    Royal Tea Experience
    Christal M.

This is definitely a place for all of the girly girls out there who love a good afternoon tea time. It's located in a small unassuming strip mall but as soon as you see the cute front entrance you know you're in for a treat. The inside is decorated in florals, pink and all the pretty things. It's not a huge space but the tables are spaced out well and can accommodate larger groups. The Royal Tea Experience ($45) includes a pot of tea of your choice and an assortment of 5 tea sandwiches, 2 scones and a trio of desserts. All of the sandwiches were good, but the best one was the roast beef & arugula on a croissant and my least favorite was the turkey cranberry pinwheel. The scones were moist and paired well with the strawberry preserves. The desserts were cute but not as good as everything else. They have a nice selection of organic premium teas to choose from. I went with the Saigon, a jasmine green tea with pandan. I really liked this unique flavor. They also have pink cane sugar cubes that they make in-house and a variety of milk options. The girl serving us was so nice and took some great photos for us. We were celebrating a birthday and they added a candle to one of the desserts which was nice. It's all the little things like that and the glitter in our tea that make this place special. If you're looking for something fun to do with your girls, you've come to the right place.

Came here with my mom and sister for a late Mother's Day treat. We ordered the set and I had to switch out some of the cold cut sandwiches since I'm pregnant. The sandwiches were all really tasty. I liked the cucumber and dill one the most, then the chicken salad one. The scones were also really good with the cream, and the desserts were very tasty as well. I can't remember which tea I ordered but it had pandan in it which was nice. Overall a great experience and would recommend it to others!

Absolutely enchanting, like a fairytale come true! As you step inside you're greeted by blush pink florals and elegant china, so beautifully decorated that you have to capture every moment! The soft jazz music drifted through the air, perfectly complimenting the sophisticated, but quaint ambiance. Perfect for the girly girl that likes a bit of glam, pampering, and a splash of tea! We treated ourselves to Royal Tea Experience, and we felt like royalty. It exceeded every expectation leaving us wanting more. The tea selection was extensive and appeared to offer something for everyone- I mean everyone. We tried the Peach Apricot and the Jasmine Rose, both were delicious paired next to everything on the three tiers. The freshly baked scones were warm and when paired with the delicious homemade cream and strawberry preserves, it just hit the spot. The assortment of tea sandwiches and sweets were not only beautiful, but flavorful. A little savory and a little sweet, variety for your palette; from dill to strawberry. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and wonderfully presented. The atmosphere is elegant, charming, luxurious and incredibly welcoming. The staff are really there to provide a top notch experience. They check in just enough, but leave you the space to catch up with your bestie- in my case. They are efficient with their process and explain everything up front making the experience smooth. This is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the moment with bestie, mother - daughter time or with a group of ladies. One of my favorite moments, was the toddler next to us whose face lit up at the tier of delicious goodies as she let out a "wow". My spirit animal! Sip & Sugar Co. does a great job of dazzling you and creating a memorable experience. Not simply an afternoon tea, instead it's a touch of magic. Can't wait to visit again!

Let me tell you, this was THE VIBE we were looking for to celebrate my bestie's birthday! She had dreamed of an afternoon tea, and we finally made it happen. The decor is absolutely adorable. It's a tiny little spot tucked away in a business park, which makes it feel extra charming. Parking was a little tricky on a Saturday morning, but there was street parking behind the building, so it wasn't a problem at all! Making the reservation was a breeze, and even when we needed to update it, the super friendly staff took care of everything for us. From the reservation process to our dining experience, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Honestly, 5 stars for the staff alone! The tea was delicious and kept flowing. The sandwiches, pastries, and scones were all absolutely amazing. We had the best afternoon celebrating, and we cannot wait to come back!

It was our first time doing the full tea service here. I've been a huge fan of their cakes previously and wanted to come here for Mother's Day tea with my mom and my 4 year old. The decor is absolutely beautiful. It feels very special, unique and fancy. My daughter was so happy to be at a "real" tea party! We had the ginger peach, vanilla caramel, and strawberry shortcake. The vanilla caramel was THE BEST! All of the sandwiches were really good but the bread of the roast beef really made it shine. All of the petite desserts were delicious as well. There was plenty of food for the three of us to share, I paid for the split charge for my daughter since I figured she wouldn't eat all those sandwiches to herself. There was a little hiccup with our reservation. I booked it for 3 and added in the comments that my daughter would be sharing and we would pay the split fee. The week before I received a notification that our reservation had been changed to 2. I called the restaurant and spoke with someone who assured me that our reservation was still for 3, but that they changed it to 2 so they wouldn't make the food tower for 3. Well upon arrival to our reservation the girls at the front said our reservation was only for 2 and that they had only a table set for 2. They went and spoke with someone in the back and then said they would add a small chair to the 2 top. I pushed back and said that I didn't want to cram the three tea pots and settings into a tiny table and they eventually moved some things around to give us a table for 3. The other thing is that once everything was dropped off the server disappeared! We didn't see her again until I went to the front to ask for my check. We were completely out of tea water for a while and then I saw a young man refilling another table and I was able to ask him to refill ours. The table next to us grabbed him as well. I also would have loved to ask someone for a regular glass of water but no one was around. I will say when our server dropped off our tower she did offer to take a picture of us which was very thoughtful. Overall it really was a lovely experience despite the couple issues that gave a 4/5 instead a 5/5. I would definitely come back again!

