Finally got a chance to try Presotea and I was quite impressed! I ordered a Jasmine Milk tea and I loved seeing the non-dairy creamer with no extra charge. You tap your order on the screen so no interaction needed, yay for introverts! My total came up to be around like $6 ish. Will def try the shaved ice one day! Free parking might be a little tough on a weekend but I'd say it's worth a shot
We stopped by here to grab drinks while waiting in line for a popular bakery nearby, and honestly it was a pretty solid choice for a quick morning pick-me-up. We ordered the Strawberry Cloud and Avocado Smoothie, and the wait time was only about 5 minutes. The Strawberry Cloud had a creamy milky flavor with the right amount of sweetness, plus a slightly icy texture that made it really refreshing. The Avocado Smoothie was super smooth and filling, and I got mine at 50% sweetness which tasted just right for me, not overly sweet but still flavorful. Overall, both drinks were really good and definitely satisfied our cravings while giving us some energy for the morning. Quick service, and refreshing drinks.
I happened to be at the Good Food Hall for Thai food and found this little gem. I'm so glad I did! You order at the kiosk. There is very little interaction with the staff. They weren't very busy so the drink comes out relatively fast. They have daily specials except on weekends. I got the mango tea. It was refreshing. I like that you can customize it with sugar and ice level. I am so glad this place was here!
Shaved ice is so nostalgic for me, and when I recently discovered it nearby I had to try it. It's refreshing on a hot day and helps cool you down. This was my 2nd time having it this month and a first try for my hubby and my mama. The hubby opted for the Sunday special, Lychee Slush and he enjoyed it and sucked it right down. I had a taste and it was quite strong and floral. Mama said her Mangonada had good flavor; however, she was expecting mango chunks and not a slush style. My bad. My shaved ice was light on the syrup but when I asked about it they offered to add more syrup. The service is friendly and ordering is fast on their touch pads. Contactless pay keeps things running smoothly and fast. This location is situated inside the Good Food corner of the downtown Anaheim promenade, offering spacious seating inside and outside.
The store is inside nice building. They also have patio seating. You can order at the kiosks or with the staff. They are very nice and fast with orders. My favorite are lychee fruit tea and brown sugar fresh milk. They are freshly made and flavorful at all times :)
This was a cute little place located inside Good Food/ Food Hall. They definitely have a lot of options. I took my time to look around and view the different menus and specials they had going on. Once I was ready, I placed my order on the kiosk. They had even more promos on the kiosk. Which was a special treat. There were so many options I wanted to try. I ended up going to strawberry fruit tea for the nice hot day.

