Decided to try this spot after eating at Holdaak next door and was honestly disappointed with the White Peach Oolong Tea I got. The boba quality itself was ok - slightly on the hard side but overall fine. The tea though was pretty bad - I'm not sure exactly how I'd describe it (sort of like a soapy over-steeped tea that didn't really taste like peach?) but it was bad enough that I don't plan on coming back. The plaza has plenty of parking and the interior of the store is relatively quiet - would have made for a decent study spot if the drink had been better. read more

You order at a kiosk and your order is called out when it's ready to be picked up. I am a fan of black milk tea anytime I go out for a boba drink so I got the Ceylon Black Milk Tea with boba. Decided to visit this boba shop after having dinner. Saw the cute mascot/decor and wanted to give this place a try. We were the only ones in the shop and the cashier/barista was nice and offered to answer any questions about their drinks. She mentioned that their drinks (at base) are not as sweet as other franchises and I appreciate her heads up for that. I opted for the TGY Oolong Milk Tea. I ordered 50% sweet with boba and she offered to adjust if it wasn't sweet enough. Updating my review. Still hands down the best boba I have EVER had. The tea is amazing. Amazing as in there's no sugar needed because the quality is impeccable. I get the passion fruit green tea. So soft and floral. My boyfriend gets the blended matcha. I watch the owner whisk the matcha (so no fake syrups) it's truly quality all around. Also there is an option to sub milk for a PLANT BASED friendly option. Seriously I can't rave enough about the boba. It's so chewy and not slimy at all. Like this is REAL boba. I tried to mix things up during my latest visit with their Matcha Sunset - which the gentlemen at the counter insisted more than once was acquired taste. The Matcha Sunset is a typical matcha latte, but topped with orange juice and an orange slice. This drink was tasty, but is most definitely quirky. I think it might have ranked higher if it contained more matcha since the taste of orange can be quite overpowering. This drink just didn't compare to the brilliance of their other beverages., so I highly recommend sticking with their Kiwi Green Tea and Oolong Milk Tea instead! read more

Went here for a cupsleeve event. The ambiance was great. Service was helpful and I really enjoyed the drink I ordered. I wasn't expecting it to taste almost sugarless at half sweet, but after a few sips, it really grew on me. Also, they were playing TWICE music since they were hosting an event to celebrate Dahyun's birthday, so that was a nice added bonus. I got there early enough to take pictures with some of the stickers that were posted up on the walls without getting in the way of other guests as well. Came here for a kpop event and the two employees handled the entire event really well. Didn't have to wait too long despite the constant flow of the orders they were getting. The drinks themselves were pretty okay & I'm not mad that I spent six dollars their tea, but I would not normally drive an hour just for their drinks. TGY oolong milk tea was very milky and I could only barely taste the tea despite the fact that I got it at 25% sweetness. The watermelon tea was also at 25% sweetness but it honestly just tasted like watermelon water rather than watermelon green tea. We ordered a peach passionfruit smoothie w/boba (+$0.75) for the kids and a Cheese Royal Ceylon Black Tea 75% sugar w/boba (+$0.75). The peach passion fruit smoothie was bit on the tart side. But it was refreshing! The Cheese Black tea could've used the full amount of sugar, but I prefer my drinks on the sweeter side. My husband said it was perfect...he doesn't care for his drinks to be too sweet. The boba was soft and stayed soft. It didn't harden or get more chewy as it sat in the cold drink. One of the worst boba tea I have had for a while. We ordered Oolong Boba Tea and Ceylon Boba Tea. They taste like water with sugar. Neither can we taste the tea nor the milk flavor. They are essentially just drinks made out of different powders. We ended up throwing them away. The sink where they make their tea looks dirty as heck too. Lastly, we went there on a Sunday.
