Was looking for a good milk tea as a treat while I was in the area to play some badminton. The place down the street was closed so I remember this place. Drove over since it was on the way. It's a small shop tucked in the more quiet corner of a shopping plaza. I was the only one there upon entering and it appeared only one employee was working. After looking at their menu, i saw they do have some food choices like popcorn chicken, popcorn shrimp , and french fries. They have a few choices of milk tea, fruit teas, matcha, and blended drinks. I ended up getting a large milk tea with extra ice and creme brulee. The brulee was 1.50 more and the total for the drink was about $7. Tastewise it was a decent milk tea and brulee does bring it up a notch. It doesn't beat tastea's tiger milk tea but it's better than a few places I've tried. read more

Was working on some stuff at the FedEx in this complex and came across Tai Tea. It's a cute and cozy little shop. They have a great variety of drinks to choose from. I went with the strawberry matcha latte. I like my strawberry matcha because of the sweetness the strawberry is supposed to bring but something was kind of off about it. The free wifi was really slow when I connected on my laptop. The customer service was great and the seating area was relaxing and quiet. I would give this place another try but I'd probably get a different drink like the strawberry lemonade or the taro. read more

The tea was good but just about industry standard, in my opinion the tea was slightly watery and the flavor of the rose was not really there much. But the pudding and boba they used were really good. Currently, they have happy hour which is bogo 50% off for all kind of tea and slushies from 4pm to 7pm and it's only from Monday-Friday as the employee said. I think the promotion is really great for people who wanna make group orders. We ordered ice milk 6, tropical tea and mangonada. My fave is their new drink that calls Tropical tea. The drink was very delicious, not too sweet and very fresh for the spring and summer. It has the new topping palm fruit which is very tasty and chewy. Ice milk 6 is good too but not my type. I went here today at around noon and was searching for a quick boba fix. I stumbled upon Tai Tea and the spooky Halloween decorations got my attention. It's a cute tiny place with only one person working at the time I went. I ordered a large Coconut Matcha Milk Tea with boba. I was able to taste the coconut flavor, but it lacked the essence of matcha. I could barely taste the matcha flavor and is not accurately depicted on my pictured drink. However, I liked how the milk tea was not too sweet and the boba was still chewy. Perhaps next time, I suggest that they add more matcha to this drink. I was craving boba and popcorn chicken before going to the cinemark at Orange with a ton of friends. I was looking forward of getting something quick, and tasty since I had about 2 hours. I went with a few friends here, and I ordered popcorn chicken combo, with a green thai tea boba. I added fries along with the popcorn chicken, because the fries looked good. Since it's in the OC, there was indoor seating. My friends basically filled up the whole place. The green thai tea was ok. The best I had was at Sea Bag and Roll in Cerritos, but sadly they no long served it. The popcorn chicken was dry. I was a bit disappointed about the popcorn chicken. I was looking forward to eating it. The fries were good though. Thinly cut friends. Still simple. No seasoning though. I would have given this place a 2 star, but when my friend came (it was his birthday), we san him happy birthday. I could taste the jasmine flavor and it wasn't overly sweet. The boba had a good texture too. The popcorn chicken came out hot, crispy and with the right amount of spice that I requested. It went perfectly with the sweet and sour sauce that comes with it. The portion size was good and the pieces of chicken weren't tiny either. Check to make sure they get your order right. Couple separate occasions where I asked for a certain topping to only get the opposite. It's annoying because you take the time to tell them and you see it inputted in the system correctly, but the person making it don't read the instructions so it's done wrong. Their triple tea used to be my go to but they changed the mix or something, so it's not good anymore like it used to be. Slushy are not great, especially the oreo one. Very artificial taste to it. Hidden gem! Tucked in the corner of the same plaza as Daiso and Smart and Final. Ample parking especially in the evening. The interior is inviting and they have a variety of table games for everyone to enjoy. Great pictures of their top 15 drinks. Pricing is great. The flavors and selections are plenty. The space is small so it's not ideal for studying, but for hanging out and grabbing a drink and snack, it's perfect. They have an aquarium inside, didn't get the chance to peek at what's in it. LOL. But the artificial greenery wall is cute. Perfect for the 'gram indeed. New thing we tried here is their ICE MILK DRINK... literally iced 2% and half and half sweetened and topped with whatever combination you like. The ICE MILK 1 with the caramel, honey boba, and egg pudding is SO GOOD! Also tried their Health Tea... with fruit bits inside... delish! My sister brought some home and I requested the Thai green tea. Ive had Thai green tea once before at Seaside Bakery, but this is the 1st time I saw it in the menu of a milk tea place. And man this is so good! I remember the distinct taste from seaside but it was super sweet. I asked for less sweet and it's perfect!!