I happened to be at a tournament at the rinks and wanted something to drink. Presotea is tucked in the storefront shared with a few other restaurants next to Smoke. I love their daily specials, BOGOs, etc. - Passion fruit green tea - Blueberry midnight - Summer fruit tea ($1 off special) I ordered digitally and selected my tea, extra toppings, ice level, & sweetness. You pay digitally and they'll call your name once it's made. 70% sweetness was no pun intended...my sweet spot. Not too sweet! Light ice is the perfect amount to keep it cold while you're drinking & getting your max amount of liquid. The reg ice vs light ice is a crazy difference! My youngest wanted to try the crystal boba and although he described it as "partially digested fruit" it's a chewy delight. He liked it so much we went back again the following day. Not a topping I've seen commonly at the tea shops I've been to. All in all I'm a fan. Definitely will be back.
They have so much variety of tea to choose from! I also appreciate that they mix milk in, to make the milk teas and are not already premade. You get to choose milk base, I always opt to choose oatmilk for an additional cost. I chose the hojicha milk tea. It was delish! And tasted of real fresh tea. I don't typically see this flavor at other boba spots so I was pretty excited! The boba is soft, I wish it had some more honey flavor to it. But over all had a good experience and was helped had tea made very quickly! This place is located inside a small food hall too, so plenty of options for grub around
1. Ambiance and Environment This Presotea is located within a food hall on Center St in Downtown Anaheim. They are straight across from the entrance, so they're hard to miss. The ambiance and environment is very much dependent on the food hall maintenance since Presotea isn't really responsible for the dining area in this food hall, so I don't think evaluation of the ambiance and environment would be fair to include in this review. 2. Food and Drinks The drinks here are typically not too sweet even with 100%, which I really appreciate as someone that doesn't have the biggest sweet tooth. It makes the drinks really refreshing for me, personally, during the hot summer months. 3. Service They have staff members ready and willing to assist, but orders are primarily taken either through a mobile app called "Snackpass" or throug the self-serve kiosks at the front. The staff members handing your drink to you after they've been made are typically very polite, and they've been consistently polite for the past 30+ times that I've been here this year. Service was quick when I last visited, but usually you would have to wait around ~8 minutes for your drink. 4. Pricing The pricing is very reasonable for the size and flavor that you get. It's made this spot my go-to boba spot (especially because of its convenience relative to the walkability of Downtown Anaheim by the city hall). 5. Restroom The restrooms are not maintained by Presotea staff. The restrooms are located outside of the food hall, within the parking structure integrated with the food hall building. You can ask the Presotea staff for the bathroom code to get into the restrooms. 6. Parking There's street parking available on Center St, but you can also park in the parking structure directly integrated with the food hall building. I recommend finding street parking on Center St if you have to drive, or even in the neighborhood streets a block or two away. 7. Study-Friendly Features Wifi isn't really available at the food hall and I believe Presotea also doesn't provide it. The food hall would be a decent spot to do some offline studying/work, however. They have some outlets, and plenty of seating. Just make sure that the table you're going to sit at is clean before setting your things down, since the tables are primarily used for dining at the food hall.
Presotea is one of my favorite place to grab boba tea and/or coffee . It's hidden from view Euclid (main street) and wedged between several businesses. The minimalist stall, without signage, is located inside a food court on Anaheim Promenade and shared among other venues. The downside of this location is the street is often used or closed off for events like - Farmer's Market or other activities which can make parking very frustrating. The businesses here are supported weekdays by patrons that around the area so weekend traffic is light. The staff are nice and diligent following any adjustments to the drinks. I usually order House Coffee w/cold foam and oatmilk or the Matcha Latte.
Inside a little food court with other eateries. Ordered at one of the 2 kiosks. Gives a great description of each drink. I got the champagne milk tea, which had a nice grape flavor without being too sweet. My boyfriend got the champagne black tea which had a slightly stronger grape flavor but a but less sweet. Both very tasty
Nice little boba shop in Anaheim! Presotea was situated in this plaza with other food restaurants. There were kiosks to order, which made ordering much easier. I went on a Sunday afternoon, and there weren't any lines at all. The wait for my drink wasn't long either - I got an avocado slush and it tasted better than other avocado smoothies I've had before. There's limited seating inside but still a very cute set up. Bathrooms are located outside the foodcourt and in the parking garage. Staff also played Vietnamese rap music which was quite unique and refreshing to hear (apart from the pop/kpop that other boba places play). I would love to come here and try more drinks!
This drink place is located in the Anaheim Promenade, alongside a bunch of other great food and even an ice skating rink! At this place, you order at a screen and the drinks come out pretty quick! Great for a quick and easy grab-and-go! I got their hojicha milk tea with panda boba, which is a mix of their chewy tapioca and crystal boba. I really liked the hojicha taste and the fun boba mix was a really nice addition. The only thing was that the drink was still super sweet, even when I requested 50% sweet. Their strawberry fresh milk drink was alright and it didn't have much strawberry flavor, compared to the milk (oat milk). Most of the strawberry flavor was at the bottom and it was a little hard to mix together. I really liked the size of both drinks though! There's a lot of seating indoors and the vibe in this area is great! read more

I tried their taro Friday taro milk tea deal where it's $1 off and was disappointed. It tasted watered down and not good at all. They have 2 kiosks inside the small food hall and 50% of the time only one of them is working. Very little human interaction. Parking in this area can be hard to find if you want free parking because it can get really busy depending on the day/time and if there's an event going on. Otherwise there's 3 paid parking lots in the area. read more

Fake incidents. I was able to taste powder everything. Power milk and powder thai tea. Boba was good. My sister and I were not able to drink them. Total waste of $17. Never again. If you like authentic taste, this is not your spot. But if you aren't picky, then I guess this place is for those with the good to semi good reviews. read more

Pretty good! Located in the food hall in Anaheim City Center - prices are pretty reasonable. Drinks start at under $5 and go up $6+. In these post-COVID inflation days, that's getting more difficult to find for boba! Order at the kiosks and your drink will be ready in a few minutes. I got the mango cloud, which was really delicious and refreshing, and 100% sweetness wasn't too sweet at all! Friendly service, and boba (black pearls) are a free topping! Would get again :) read more

