aren't aware that cats are social animals and adopting kittens in pairs is always better. Just my opinion (: The drinks were surprisingly decent! I had the strawberry matcha (I forgot what they called it lol) with soy milk! My drink wasn't grainy and didn't taste like grass, which I appreciated lol The place was super clean and well maintained! They also have a list of rules they go over with you before you enter. The common sense rules like don't pick up the cats, don't be rough with the cats, etc. For the parents that bring their kids, PLEASE monitor your kids and teach them to be respectful. During my visit, I saw a young girl picking up 2-3 cats and forcibly hugging other cats. The cats looked stressed as they were all trying to avoid the little girl. The workers did their part in telling you the rules, it's your part to ensure your children follow them. Cats are highly sensitive and easily stressed; rules are placed there for a reason! The cats were so sweet and I liked that the reservation is a full hour as opposed to a half hour, which I've seen at other places. It gets a little congested because of this, especially when kids are in and won't stop 67-ing at the cats, but most people leave at their designated time and the staff are wonderful about letting everyone know the guidelines. Plenty of toys left around to try and grab the cats' attention with and the entire place has such a cute aesthetic. My one gripe is that the complimentary drinks weren't the best but everything else more than makes up for it! read more

This place is amazing! I recommend making a reservation, but if it's not busy you can do a walk-in. They start by letting you choose your complimentary drink, then you are led to an airlock room where employee goes over some rules. Then you can play with the cats!! All are so so cute. Saw this place pop up on Yelp and knew that I needed to visit immediately. RESERVATIONS: When I was looking through the Yelp photos, I saw that they have walk-in prices for 30 minutes. I also saw that you could make a reservation for one hour on the website. I went to the website and check to see if there were time slots for two days ahead of time and it look like they were almost all sold out. But I was confused because it said that they also take walk-ins. After speaking with the owner, I now understand their procedure. Here it goes: Similar to a restaurant, those who have a reservation will be guaranteed a time-slot and walk-ins are offered on a first come first serve (if space allows, because they only let 12 people in at a time). Currently only one hour reservations are available online. In order to book a 30 minute reservation, you actually have to come in person to the cafe and pay in advance. Hopefully they can streamline this system in the future as it is a bit chaotic. Each reservation gets you a free drink or dessert. I appreciate that their items were high-quality. I got the matcha latte and I definitely think it could use some improvements. It was quite grainy and the matcha never really integrated into the milk very well. I know it's very aesthetic to leave the milk and Matcha separated, but to be honest, it doesn't make for a great drink. I would suggest adjusting the recipe and mixing the milk and Matcha together really well. I also felt like there was a bit too much milk in the drink, the ratio of milk to matcha was a bit off. The cups though? SO cute! And the hibiscus tea with added sweetener was delicious! Now for the best part.. the cats! There were so many adorable kittens. We came around 1pm so I think some of the kittens were tired out from all of the earlier interaction. I will say this place is a lot smaller than another cat café that I've been to, which is totally fine except that when we went, we had 12 people in the room total (the maximum allowed) and wasn't much space to roam around. We basically had to make eye contact with another group of people and we kind of switched spots. Ideally there would be a max of 10 people in here. But I get it, a business needs to make money. Pro tip: definitely get the cat bribes (treats). The cats were all over the people who purchased those. I will say the cat treats definitely made the room a little bit stinky... but aside from that, the place was very clean! The owners and the staff take really good care of the cats and just absolutely adore them. Currently in order to adopt a kitten you have to take two or have a young kitten at home. The older cats can be adopted solo. I couldn't be happier that we finally have a cat cafe in Tustin. Although there is room for improvement... i'm giving this place four stars because they just opened and they have to still work out the kinks. But this place has the sweetest staff, it's very clean and the cats are so well taken care of! This is the perfect way to spend time with loved ones and/or find a forever kitten for your family. read more

