I ordered the Madagascar Vanilla Latte. The drink had the perfect combination of house-made sweet vanilla syrup and double-shot espresso. The vanilla wasn't overpowering and complemented the espresso nicely. I had mine over ice without the cream topping. The drink was made perfectly and served promptly, which was awesome. This might have been a 5-star review had the staff actually acknowledged me while I was standing at the register though. Instead, they carried on in frivolous conversation. Even while ordering, the conversation between the two younger employees continued and seemed to be more important than customer interaction. They have this down, excellent quality matcha, not too sweet, and the color and creaminess is literally perfect. Hands down one of the best lattes I've ever had. Visited for the first time after an appointment this morning to try a local coffee shop, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the Biscoff Latte with oat milk and opted for the cream topper. The espresso was some of the smoothest I've had, and the latte wasn't overly sweet and had great flavor. When we arrived there was line and let me tell you it was with the wait. I ordered the Madagascar Vanilla Latte, made with the most decadent cold foam. Honestly I can't stop thinking about the flavor. My husband ordered the Coconut latte and he added a banana cream top, he tends to have interesting flavor combinations. The service was awesome- they gave me recommendations and answered any questions I had. Also super quick despite being very busy. My biggest complaints here are that 1. The cup was half ice. And 2. The cream is about a third of the latte. So... those two things combined? Very little coffee for $7! I read a few reviews saying they might skip the cream but really wanted to try it. Unfortunately we did not like the Yuzu Espresso Tonic as it was too acidic for our preferences. If you're a lover of strong acidic coffee, you'd probably love this though! We let the staff know we didn't like the drink and she let us get another drink without charge. We ordered the Signature Cream Top Latte with Madagascar vanilla cream top. The cream top latte was nice and creamy. The coffee is strong without being too bitter or acidic. As someone who doesn't usually drink coffee, I actually enjoyed this drink! My hojicha latte was EXCELLENT! It was my mom's first time trying hojicha and she liked the roasted flavor of the matcha and the sweet creaminess too. The service was excellent. The nice young lady at the cash register answered all of our questions about the drinks. We were very pleased to be offered a different drink after the Tonic. A coffee will prob run you about $6-7 here. I think some lattes like ube should include an espresso shot to consider it a "latte". You have to add your own shot (+1) in there. My friend and I stopped here after a workout and we were so happy we did. It's genuinely so hard to find a good matcha spot that isn't super expensive. We both got a double matcha and were so happy with it. It was the perfect level of sweetness and caffeine. It also was less than $8 which I feel like is rare nowadays for a double matcha. We happened to try Lalaland yesterday and I must say that Caffe In Coffee Co.'s foam is better than Lalaland's. You can tell it's made with real bananas and not just banana flavoring. I asked for my drink with almond milk and less sweet. In my opinion it was perfectly sweet enough. The only thing I wish was that there was a stronger espresso flavor. I would ask for an add shot next time. Their almond croissant (which they get from a local bakery) was dry and had a topping of some sort or cream or frosting that was also dry and make it very messy to eat. Very cute shop with limited small coffee tables and bench seats. There's outlets but wouldn't recommend for studying as there's no full tabletops. Easy and free parking. I came on a Saturday morning and they were pretty busy so it took about 20 minutes to order and get our drinks.
