I'll say this for every food place Ill review in the packing district. Almost every place here is mid. Overall I would just avoid the Anaheim Packing District altogether. And we go because, when we're in the area, it provides options for our kids, even if mid. My wife ordered a a banana coffee boba drink here and it was horrendous. The boba itself is among the top worse boba I've had, extremely soggy and gross. The drink itself was bitter and disgusting. I couldn't bring myself to swallow this stuff. Only 1 person was working so it took an extra longgggg time in the line to order... she was kind and friendly tho, but the wait time was definitely not the best (we came on a Wednesday night). Their drinks are pretty decently priced in comparison to other tea/coffee shops - they offer multiple sizes here 16oz, 24oz, 27oz & 32oz! I always appreciate a shop that offers more than just one size. Their drinks however are VERY SWEET, which for me, isn't something I prefer. I had ordered their PANDAN CAKE MATCHA LATTE - 3/10. It just tasted like milk tea, the matcha flavor was completely absent... so as a matcha lover, I was disappointed and ended up asking for a refund. I just had to come here for a drink and it gets the job done, but it's pretty average for a boba shop. There was barely a line when I went in so the drink didn't take long to come out either. I ordered the Sunset Strawberry Lemonade ($5.95) with boba ($0.75). It's definitely more of a gimmick with their cotton candy cloud topping, pretty colors and layering, and light bulb shaped bottles. The flavors are just syrups and they have very limited milk-free drinks. The strawberry lemonade that I got was good, it tastes like it's supposed to. A few boba pieces were harder on the inside, so the batches don't seem to be consistent. Basically this seems more of a place to get a sugar rush with sweet drinks, so it's popular with kids. Came here over the weekend to try one of their signature drinks. They were sold out of the coconut drink so I opted for the mango sticky rice smoothie. This drink has that tropical coconut mango taste with some sticky rice mixed in but very drinkable. It is not too sweet which is just perfect. I like that their menu offers unique drinks to stand out from other fruit and fruit tea businesses. It is just not as convenient to come to the Packing District since parking can be difficult to find. read more

Mini Minster Cafe is located in the upper floor of the Anaheim Packing District. Parking in the lot can be challenging but street parking is easily available. I ordered the mango sticky rice smoothie. It was not too sweet and does have real sticky rice. The staff was indifferent and she didn't look like she was happy being there. One of my favorite stops when I am in the area. This is definitely the best boba I have had which there was a closer one in San Diego. I love how there's reusable cups and will be coming back with them. Came on Sunday afternoon which is a busy day. The drinks we got are so aesthetics and I love the taste of them. The matcha has the earthy taste that I love and it has slightly sweetness.I was just slight disappointed that the one I been craving the taro coconut blend sold out. Mini Monster inside the Anaheim Packing District is such a treat. It's located on the second floor, right in the center of the building. They're creative with their drinks. You can add cotton candy to your drink, and some are even served in light bulb-shaped glasses. We ordered the salted latte and the matcha latte. Both were good. I was pretty disappointed especially with how delicious these drinks looked on the menu. The coconut water matcha was the best because it wasn't milk based so it didn't have a milky overpowering. As for the other too the matcha seems low quality and the pandan flavor wasn't very noticeable felt like i was drinking milk. They lacked ice so it was almost warm. Server was quick to make them but i didn't see any whisking , matcha was premixed, and i did like the ambiance which made me choose here and i definitely will not again . Came here last night after getting hand rolls in the same food hall (Anaheim packing district), got a medium size jasmine milk tea with boba. For $7.25 Pros: - fast service , don't have to wait more than a few minutes for them to have your order ready - really good jasmine milk tea - not too bitter but not overly sweet either. - really chewy boba in my batch! - close to counter sitting space in the food hall if you want to chill for a bit - medium size (or large? Basically the largest size you can get without ordering a souvenir cup) is only 30 cents more than the smaller size, so you might as well. That's how they get ya. Cons: - no visible menu really until you get right up to the cashier to order (it's like embedded on the counter) , so if there's a really long time it might be helpful to look up the menu online so you're ready by the time you get to the front - boba texture inconsistency: the ones in my drink happened to be EXCELLENT, but my friend who ordered her drink maybe 30 mins prior did not have chewy boba and tasted like it was bottom of the barrel Overall, solid boba and milk tea taste, but boo for inconsistency. The employee was not that friendly or pleasant - a bit impatient and you could tell she did not want to be there at all. I just got my usual, their jasmine milk tea with boba. I already have a couple of their mason jars, so I opted for their lightbulb bottle this time. My drink did come out in a timely manner, but the taste of my milk tea was not the best.