This place is awesome! Made the reservation online for 4 people for my sister's birthday. We got there 15 minutes early and we were able to check in early and get started on our complimentary drinks. I got a strawberry matcha, my sister got a classic matcha, my fiance got a passion fruit hibiscus tea an my siste in law got a hot chocolate. All the drinks were decent! The cat area was nice, spacious and had all the toys a cat could enjoy. The cats were S O stinkin cute, sweet and well taken care of. The environment was welcoming and service was friendly, met the owner too I think and she was very kind. It's a shoe off facility so dress accordingly. As for the cats, they were super cute and very friendly, there were lots of fun toys to use to engage with them. Absolutely adorable for a great price! Most cat cafe's are in LA and are 50+ for one hour. This one is closer and more affordable around $25 dollars per person. I recommend making a reservation on the website because you save $3 and I'm sure some days it is busier and walk ins might not be available. One drink comes with the ticket which is awesome. Since it was "free" I wasn't so disappointed that the drinks were not that great.. the tiramisu was very good though. There is ample seating space for humans, good activities for the cats which is heartwarming to see that they will never get bored. You can definitely see the personalities of each cat shine within the hour. It does smell a little like cat but come on, this is a CAT cafe people! What a sweet place!!! I've been waiting for a cat cafe in OC and it's finally here. All of the employees were so so sweet and knew all the names of the kitties. It was very clean and we enjoyed the drinks that we got free with our kitty session. It's a very cute place with a big area for the kitties to play around in, with lots of seating. They gave us spill proof cups as well so the kitties wouldn't knock our drinks over and make a mess. I would definitely NOT recommend coming to this place!!!! me and one of my close friends meet up once a week to try new coffee spots..... so when my friend suggested coming to this establishment, I was pretty excited to try their coffee since it looked phenomenal. Both me and her have one-year-olds that are about 10 days apart....... Now I have three cats at home so coming to the establishment wasn't for the animals. It was strictly for the Coffee and to be able to hang out with my friend...... I showed up at the time of the reservation to check in. I was then told that because I have my baby with me I had to pay $25 for her to just walk in to the establishment...... I asked why I had to pay a full ticket with a drink for a one year-old that doesn't drink coffee or anything besides water and breastmilk.... she asked me if my child walks and I said she's taking a few steps but crawls and I was told because my baby can take a few steps. I must pay a full ticket for her... now, my friend who is with me whose baby is 10 days younger than my baby didn't have to pay a ticket because he didn't walk yet.... I asked why I'm being punished because my kid is advanced and was met with attitude and disrespect..... I have never ever been anywhere that charges for babies to be with their parents..... when asked to talk to the manager I was told I can email...... being a business owner myself this is unacceptable for an establishment and I would strongly suggest getting new employees that have better customer service. And if this establishment really makes parents pay for their babies to be with them just so they can enjoy a nice cup of coffee is ridiculous...... so if you're a parent DO NOT COME HERE!!!! read more

My 6 year old daughter came with her aunt a few days ago and was so obsessed that for her birthday today, she turned down a toy or craft shopping spree to come back again. I was so impressed! The cafe is clean, the cats all look very healthy and well cared for, and the drinks are delicious. I appreciate that they allow children since most cafes ban them, but I have a precocious girl who loves cats and knows how to be gentle and respect boundaries. The staff was so friendly! When they found out it was her birthday, they gave her a little gift which she was obsessed with. Price is very reasonable for the amount of time, especially since it includes a free drink. Did a Sunday morning reservation and what a wonderful day to start the day! Other cat cafes I've found are about an hour away from me and so I was so happy to find this one! Because we got the earliest spot, the parking lot was empty and it was easy to find a parking spot. That general area has many great shops and restaurants and so I can see the parking lot being a bit more busy later in the day. Once you enter, you order your drink that comes with the reservation and then enter the cat area. They do ask you to take off your shoes just to keep the cat area clean. One of the other cat cafes I've been to had quite basic drinks since the primarily function of that cafe was just to see the cats and so I was pleasantly surprised by the Strawberry Cat-Cha at Fluffly Tail. During our visit, a majority of the cats were kittens and I believe one over 2 years old? They were all so incredibly adorable and surprisingly social. There's lots of toys to use to play with the cats but some of the ones around us also liked to just get pets. Overall, a 100000000000/10 experience and my only recommendation is to wear socks to protect your feet. While all the kittens were sweet, they are kittens and they sometimes swipe at moving toes. read more

The kittens are very adorable and there are plenty of toys to entertain them. There's also lot of opportunities to take pictures! In addition, the drinks are great, especially the Matcha latte. They use freshly ground matcha leaves and not matcha powder. That's really rare and you can taste the difference! Please plan ahead and book online. Walk-ins are welcome, but there is usually a wait.
