My girlfriend and I go here almost every day. This place is 15 minutes from us but that drive there and back is always worth it for their milk teas. We've recently been trying as many flavors as we can and we've enjoyed almost every single one (Except pineapple). The people at the front are nice and prepare our drinks fast when we go. They even remade our drinks when we heard them wrong (our fault ) but they were nice about it. Although we usually don't stay for long the place and area is clean and a very chill environment. Jasmine Milk Tea with boba and less sugar: very milky and bland. I could barely taste the tea, and the sweetness level seemed like it was at 25% rather than at 75%. Definitely had to doctor it at home. At least the boba was yummy and soft without being mushy. Regarding customer service, I agree with a few other Yelpers about how lackluster it is. The two ladies working there (one at the register and one making drinks) were indifferent and looked like they'd rather be somewhere else. We weren't greeted upon entry or when we went up to the register and started looking over the menu. When what I thought was my drink was ready, the lady who made it just quickly set it onto the counter, mumbled something that I couldn't really understand, and then walked off into the kitchen area. When I called out for confirmation, neither of the ladies looked at me or answered my question. Luckily, it appeared to be a light-colored milk tea and did have boba, so I'm guessing it was mine haha. My friend didn't really like the Golden Milk Tea (also got less sweet and added boba), as she said it wasn't the type of black tea flavor she was expecting. My other friend thought her oreo blended drink was ok but had a strange aftertaste that she couldn't really describe. There were a lot of people inside on a Saturday night. Interior was cute with the Christmas decorations. A group of us grabbed some drinks for our overnight shift. Service was great for our pick up girl and she advised everyone was friendly. I ordered an iced coffee with coffee jelly, all others ordered Thai teas. Everyone loved the Thai tea and my coffee was probably the sweetest coffee I've ever had. Our only suggestion is that when online ordering please add an option to have the sweetness level adjusted. It made a lot of the drinks almost undrinkable in one session. The drinks all come in one single size cup, and they are very very thin. Service was quick and the place is clean. It's a chill relaxing setting. During the day I can imagine there's lots of natural lighting, and at night they use yellow light so it's not as harsh a lighting compared to white lights. Saw lots of people getting work done or just hanging out. Sunset tea (passion fruit + peach) regular size has chia seeds in it. Had it with green tea and it was refreshing and light. Great spot! Located right next to my gym, it's def a cheat day for me to stop by. I've tried a couple different snacks and drinks. I would say although the food had high hopes I was disappointed by the croffle, nothing like the picture at all. It was still good though. You can order their popcorn chicken in different levels of spicyness (scoville level) but depending on who is in the kitchen, it will be different every time you order it. They have no clear direction when cooking. This applies also their drinks sweetness. But with that being said it's good. Now the Bad. Don't ever order their Croffles. They are terrible and worse yet they do not look or taste anything like their menu picture offering. (See photos for comparisons. The service is fine for the generation and age group they are and generally serve. The ambiance is varied. Some days it's loud music some days it's no music but one think you can consistently count on is to bring a sweater they like to keep it cold. I was out late Sunday night with my friend after eating our late night dinner, we could not find an appealing boba spot around Irvine that we wanted to go to that opened past midnight then we saw this spot suggested to us miles away. The workers there were patient and well mannered. The place looks great for students doing work or just hanging out. They even have a printer you can use but you gotta bring your own paper. First time trying the Twisted Pina Colada with added boba on Saturday. The drink is a sweet blend of a pineapple coconut smoothie with a strawberry syrup. The boba was fresh and warm, which stayed soft and chewy in the cold drink. It is excellent and I'd recommend trying it. Seems their normal range of customers are college students that hog all the seating even when theyre no longer enjoying drinks or food so goodluck if you wana enjoy your drink/food inside. My tastebuds were feeling nostalgic today. I was ecstatic to see Honeydew Milk Tea on their menu... To my disappointment there sits at the bottom of my drink the artificial flavoring powder, crystalized. My history of working as a bobarista myself has me very aware of what it is. You see, honeydew milk tea is most definitely not a popular menu item. The powder must have been sitting for quite awhile until I ordered it. The least the kitchen staff could've done is realize how hard and chalky the powder is and grind/mix it for longer, but this is what came out... Do better please :( read more

Cute little late night boba shop nearby my house. The shop is located in the In-N-Out Burger Plaza surrounded with lots of parking and there is also 85° bakery three doors down. I like to come here because it's open late I believe until 1 AM. The staff here is always nice and they have a variety of selection of fried yummy snacks. I also like that they have different types of teas and Milk teas here as well. This boba shop isn't too big inside with limited seating, with Wi-Fi. It is clean and so is the restroom which is a big plus for me because I don't really like using public restrooms. It is a nice little hang out if you're looking for somewhere to go late.
