Came by recently for a boba fix on a random weekday afternoon! The girl who helped was really friendly and told us to let her know if we had any questions. We got two drinks: the white peach oolong and the passion orange green tea. They both tasted great! I especially enjoyed the passion orange green tea, it was super refreshing. The interior was really clean, spacious, and quiet. If I wanted to find a place to study, this is the place to be! The size of the drinks were generous too; definitely will be back to try some other flavors and cram for some future exams. The only thing I wish they had was crystal/agar boba as one of their topping options! Hopefully they'll consider adding it at some point. read more

Don't miss this hidden gem! This is a cute little tea shop hiding in a strip mall with other shops. Easy to miss, but it is right next to a popular fried chicken place. Shared parking lot means plenty of parking, too! Inside is a cute little seating area and adorable bear decals on the walls. There is also a little claw game near the restroom. Both times I have been here I was helped by the same man who works at the counter and makes the drinks. From other pictures and reviews, I think he may be the owner? I'm not sure, but he is really nice and helpful and helped me pick my first thing to try when I came in. I ordered the Phoenix oolong with boba; a deliciously roasty iced drink with perfect boba! Admittedly, on my 2nd visit, I got it adjusted to 75% sweetness and did not love it as much but that is all on me. This one is best as it comes, full sweetness! My first time here for a cup sleeve event (which they hold a lot of) and was pleasantly surprised by how good the drinks are! I got a rose gy tea latte with fresh milk and the tea flavor was really strong and not too sweet at 75% sweet! The boba was also a really nice texture and overall the drink was super enjoyable. It's a pretty large store, which is why they have room to host a lot of events and the staff is super friendly. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area even if not for an event. After watching the Enhypen VR concert at Cinemark nearby, we wanted some boba at a spot with decent indoor seating. I remembered BobaTEAque from previous cup sleeve events (that I couldn't attend) and that it was nearby, so off we go! I ordered the Rose TGY oolong milk tea ($6.50) with 25% sugar and less ice and boba topping ($0.75). They were also cool enough to use my reusable tumbler for my boba drink so I can avoid another single use plastic cup. Drink was refreshing and just what I needed on a hot day! Plenty of seating inside. Restroom available for customers. Only downside is no food on the menu if you wanted some snacks. However, they were okay with outside food that my friend, who hadn't eaten lunch yet, bought from a nearby store, so appreciate them allowing that. read more

got the TGY oolong tea latte because it seemed the most unique but the tea was not very strong and tasted more watered down and milkier (main reason for the 3 star). the server was really nice and answered my questions including the tea latte uses regular milk vs. the milk tea which uses a nondairy creamer. he also recommended 100% sweet for me because my usual is a 75% at other boba places. i did like that they have big tables so my party of 9 was able to hang out there for awhile. read more

Had the jasmine green milk tea and my partner got the the rose oolong milk tea, both ordered at 75% sweetness. The jasmine had a delicious light floral taste. I am not a fan of rose flavor but my partner really enjoyed their rose flavored drink. We ordered through the kiosk since we were still looking at the menu. We ended up getting the watermelon milk and the passion fruit green tea yogurt drink. The watermelon milk was very good. The person who made our drink told us to swirl to mix the drink. We felt like it was the perfect amount of sweetness. I think they also used fresh watermelon because it still had the grainy feel. I wish I could say I liked the Ceylon milk tea with boba that I got, but I didn't. :( It tastes like normal milk tea. It was not that sweet and even though I asked for extra ice, it came with not too much ice that was already melting fast. I can't imagine their normal ice level. I went home to try to fix it by dumping it in to another cup with brown sugar syrup and more ice, but I still ended up throwing the whole thing away after a few sips. I'll give this a low 3. I tried their matcha sunset which is one of their specialty drinks and a unique drink I haven't seen at other boba shops! It's fresh squeezed orange juice and matcha green tea on top! I think the owner was working and he was very kind! I stopped in here randomly, but it was very good! Also side note for why Im really giving this place a 5 is because they happened to be doing a seventeen cup sleeve event while I was there. This week had been hard for me as someone who loved one direction, but walking in there by coincidence to see an event for my other favorite group was incredibly comforting. I felt that this boba shop was great at creating a warm community in this area. As a suggestion, I do think they could add some more to the interior because I felt that they had a pretty big space and could use more of it to the fullest potential! They have a decent menu with different types of drinks and flavors. My sister and I really enjoyed our drinks! The boba quality itself was ok - slightly on the hard side but overall fine. The tea though was pretty bad - I'm not sure exactly how I'd describe it (sort of like a soapy over-steeped tea that didn't really taste like peach?) but it was bad enough that I don't plan on coming back.