The tea and boba tasted fine, but the ratio was off. There should be a bit more boba in such a tall cup. I found myself looking down from my conversation, fishing for boba, as I chatted with a friend on the (fake grass) lawn near the boba shop. My friend's taro milk tea was pretty. He said it was too sweet at 30% sugar, which he had to get since Presotea didn't offer 25% sweetness. However, I had no complaints with my 70% sugar. I probably would have been able to snag free street parking on a Saturday at 10 am, but I was lazy. Instead, I parked at one of the city lots around the block and paid $12 all day. read more
I guess since the food court was pretty empty in the morning it was ok to chill in the back but didn't really know whether the location was open for business if the only person operating the kiosk was just chilling in the back. I had to get her attention to make sure they were open for business before I attempted to order a drink. She said just order at the touch pad kiosk so I did. Slow responsive kiosk had such lag that I made quite a few mistakes when punching in my phone number required for the order that I had to keep tap and erasing due to lag. But at the end of it all, got the drink and it was ok, I ordered it on the 70% sweet white peach oolong and it was on the lighter side which was ok. Good enough for the day ahead. read more

Ordered online to pick up on my way to work and when I arrive, the store was closed. There's no access for me to be able to contact anyone to see if I'm able to get my points back so I had to reach out to the online ordering service. hopefully I'll be able to get my points back but You guys shouldn't be taking online orders if you are not open. read more
2.5 Stars. I stopped by twice before writing this review, as I really wanted to give Presotea another chance based on the other good reviews. Unfortunately I remain unimpressed, but that is just my opinion and I know it's in the minority here. The first time I came by, I ordered the Wintermelon & Hojicha milk tea and a Thai tea with cheese foam. I liked the wintermelon hojicha drink well enough but the problem was that they had added crystal boba to my drink by mistake (and charged me for it). I'm actually not a fan of boba/ such toppings so sadly, I couldn't finish the milk tea. As for the Thai tea, it was pretty basic/ nothing special, while the cheese foam could have been better. The second time I tried their brown sugar milk tea and it was okay, but again I wasn't impressed and didn't finish my drink. The drink was actually pretty lukewarm, so maybe that's why I didn't care for it. Stop #45 in my bubble tea store adventure. read more
It is my honor to join the soft opening event for the very yummy milk spot in Anaheim downtown!! Highlights of the menu: 1. Brown sugar milk pudding boba 2. Strawberry fruit tea 3. Signature fruit tea 4. Mango pineapple creme slush I love both of their fruit teas and milk teas. The boba is very soft, the tea flavor is very strong and fresh in their drinks. These are very unique about Presotea. With this location, you can hang around the downtown. There are food spots and bars in the same food court giving the maximum convenience for the customers. They also have large seating indoor and outdoor areas. I would definitely hang out with my friends here in the weekend The soft opening event is hosted well with music, finger food for influencers, raffle for digital products with high value (TV, airpods, Ninetendo switch), BOGO coupons. It did great PR and marketing when I see lots of reviews from foodies and influencers! read more

This is my first time here and the staff was super friendly. They answered all my questions about the drinks and made the ordering experience very easy. I asked if they could use my own cup and they did so I was super grateful. #plasticfreejuly I got one of the two dollar teas. It was on a special chalk board in front of the registers. It was absolutely delicious and I will be going back for the two dollar menu and the regular menu! Can't wait to try everything read more
$2 summer tea special is a good deal but I did not like the drinks. I got the winter melon green tea with grass jelly and the mango fruit tea (secret menu) with aloe. Both at 50% sweet. Both way too sweet. Tasted like syrup and no tea flavor. The secret menu drink is $5.25 too so wasn't cheap. Am disappointed because I liked the other presotea location. Pros that they open super early LOL. read more

I went in asking about matcha and wanted a jasmine matcha she said they didn't have it in the menu but she would make it work for me and I described how I wanted the matcha and jasmine milk tea to taste and how sweet i would want it. She was soooooo nice and sweet about it I tasted it and it was exactly what I imagined it to be. ( I've never tried a jasmine matcha and have seen it in other places). 10/10 customer service and the drink was also a 10/10 thank you! read more

Located inside "Good Food" food hall! You can't miss it! Grand opening is this Saturday 4/28 from 11-8pm and it'll be BOGO drinks all day. There's also going to be giveaways/raffles so save your receipts. I've been to their bolsa location and actually had no idea they opened here at the promenade. I was here on Thursday for the farmers market and happened to see their soft opening sign. There's plenty of parking in the structure and along the street. Plenty of drink options for everyone (I get the white peach from the secret menu) and friendly staff. read more

Original from Taiwan chain tea store. The people are nice, we had the buy one get one free promotion. I didn't know I had to choose sub milk if I didn't want the creamer. And we already paid and placed the order thru the machine. But she let me substitute with oat milk instead without any charge. The combination of oatmilk with Genmaicha actually works well which I never thought about. read more
