They are ALWAYS so delicious and the workers are quick to prepare it. Their loyalty program is great I'm always happy when I can use my points to get a $4ish discount off my order, they make it super easy to order on the iPads. As far as seating goes I love the cushions and being able to sit for a minute or two when they are preparing my drink.

And the drinks are sweetened just right (you can order less sugar as I do sometimes, but it will be bitter). And I especially recommend kurimi style for the classic tea bases -- the cold foam on top complements the sweetness!