I had the absolute best time at Sip & Sugar's Summerween Tea Service! Every detail was thoughtfully curated. from the adorable decor to the beautifully presented tea service. The entire experience felt whimsical & dreamy. It was the perfect blend of summer charm with a touch of spooky fun, and you could really see how much love and effort went into every little detail. A huge thank you to Leila, who made the experience unforgettable. She is truly beautiful inside and out. Her kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived. It's rare to meet someone who radiates such positive energy, and she completely elevated the experience. The teas and treats were delicious, the atmosphere was magical, and the decor was beyond cute. Sandwiches were delicious, and filling. I cannot wait to come back.

Sip and Sugar truly made my event unforgettable. They catered my bougie picnic, and every detail was absolutely perfect--from the incredible sandwiches to the beautifully presented desserts and fresh fruit. You can tell so much care and intention goes into everything they create. The entire setup elevated the party and made it feel so special. I've also visited for their high tea, and it's just as amazing. The café itself is stunning and such a fun, elevated experience--perfect for a girls' day out. I'm so grateful for Sip and Sugar and will absolutely continue using them for future events and special outings. If you're planning anything and want it to feel beautiful and thoughtfully done, they are a must.

A cute spot within walking distance of home! Very gorgeous on the inside, would love to come back and try their afternoon tea option. The woman who helped me at the register was very kind and helpful through my ordering process. I ordered the banana bread latte with almond milk, the coffee is just okay. There were some people inside enjoying the afternoon tea and it looked pretty good, I will have to come back and try that out! They also have some other coffee options that I will have to try out, looking forward to returning :)

    The interior--very tight.

Been seeing so many posts about Sip & Sugar, so I finally stopped as it's in a plaza (hard to find) in Anaheim Hills location -- and I'm so glad I did! The decor are absolutely adorable, and the service was so warm and welcoming. You can really feel the intention (girlfriend hangout with class vibes) behind the space -- it's such a cute, girly spot to hangout and enjoy tea with your girlfriends. My only little complaint is that the place is on the smaller side. Our table was right by the entrance, so there were moments when people bumped into us coming in and out, or manuring to their table, which took away a bit from that calm, relaxed tea vibe we were hoping for. :(( The sandwiches and tea tower is as expected...and the centerpiece of the afternoon tea experience!! The assorted snacks are fresh and good. I do like that this place offers a vegetarian option. The sweet treats are okay, which was surprising since they were known for baked goods.. But, the service is phenomenal so made up for that!! Overall though, such a sweet experience and definitely worth the visit. Can't wait to go back for another road of tea!

Such a sweet spot for a special occasion! I surprised my sister and mom with a tea luncheon here, and the place is absolutely adorable, beautifully decorated and perfect for a girls' outing. We left with full bellies and overall had a lovely time. The only downside was the service. Our server didn't welcome us or explain any of the teas or food selections, which took away from the experience a bit. We also had to ask for refills of hot water and clarification on what some of the items were. With a little more attention to detail in service, this place would be a total standout.

I had a lovely time here. The decor is extremely cute and aesthetically pleasing. It's perfect for photos. The staff were super nice and accommodating. They often checked in on us and refilled our teapots. They even helped us take a group photo. There were so many pastries and small bites that were included in our tea sets. I was really full by the time I got to the second layer so I had to take the rest home. My favorite was the roast beef croissant sandwich. It was super flavorful and definitely the standout. The tea options were fantastic as well as they had so much variety. I got the Saigon which had jasmine and pandan and I loved it. It's especially great that do refills too. Out of all the high tea places I've tried, this is my most favorite so far. You have to give it a try! It's so worth it.

I saw Sip & Sugar on Instagram and had to go. We came on a Friday afternoon and only a few other tables were occupied. The decor was very cute and I appreciated all of the detail that went into making this place special. We were greeted by our friendly server and put in our tea order. We opted for the Royal Tea Experience, which comes with 2 pots of tea, 5 assorted tea sandwiches, 2 scones, and a trio of sweets. For a small charge, you could add edible glitter to your tea, which of course, I did. The sandwiches were typical of most high teas -- cucumber with cream cheese, egg salad, chicken salad, turkey and roast beef. They weee tasty. The scones were also very good. The dessert was also flavorful. This high teas is rather affordable compared to others I've been to so I would definitely go back in the future. It was a fun day date experience!

A cute little tea spot. This place is booked and busy. Nice spot to celebrate a birthday or just chat with friends. The food was ok. I probably would not come here for the food but more for the ambiance and experience. We got the afternoon tea which was $45 each person. There is also a credit card surcharge. Overall, a good time with the girls.

Service was eh-- not really much besides taking the order and handing the drink over. I got the jasmine milk tea with pandan cream top because it stated must try. The jasmine milk tea was actually okay to me, but the boba was soggy and was probably made a while back. Boba is supposed to be chewy in texture, but you can tell this boba has been absorbing the liquid it's been sitting in. Also, the pandan cream top had a light flavor profile and didn't really carry the drink or at least have a nice balance. The pandan in their menu picture also looks way brighter than the color it actually is in person. Convenient location, but may ultimately pass the next time around.
