We stopped by here to grab drinks while waiting in line for a popular bakery nearby, and honestly it was a pretty solid choice for a quick morning pick-me-up. We ordered the Strawberry Cloud and Avocado Smoothie, and the wait time was only about 5 minutes. The Strawberry Cloud had a creamy milky flavor with the right amount of sweetness, plus a slightly icy texture that made it really refreshing. The Avocado Smoothie was super smooth and filling, and I got mine at 50% sweetness which tasted just right for me, not overly sweet but still flavorful. I happened to be at a tournament at the rinks and wanted something to drink. Presotea is tucked in the storefront shared with a few other restaurants next to Smoke. I love their daily specials, BOGOs, etc. - Passion fruit green tea - Blueberry midnight - Summer fruit tea ($1 off special) I ordered digitally and selected my tea, extra toppings, ice level, & sweetness. You pay digitally and they'll call your name once it's made. 70% sweetness was no pun intended...my sweet spot. Not too sweet! Light ice is the perfect amount to keep it cold while you're drinking & getting your max amount of liquid. The reg ice vs light ice is a crazy difference! My youngest wanted to try the crystal boba and although he described it as "partially digested fruit" it's a chewy delight. He liked it so much we went back again the following day. The minimalist stall, without signage, is located inside a food court on Anaheim Promenade and shared among other venues. The downside of this location is the street is often used or closed off for events like - Farmer's Market or other activities which can make parking very frustrating. The businesses here are supported weekdays by patrons that around the area so weekend traffic is light. The staff are nice and diligent following any adjustments to the drinks. 1. Ambiance and Environment This Presotea is located within a food hall on Center St in Downtown Anaheim. They are straight across from the entrance, so they're hard to miss. The ambiance and environment is very much dependent on the food hall maintenance since Presotea isn't really responsible for the dining area in this food hall, so I don't think evaluation of the ambiance and environment would be fair to include in this review. 2. Food and Drinks The drinks here are typically not too sweet even with 100%, which I really appreciate as someone that doesn't have the biggest sweet tooth. It makes the drinks really refreshing for me, personally, during the hot summer months. 3. Service They have staff members ready and willing to assist, but orders are primarily taken either through a mobile app called "Snackpass" or throug the self-serve kiosks at the front. The staff members handing your drink to you after they've been made are typically very polite, and they've been consistently polite for the past 30+ times that I've been here this year. Service was quick when I last visited, but usually you would have to wait around ~8 minutes for your drink. 4. Pricing The pricing is very reasonable for the size and flavor that you get. It's made this spot my go-to boba spot (especially because of its convenience relative to the walkability of Downtown Anaheim by the city hall). 5. Restroom The restrooms are not maintained by Presotea staff. The restrooms are located outside of the food hall, within the parking structure integrated with the food hall building. You can ask the Presotea staff for the bathroom code to get into the restrooms. 6. Parking There's street parking available on Center St, but you can also park in the parking structure directly integrated with the food hall building. I recommend finding street parking on Center St if you have to drive, or even in the neighborhood streets a block or two away. 7. Study-Friendly Features Wifi isn't really available at the food hall and I believe Presotea also doesn't provide it. The food hall would be a decent spot to do some offline studying/work, however. They have some outlets, and plenty of seating. Just make sure that the table you're going to sit at is clean before setting your things down, since the tables are primarily used for dining at the food hall. read more

Nice little boba shop in Anaheim! Presotea was situated in this plaza with other food restaurants. There were kiosks to order, which made ordering much easier. I went on a Sunday afternoon, and there weren't any lines at all. The wait for my drink wasn't long either - I got an avocado slush and it tasted better than other avocado smoothies I've had before. There's limited seating inside but still a very cute set up. Bathrooms are located outside the foodcourt and in the parking garage. Pretty good! Located in the food hall in Anaheim City Center - prices are pretty reasonable. Drinks start at under $5 and go up $6+. In these post-COVID inflation days, that's getting more difficult to find for boba! Order at the kiosks and your drink will be ready in a few minutes. I got the mango cloud, which was really delicious and refreshing, and 100% sweetness wasn't too sweet at all! Friendly service, and boba (black pearls) are a free topping! Presotea Anaheim is located in a food hall. Parking is pretty much street parking or parking garage. Ordering is through a kiosk which is super user friendly. The tea and boba tasted fine, but the ratio was off. There should be a bit more boba in such a tall cup. I found myself looking down from my conversation, fishing for boba, as I chatted with a friend on the (fake grass) lawn near the boba shop. My friend's taro milk tea was pretty. He said it was too sweet at 30% sugar, which he had to get since Presotea didn't offer 25% sweetness. However, I had no complaints with my 70% sugar. I probably would have been able to snag free street parking on a Saturday at 10 am, but I was lazy. Instead, I parked at one of the city lots around the block and paid $12 all day. read more

