    Strawberry matcha latte

Was working on some stuff at the FedEx in this complex and came across Tai Tea. It's a cute and cozy little shop. They have a great variety of drinks to choose from. I went with the strawberry matcha latte. I like my strawberry matcha because of the sweetness the strawberry is supposed to bring but something was kind of off about it. The free wifi was really slow when I connected on my laptop. The customer service was great and the seating area was relaxing and quiet. I would give this place another try but I'd probably get a different drink like the strawberry lemonade or the taro.

Friend and I went here after dinner. I got the tarp tea but it was okay. It kind of tasted like the tea was over-steeped. It's a cute, little cafe. It was clean. Workers did their job. You can also sit outside.

What I Ordered: Hazelnut Milk Tea with Boba ($4.45) Food: Never have I seen a Hazelnut Milk Tea in any other boba shops, so I had to try it! I love hazelnut lattes, so it was an easy decision. With my first sip, the sweet and nutty flavors of the milk tea created a strong pleasant aroma. The boba had the perfect consistency and sweetness that complemented the drink very well. The story about this boba shop is that an asian mafia family used to run the shop as a front, but their boba became so popular that they stopped doing crimes and went full time as a boba shop! HOW CRAZY IS THAT?! Service: Staff are friendly and kind! Ambiance: Plenty of seats inside the restaurant! Parking is easy to find in the lot.

Amazing drinks! This is one of my favorite tea places with so many options and creative drinks. The tables and sitting is very relaxing and the workers are very polite. Would come again!

Came in at 1:30 PM looking for a cool treat to beat the heat. Very quick service and the store gives off cozy vibes with plenty of seating, given the smaller size of the store! Ice Milk 1 - very yummy, gives Half and Half vibes. Recommend the less caramel option if you don't like your drinks super sweet Oolong Milk Tea - strong oolong flavor Strawberry Lychee Slushy - strong strawberry and lychee flavor in every sip, very refreshing Drinks were less than $5 and the size was still very decent, which is unheard of in this economy!

A nice little tea lounge! There are a few tables inside for seating area which is nice since so many tea shops these days are targeted for pick up and no seating area. They had a nice list of teas and drinks on their menu and some special drinks posted around the area. I tried the Rose Milk Tea with boba and pudding. It sounded really good on a hot day. The tea was good but just about industry standard, in my opinion the tea was slightly watery and the flavor of the rose was not really there much. But the pudding and boba they used were really good. Nice chewy tapioca and the pudding had a nice firmness and flavor to it. I'd still come to get a tea if I'm in the area, maybe a different milk tea next time.

got the brown sugar milk tea with honey boba and it was okay. i did like how they had their specialty drinks on the wall. helped me order and choose a drink from the wall. i'd say there is some seating inside but it's pretty hot so it's not a study spot

Been in here a handful of times, but this time it seemed more unkept. And the staff wasn't friendly. I got the Vietnamese Iced Coffee and it was super bitter. I unfortunately think it's time to find a different local tea shop.

Nice tea place with lots of variety. Love the pictures of ones to choose from. I had the oolong milk tea with boba. It was a little strong (tea wise) that over powered the milk tea portion. They have seating inside. Located in the back of a strip mall area off Katella.

You can asked to have almond milk, soy milk

Do you have dairy free options for the milk teas?

The written menu advertises nondairy milk and ingredient modifications, but the kiosk doesn't actually let you select any of them. Staff told us to put substitutions in "special comments" and promised they'd be honored. They weren't- on a single order, twice. We ordered two coffees (oat milk, whole milk) and two customized breakfast burritos. It took 40 minutes. We were the only customers in the cafe. When the food came out, nothing was labeled / not the drinks, not the burritos- and staff couldn't tell us which was which. When I explained that one of us has a dairy allergy and asked them to identify the allergen-free items, I got a blank stare. We opened both burritos: both had cheese, despite my explicit no-cheese request. Their solution? "Can you pick it out?" No. You cannot pick out melted cheese from an allergen order. I was not offered a fresh burrito, just another blank stare until I specifically stated "I need you to remake this with the proper ingredients and confirm what you put in." Once again the burrito came out with no label, and when I asked for clarity on what was in it I was again met me with a blank stare. My partner's burrito was also wrong (pico she'd asked to have removed), but by then the 40-minute wait had made her late for work. When I asked for a refund on her incorrect meal, I was told they couldn't refund it "because she left." When I asked to leave written feedback: "we don't accept written feedback." Manager? Not in. Manager's phone number? Don't have it. But here's what pushed this from bad service to abominable: there is no way to hold this place accountable. At no point did anyone acknowledge a mistake had been made or make any real attempt to fix it- every wrong order was met with a shrug and the expectation that I'd just live with it. When I asked to leave written feedback, I was told they don't accept it. When I asked for the manager, they weren't in. When I asked for a manager's phone number or someone to contact, the employee "didn't have access to that." A business that serves people with food allergies MUST have a way for customers to flag problems in real time and reach management. This place has built a system where mistakes can't be reported, refunds can't be issued, and no one is responsible for anything. To be clear, this isn't on the line staff - one employee clearly hadn't been given the language support or training to succeed, and that's a management failure. The other younger employee was just incompetent and unhelpful, even though she was clearly aware of the requests. If you advertise allergen accommodations, you have to execute them, label them, and answer for it when you don't. Until this place fixes its ordering system, its labeling, and its total lack of accountability, spend your money literally anywhere else.

The standout was the King Jasmine Guava. The jasmine tea was incredibly fragrant, and the red guava added the perfect amount of sweetness without overpowering the tea. It was so good that I came back the next day just to order it again. This is an easy 10/10 and a must-try. I also really enjoyed the Pistachio Cloud Jasmine Coconut. The floral jasmine tea paired well with the nutty, slightly salty pistachio foam, while the coconut water kept everything light and refreshing. It was unique and well balanced. The Coconut Mango Blue reminded me of mango sago. It was creamy, refreshing, and enjoyable, although I couldn't taste much of the tea because the mango and coconut flavors were more dominant. My least favorite was the Guava Green Grape. I could barely taste the grape, and the guava was a little too sour for my preference. It wasn't bad, but I probably wouldn't order it again. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the teas and how fresh everything tasted. If you're visiting for the first time, I'd highly recommend the King Jasmine Guava. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.
