I love the mango coconut boom it's very creamy and just the right sweetness. I love their sago also, it's soft and goes well with the mango. The grapefruit boom is good too, however I think it depends on the Grapefruit they are using, since I tried some that are quiet bitter. This drink and refreshing and light. There's a long line and it would be better to order online this will save you probably 30minutes. Or what we did was we ordered and just went to 99 Ranch while waiting. Overall, service is okay, the drinks are good too. The space is quiet small as well so people tend to stand outside.

HeyTea in Irvine is very much a grab‑and‑go kind of spot, and honestly, it leans into that identity well. There's no real seating, so don't come expecting to hang out with your drink--this is a quick-stop destination for people who know exactly what they want and want it fast. The good news is that the setup works. The shop is efficient, the line moves quickly, and there's plenty of parking, which is a small miracle in Irvine's busier plazas. It makes the whole experience surprisingly smooth, especially if you're just popping in for a drink on the way somewhere else. I ordered the Coconut Blue Mango, and it was the highlight of the visit. Refreshing, tropical, and not overly sweet--basically the kind of drink that makes you forget you're just standing in a pickup-only storefront. The flavors are bright and layered, and it's exactly the kind of thing HeyTea does best. If you're looking for a place to sit and chat, this isn't it. But if you want a high-quality fruit tea with zero hassle, HeyTea Irvine delivers.

I had heard a bit about this place but was hesitant on how good it would be based off reviews. I really wanted to try the pistachio cloud jasmine coconut though and oh man, I'm so glad I did! That thing slaps! The jasmine tea with coconut water is a merry blend and the pistachio cheese foam didn't taste artificial at all. It added a nice touch of saltiness to the drink and was so yummy. There was a bit of a wait but I was wow-ed by my drink that I will be coming back regularly. The king jasmine guava was sold out.. so I will have to try that next time. Note there isn't any seating area and this is a grab and go spot.

I have been here before but this is my first review! I really wanted the Coconut Mango Boom as that seems to be the most popular drink but my husband is allergic to mangoes and wanted to share a drink. However I ordered the Grapefruit Boom and added cheese foam on top. The drink is so good and you can taste how fresh the grapefruit is. I can see why this place was busy as people kept coming in to pick up their mobile orders. Service was friendly and they were pretty quick despite how busy they were. It's a tiny place with nowhere to sit so it's definitely a quick pop in for drinks.

I highly recommend getting the Coconut Mango Bloom! There's a reason why this drink is so popular--it's really good. It's very refreshing and perfectly sweet. The best part is that it's lactose-free, so I can drink it all day without worrying about being lactose intolerant. This drink also has very low calories, so you can enjoy it guilt-free if you're watching your diet ;) I also appreciate their online ordering system. The place seemed packed when I came, so ordering online can definitely save you time.

Since it's so popular, I had to give this spot another try! While it's still on the expensive side, I can definitely taste the difference in quality, especially with the tea itself. The king jasmine latte has a refreshing and floral flavor, it's one of the best jasmine lattes I've had. The wait can get insanely long, so I would never go during peak hours. They also have an online app which makes pick up easier, and they also have coupons and rewards. It's a very a small shop, but I do wish there was some outdoor seating available.

Was in the area with my daughter heard this place is good so we drop by decided to try it. We order matcha and milk tea boba and it was really good. Here you order at kiosk and you just want till they call out the number. Service is, they're pretty fast in making the orders. When we got here around 4:00pm it was little busy. Ambience is ok no place to sit and no table and it's a small place.

Modern and super efficient tucked away in a strip mall near the Irvine business district. I tried their mango coconut boom (with sago, instead of boba) and it was delicious! The sago was an interesting substitute to boba and went perfectly with the mango and coconut flavors. Service is quick and ordering is through their site or in person for pickup. There is no seating, it's mostly a pick up spot. Parking was easy to find.

I liked the drink, did not like the costumer service. The cashier was awkward and kind of rude when I had a question.

Coconut Mango blue, mochi yingde black milk tea

My most frequented heytea shop when I'm in socal! Today we got the coconut mango blue and the new mochi yingde black milk tea. The mochi yingde black milk tea was really good! The mochi was kind of grainy, like kind of almost felt like there were rice pieces in there, but in a good way. I wonder why they stopped having oat milk as an option though, I wish they still had it

I got their in season pistachio cloud king jasmine! I got least sweet and I felt like I really should've added some boba or jelly. It was nice matcha like flavor but I preferred the king jasmine cloud tea from last time! It was a beautiful day. I had a great time coming here and enjoying the sun and morning energy I asked if I could sweeten it after trying it and the barista was nice enough to help me! I'll be back!