I guess since the food court was pretty empty in the morning it was ok to chill in the back but didn't really know whether the location was open for business if the only person operating the kiosk was just chilling in the back. I had to get her attention to make sure they were open for business before I attempted to order a drink. She said just order at the touch pad kiosk so I did. Slow responsive kiosk had such lag that I made quite a few mistakes when punching in my phone number required for the order that I had to keep tap and erasing due to lag. I went in asking about matcha and wanted a jasmine matcha she said they didn't have it in the menu but she would make it work for me and I described how I wanted the matcha and jasmine milk tea to taste and how sweet i would want it. 2.5 Stars. I stopped by twice before writing this review, as I really wanted to give Presotea another chance based on the other good reviews. Unfortunately I remain unimpressed, but that is just my opinion and I know it's in the minority here. The first time I came by, I ordered the Wintermelon & Hojicha milk tea and a Thai tea with cheese foam. I liked the wintermelon hojicha drink well enough but the problem was that they had added crystal boba to my drink by mistake (and charged me for it). I'm actually not a fan of boba/ such toppings so sadly, I couldn't finish the milk tea. As for the Thai tea, it was pretty basic/ nothing special, while the cheese foam could have been better. The second time I tried their brown sugar milk tea and it was okay, but again I wasn't impressed and didn't finish my drink. The drink was actually pretty lukewarm, so maybe that's why I didn't care for it. Stop #45 in my bubble tea store adventure. read more

$2 summer tea special is a good deal but I did not like the drinks. I got the winter melon green tea with grass jelly and the mango fruit tea (secret menu) with aloe. Both at 50% sweet. Both way too sweet. Tasted like syrup and no tea flavor. The secret menu drink is $5.25 too so wasn't cheap. Am disappointed because I liked the other presotea location. There's also going to be giveaways/raffles so save your receipts. I've been to their bolsa location and actually had no idea they opened here at the promenade. I was here on Thursday for the farmers market and happened to see their soft opening sign. There's plenty of parking in the structure and along the street. Shop is in a small food center along with a few other eateries around There were a good handful of items crossed out that were unavailable once you get to be tea place. Located in a cozy food court type of location, trendy, and meant for the IG crowd. The parking is easy, as there is a parking structure next door, or public parking outside. There are seating areas inside, as well as outdoors on this artificial turf setting. Drinks are easily ordered via a terminal. I wasn't sure if this was the only way, but the menus were super easy to use, and lots of customization to this place. I ordered about 5 different drinks, and each was really good. The Boba they used was "QQ" or just firm yet squishy... tasted like fresh made Boba in the morning. The tea and slushies were good. I would say the flavors and combinations was in the "Mid to upper" tier level of drinks for Boba. The one girl that was working behind the counter was friendly, and quickly moving to complete the order. Price was roughly $5-6 per drink and any additional stuff you want in the drink (Aloe, different toppings, etc) was additional charges. read more

Aw man, I'm so sad to be updating with a 3 star review. This used to be my go-to boba shop since it's walking distance from my house. I used to pop open the PresoteaUS app, order on my phone, walk over, and it'd be ready for pick up. But a few months ago, this location stopped popping up on the app, and when I went in store, they mentioned that they now use SnackPass for mobile order. This blows my mind because I've never seen a franchise store using separate apps.. the whole point of a franchise is that you expect each store to have the same standard.. be it quality of the food, customer service experience, APP, etc. But.. I digress. So this morning we used SnackPass to order and when we arrived, our drinks were ready.. but let me tell you.. the teas were SO diluted.. I've never had a bad experience here so I don't know if it's a one-off or a result of whatever managerial/administrative "changes" that made them change their app (which might be indicative that there were other changes in the kitchen, too). It would be a 2 star review, but since this is the only time I've been disappointed in my 20+ visits, leaving it a 3. Will go back and re-review if this diluted mess is the new norm. read more

Horrible time management skill of these employees! It was only for ONE simple tea drink without any add-ons, and we waited for over 20 minutes. When I asked them about our order, the counter person half-heartedly "apologized" saying that they got the order but had not got the chance to make our drink and that she would make it right now... Then, we overheard the person after us also complained to ask where their drink orders were, as they had been waiting for over 30 minutes for a couple of boba drinks.
