    Brown Sugar Milk w/Boba

Was strolling around GardenWalk and found this gem. The decor was pretty and very whimsical. I bought the brown sugar milk tea with boba & strawberry yakult. The milk tea was okay it was to much boba at the bottom so 7 out of 10 Strawberry yakult 10/10 said my boyfriend.

A cute and fun boba place with super cute decors, lots of spots to take pics. This place is located inside Anaheim garden walk. Super clean, bright, and vibey. Staff were nice and friendly. We ordered: Thai Milk Tea and Hokkaido Milk tea with original boba. The drinks were delicious but a bit sweet for my taste. They have cute boba containers. They have the light bulb (bulb) glass container for souvenirs too. A definite place to check out.

ADORABLE boba shop! It's very clean. Super cute inside. There's multiple photo opportunities inside this boba cafe! And I can't forget to mention the cute boba pillows. I can't rave enough about the decor and vibe of this cafe. I ordered one of the popular drinks. I got the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca boba. It was delicious! My husband got a milk tea and said it was good. Drinks were good overall. Service was satisfactory. Overall, I would definitely recommend this boba shop. 10/10

First time ordering here, ordered a brown sugar milk tea , color seems off , especially taste wise. Tasted like a watered down coffee, it was bitter as well and didn't have any slight taste of sweetness. Overall disappointing, decent service as well. Order came out fast and nice place with good amount of seating. 6/10 is what I'd rate the drink overall, wouldn't come back :(

Boba was ok, I tasted the tea. Most places would put brown sugar milk tea and just be brown sugar and milk and no actual tea. Was a busy weekend and it took a long time for drinks, it's a decent sized place, but there was no where to stand and wait so they encouraged up to walk around and come back. It's a cute place, saw all the Disney themed items on the walls. Immediately I noticed the giant boba by the entrance which was unique.

We were staying at a hotel close by and stopped by to try some boba. It was at night and there were customers inside waiting for food and drink orders. There were some good options and our drink came out quickly. The vibe was calm, it appeared clean and there was plenty of seating.

In town for work and we went for 3 days straight to Bulba. All of our drinks (15 each day) were delicious and made perfectly. The staff was friendly and patient with us. Jason I believe one of the owners was very accommodating and great with us. Even the food was great, I highly recommend coming for a great drink yummy food and friendly staff... Thank you Jason and crew!!! Oh almost forgot the decor is super cute!!

It's located inside a mall so plenty of parking. We stopped by since we were checking out the pop up markets. My son just wanted the 8 piece mozzarella sticks for $8. It came out pretty quick so I'm not sure if they were frozen and quickly warmed up because the cheese was not stringy nor was it warm. It was basically room temperature and the marinara sauce was really cold from the fridge.

Had a difficult time finding this place but definitely worth it- especially on a hot day. Ordered the mango slushy with crystal boba and lychee jelly

Yum!! The drinks here are delicious. My partner and I stopped by after a movie hoping to get some popcorn chicken. Unfortunately they don't serve popcorn chicken until 3pm. We ordered the Hokkaido milk tea and brown sugar milk tea. The Hokkaido milk tea was super rich and creamy! The brown sugar milk tea was delicious and wasn't too sweet, it paired nicely with lychee jelly. There is a lot of seating and the workers here are super nice. It's at the Anaheim Gardenwalk and it's nice to grab a drink and walk around. I would definitely come back to try the snacks.

Very refreshing to drink especially on a scorching hot summer day! Ordered the strawberry slush smoothie (of courseee) and the first sip was to die for (or live for, since I was dying of the heatwave). The cashier was friendly and talkative, so thanks for making my experience here better! Usually this plaza is so fricking empty now but there are so many family-oriented shops especially for Disneyland area. I just wish the slush wasn't so watery (?) and include more of the natural fruity flavors.

So sad but the drink was plain bad. I ordered brown sugar milk tea with boba. The boba was hard (undercooked?) and did not taste good. The tea itself was watery and had a weird taste. I wonder how a boba drink could be bad but it was bad!

