Found piece of plastic in my smoothie. I'm really disappointed especially since my toddler was drinking. NOT safe for kids.

I go to the Irvine Omomo whenever I'm in the area and happened to pass by this location. The layout of this store is really weird where the front is blocked by multiple pillars. Anyways, I ordered a strawberry green tea drink and an avocado slushie. My drinks came out not as cold as they usually are and it was kind of watery. Not sure what went wrong with the process of making my drinks but it was disappointing. Maybe because they're rushed with the line going out the door but I guess I'll stick with just going to the Irvine location.

Boba texture good, tea quality good, service good - but the parking lot & the plaza that it's located in = absolutely atrocious. Bad enough to make me not want to go out of my way to get boba - even if I'm craving it. I really wonder how much more business this shop would get if they relocated to another area with plentiful parking and maybe even creating a drive thru option.

    So good!

Parking in the strip mall. Ordered at the counter. Service super fast. Drink was excellent. Right level of sweetness. Boba had great texture. Got the jasmine milk tea. Saw the cups full of fresh fruit! Recommend.

I love milk tea, but I'm pretty picky--and I always recommend Omomo Tea Shop. It's one of my favorite spots. I love, love, love their milk ith cheese foam. Unfortunately, every location I've checked--whether in Irvine, Mission Viejo, or Brea--has been out of it lately. Today, I tried the Strawberry Tornado with brown sugar boba for the first time, and I have to say, I'm not a fan. It might be because I ordered it at 30% sweetness, but the strawberry flavor just didn't hit--it tasted a bit off, maybe due to the type of strawberries used. For an $8 drink, I expected something more satisfying, so I probably wouldn't order it again. That said, their Camel Thai Milk Tea and Ceylon Milk Tea are always solid and consistent. But I will say that the staff are very very understanding. And since strawberries are not in season or maybe the batch they got does not give that strong strawberry flavor they were able to exchange it for me.

Speedy service on Thursday afternoon. Their oolong is nutty and has a slight roast-y flavor profile to it. Interior is minimal and contains a single bench

Love the shorter lines here compared to Irvine and Chino. The teas and strong and aromatic, but drinks are very sweet. Oolong MT was great, I ordered with 50% sweet with aloe vera and it's perfect.

Visited the Irvine one and line was worth the wait the Oreo brûlée matcha was so good! Happy to see more of these opening since I'm closer to Tustin location.

Okay the aesthetic of this boba shop is soooo pretty. It's giving that minimalist lux vibe. We are coming from Fresno,Ca and came to visit family from Orange County. First time here and I ordered their Osmanthus milk tea. Super creamy, full of flavor, lovely essence of the Osmanthus flower. It was a very good drink. I have had may Osmanthus milk tea before and most are great, the one here from OMOMO is one of my top favs for sure. Service was quick and efficient. There is no indoor seating other than a bench in the very front of the store. This is mainly an order to-go boba place. Gotta check this boba shop if you haven't, you won't be disappointed.

Omomo has very high quality tea, and very reasonable prices. I've balked at drinks going over $7 or $8, but a solid milk tea at Omomo is still $5.50 or $6. I was craving some milk tea and found that Omomo was nearby. The plaza has some spots right in front, but on the weekends can be busy with many other nearby shops. Inside there are some appealing columns, that break up the space around the pick up counter. The order register is in the back, and the line of four people was quickly worked through. The order process was seamless and quick, even though there's 30+ items on the menu and everyone has multiple customizations. We waited maybe 4 minutes to get two drinks. The Magnolia Milk Tea was extremely fragrant, a clear floral aroma and taste, and balanced against the tannins in the green tea. The first few sips were so refreshing we went back in to get another. I thought the 30% sweetness was just the right level, a hint of sweetness but still the magnolia was the dominant taste. We also got a 0%, though I find this to have a slight bitterness from the green tea. The second drink we tried was the Taro Paste Fresh Milk. The item normally comes with blended ice but we were able to get it without ice, so it was milk and taro paste. Here no sweetness was needed and this let the taro paste shine as the sole flavor. And this is no caffeinated so children can have it too.

