I don't know why when she speak she is mumbling the whole time. She said ít was my fault i paid before she put in the discount. I gave her the 15% off to apply but she didn't apply it on time since I paid for it. I asked her to reverse it but she needed the owner to show her how. Then they made my husband drink wrong because they don't listen. I won't be a customer as long as Renee still work here. There should be no reason for an employee to treat customers like this. Even customers behind me was not feeling right. They won't come back either. They are here to enjoy their time but employees are giving bad attitude and tensions for no reasons. The matcha tea also has a lot of different toppings and cream tops. But I go just for the matcha lattes. There are 3 different matcha types to choose from with a clear explanation at the cashier in terms of the differences and pricing as well. I've tried all 3 and while I appreciate the premium kyushu flavor, I think the cheapest one Harumi is my favorite and the most balanced. I get it with oat / almond milk (both I think work well) and no sweetener. And I do think it's one of my favorite matchas in the OC area. The milk doesn't overpower the matcha. And each drink even comes with an explanation about the matcha you are drinking as a nice little bonus. Pricing also is competitive with the other local shops The staff is also super friendly and kind. They easily explain all the options and customizations and do remind you about the stamp cards (get 10 drinks and get the 11th free). The cafe itself is good as well. There are tables for both groups of 2 and 4 with good air conditioning. Some people noted there might be a soapy smell in the cafe which I've smelled a few times as well. But it usually is right as you enter the cafe and less so further in the cafe. Parking at Mirakuru is pretty plentiful but do expect tight parking in certain areas like near the El Super area.