Super cute boba cafe in the Garden Walk. The decor inside is adorable and the space is kept very clean. Drinks were delicious. Everything was fresh and flavors were bright, not watered down. The only downside to this place is the actual location. The Garden Walk is strange. There weren't a lot of people there except at the House of Blues. The ambiance borders on creepy with lots of closed shops and very odd themes throughout the place.

We got extremely lucky and found some street parking about a block away and then we were able to walk and then get in line and order our food. I ended up getting a Panini and then an iced latte. I love how this building looks very historical and I'm not sure what it used to be, but it was cool vibes inside. The workers are extremely nice. And the food probably even taste a little bit better than the Pasadena location that I go to fairly often. The only thing that's all but tricky is the parking I think this time around our were extremely lucky. They have an additional dining area where you can get access to pass the restrooms. There's also a couple of tables outside if you prefer to be outdoors. Lots of great things that are going on here.

I hadn't been here in years (15, in fact, which was when my last review went up), but the line was very familiar. We shared: - Urth Farmer's Salad - Full Tuna sandwich (came with side salad which was quite sizable) Everything was super-fresh and generously portioned. More than enough for two people. If we'd known the sandwich came with a side salad we probably wouldn't have ordered a whole 'nother salad, but the farmers market salad was so good I'm glad we did! I also got an iced latte, which really hit the spot. The friendly and efficient staff expertly handled the crowds, which was sizable. We were hoping for a seat out on the patio since it was a nice day, but seating was limited so we sat at one of the small tables inside by the fireplace. It was just ok, but we had a nice time nonetheless.

When the drinks are being made, I saw behind the counter, and saw the syrups - like the coffee/Italian soda syrups - which was disappointing. The coconut ube was good but very sweet despite getting 75% sugar - must've been the coconut syrup. The biba was great though, super fresh soft boba which really saved the drink. The matcha was somewhat bland. But the Biko pandan was nice.

The interior leans minimalist -- lots of white, light wood tabletops, and green plant accents that match the "Monstera" name. It's a calm and comfortable space to sit for a while. They also have board games like chess, Uno, and Jenga, which makes it feel more like a casual hangout spot than just a quick grab-and-go tea shop. What I ordered: Peach Hibiscus tea with rainbow jelly 5 macarons (pistachio x2, vanilla, strawberry, and another flavor everything except caramel) Fried chicken tenders & fries combo They offer 10% off if you follow them on Instagram or Facebook, which brought my total to about $25. The Peach Hibiscus tea ended up being the highlight. It was refreshing and not overly sweet, and the rainbow jelly added a fun texture. I was a little disappointed they were out of boba, since that's usually my go-to topping. The macarons looked nice visually but the flavors didn't quite come through. The pistachio in particular tasted mostly sweet rather than having a distinct pistachio flavor. The shells were also a bit chewy with slightly uneven edges. The fried chicken tenders and fries ended up being the biggest issue. Two guests ahead of me had already been waiting around 30 minutes before I even placed my order. After ordering, it became clear the kitchen hadn't actually started the food yet. I could hear one staff member explaining to another how to make the tenders and mentioning that the process takes about 7 minutes total. Hearing that while watching orders sit unprepared made the delay a bit confusing. The couple ahead of me had ordered about 10 minutes before I did and still hadn't received their food either. The staff seemed to be enjoying themselves and chatting, which is great for morale, but the service side didn't feel very focused on getting orders out in a timely way. Eventually I decided to ask for a refund rather than continue waiting. I also noticed they sell $18 individual cakes that come in small square tins (similar to tiramisu containers). They might taste great, but visually they looked fairly simple, so the price point felt a bit high for what you see. Overall: The space itself is pleasant and the tea was refreshing. It's also nice that they provide games for people to hang out. Unfortunately, between the food delays, items being out of stock, and the feeling that the kitchen wasn't fully prepared yet, the experience ended up feeling like a lot of money spent without much payoff. Personally it's not a spot I'd return to, though the atmosphere may still appeal to people looking for a place to relax and play a game