I typically don't get OMOMO because I've always found their drinks to be too sweet, but their milk teas are so good! I got 75% sweetness and I thought it was perfect. Service was quick and efficient. I wish there was seating inside especially because parking in the plaza can be tricky with how busy it is. As a result, we had to drink in my car LOL. All OMOMOs are like this, so that's just something to keep in mind if you're getting boba here. Inside, it is so nice and the decor is very aesthetic. When we went, there was a Christmas tree and I thought the interior was very modern.

Etched in the space of a busy shopping center where In-N-Out and Fogo de Chao take of most of the eyesight, you'll find this lovely tea shoppe, with a few locations around Southern California to my understanding. They play well with the minimal and warm colors, emphasizing on the wood decorations and design. It feels open, spacious, and inviting for a smaller size of business space. There wasn't a line when I got in, but I've heard on busy days they can get pretty backed up with lots of people. Nonetheless their menu is straight forward and the people at the front are extremely knowledgeable and helpful for any indecisive people! I got the osmanthus and the crème brûlée Thai milk tea, both of which were sweetened just right, not too sweet but it definitely didn't lack. The price is comparable with other tea and boba houses, but I do enjoy Omomo's quality and their teas that you can't normally find in most other mainstream tea shoppes.

I'm giving this a 5-star purely because my friend was generous enough to pick it up on a busy day and pay for my drink as a surprise treat The matcha was pretty deep in flavor despite the toppings and Oreos. I loved it! I think I'll get it without boba next time, just to appreciate the flavors by themselves. I can see why other people rave about it.

It was a Saturday evening about an hour before they closed. When I walked in there was a couple in front of me and it appeared they had issues ordering from the kiosk. The one worker who was there that night came out with the most unfriendly face and vibe. Even though she wasn't serving me yet she even made me feel uncomfortable and that's hard to do. Lmao. After we all ordered our drinks, we could not help but talk about how grumpy she looked. I gave the benefit of the doubt knowing it sucks to work alone on a Saturday or maybe she's tired but the strangers i was talking with said everytime they come here she's always unfriendly. The one star reviews on here confirm that. I kid you not I was looking for the manager to share this concern with because it was that bad. There was no one else in sight. I didn't feel like confronting anyone that night, but if they read their yelp reviews please consider providing customer service training to your employees. With so many boba shops opened now in brea including the 3-4 spots in brea mall alone, good drinks and good service will keep your business alive. 2 stars for my pineapple Green tea. It was decent but the ice level sucked. Very little ice was given and the ice they used melted super fast.

I had ordered a milk tea and their Thai tea and was super disappointed with the flavor it was complete milk unfortunately and no sweeteners despite us having the 100% sweetener option. The drinks came out very far from each other time wise as well which isn't a super big issue but it's noticeable and could be an issue for bigger orders. Super busy somehow so we didn't want to burden the worker while the store had a rush. Other than that the place gave me a very pretentious vibe. I'm all for starting a business you're passionate about but it's hard to see what's different about THIS cafe in a world full of other businesses claiming to be different that's serving the same items (matcha specifically). Not to say that there's not bad matcha or coffee out there, there is. Seems like the type of cafe people go to take a picture of their drinks and pretend like they're connoisseurs and pretend that it's "different" than whatever else is out there and sit and pretend to study on their laptop (even though it's the loudest and crowded place in the world in there). Seeing that the place opened recently, it's very hard to believe this isn't some type of money grab for a younger audience to serve trendy drinks. Or at the very least, a very expensive passion project for the owner. Overall just more focused on aesthetics more than anything.

Quality tea, speedy service, and enough creamy foam happiness to make a milestone review feel deserved!! Highly recommend!!! Now for some poetry that's inspired my 1000th review: Warm glazed memories sift through my reverie. A pink box opened in the summer of 24. Days were bleak and hollow like a bakery shelf at closing. I saw the saddest eyes, soft as powdered sugar falling. Sweet like a dalgona cloud top koan-im oolong latte, but carrying a quiet ache no frosting could hide. That summer you saved me, like the first bite of something new when you thought you'd forgotten what butterflies felt like. The season changed and you suddenly disappeared.... just an empty pink box on the counter. Only crumbs remain now, where your strawberry-glazed humor used to melt into every moment like sugar on warm dough. My heart split like a jelly donut.