This place has grown on me over the past year, and now I can confidently say I'm an avid Heytea fan! Their drinks are so yummy and creative! It's always busy here, but for a good reason. Pro tip, order on the app to reduce wait times. One of my favs pictured is the brown sugar boba milk tea, which is the perfect sweet treat! Believe it or not it's actually not too sweet, for a brown sugar drink, and I think you can further reduce the sweetness if necessary. I love the cream tops at Heytea, which are always soooo yum!!

I finally got to try Heytea at the Walnut location in Irvine! I lowkey get the hype now. My friend waited nearly 30 minutes just to order and get our drinks, but honestly, it was worth it. Their drinks are more fruity-based, which I love when I'm craving something refreshing! I went with their famous Coconut Mango Boom, it had a mix of coconut milk, mango smoothie-slushy, little sago balls, a coconut jelly add-on, & actual mango bits! Every sip was deliciousss--so fresh & flavorful. My friend got the Grape Boom, which was equally as great! What I love most is that their drinks aren't too sweet. Not that artificial flavoring stuff. Worth the wait if you're in the area!

Is there a menu PDF or something we can access? The official website gives no useful information and is so pretentious. I want to browse the drink menu here on my PC and not install the mobile app. Someone's posted picture is not good enough.

Don't think so, I've been wondering the same. Might just have to settle for the UberEats menu: https://www.ubereats.com/store/heytea-irvine-jeffrey/-8t07XXQUvuGsUZQAasqXA?srsltid=AfmBOor4zki0fdqAm8H5bBQN4tdQvnZAdyDBD_hD9ATAxa6l747d5PKs

I spent about $14 for an açai bowl their tropical mango bowl I believe. I had some modifications since I didn't like the raw coconut offering or the banana so I opted for sliced almonds and extra mango with almond butter on top. After waiting a few minutes, looking at the bowl, it didn't look like much and sadly it didn't taste like much either. The almond butter was globed on top and made it really difficult to eat. After bypassing the almond butter I was able to get into the açai which was way too sweet. I'm not sure what type of açai they use, but it did not taste like a freshly prepared açai it tasted more artificial and overly sweet. It may have also been sweet because of the honey I believe they put on top of it. The combination of the açai with the honey and then almond butter was way too sweet. The mango was OK not as firm as I would want it to be and the granola was at the bottom at the bowl and also sprinkled on top, but unfortunately it was the worst acai bowl I've ever had. Parking is free and they do offer a few seats inside. The staff was also really nice but unfortunately, if I do decide to come back maybe I'll try a smoothie instead.

KRISP is an interesting place in that it was very busy, but I didn't see a single person content with their order, and multiple people coming to the counter to address issues they had with their order (myself included). The staff are nice, but they definitely seemed overwhelmed and on their back foot trying to keep up with everyone. They use a digital kiosk for ordering which can be convenient, but is frustrating to use when you find out that the things you ordered are out of stock after you've paid and waited for the items (which happened to me). The shop itself has indoor and outdoor seating, but the layout makes the entrance get congested because you're picking up your order where people are entering which isn't ideal. On the food and beverage front, we tried a bunch of stuff: Blueberry Matcha and Strawberry Matcha: The blueberry matcha is extremely sweet (they said it's their sweetest matcha), and the strawberry matcha isn't far behind that. My biggest issue is their matches are all pre-sweetened, so you can't even adjust the sweetness because it's in their matcha already. The term "organic ceremonial grade Uji matcha" should have never been used for pre-sweetened matcha like this, because it was a disgrace to the term. KRISP Breakfast Burrito: These burritos are pre-made and delivered by a third party and then nuked in a microwave before serving. It's the same thing you'd get at most other coffee shops (ie Alfred). The red salsa it comes with is great though, but the burrito is just fine considering what it is. Almond Croissant: oh man I really wanted to like this, especially since I saw how much almond filling they used. Unfortunately the filling was completely bland, so there wasn't much almond going on with this. Ham & Cheese Croissant: This was also bland, and looked like someone had stepped on it. Just a real sad state of affairs. Berry Orchard Açaí Bowl: Probably the best thing we got, but I hate how they serve it in one of those parfait cups because all the contents keeps spilling out as you eat it. I wish it was in an actual bowl so you can eat it without losing half the toppings to the ground. Overall, I don't see a reason to come back here, and really don't think it's worth the cost given the quality of everything. As others have said, there's a lot of solid options in the area that deserve your patronage over this place.
