It tasted mostly like milk and as if the lowest grade matcha possible was used. The drink wasn't terrible, but it just resembled low-quality matcha.

Both blended well with the natural taste of cheesecake - 10/10! I'm not the biggest fan of whipped cream and chocolate, but the modest toppings were delicate and welcomed for presentation. Can't finish? Don't worry, I couldn't either... it's quite a big portion! There are takeaway boxes by the self-serve water. Though seating isn't plentiful, the dining experience is relaxing thanks to their high ceilings and darker environment. There are also four individual restrooms (I believe all gender neutral), which was highly appreciated.

It's flavorful, satisfying, and something I find myself coming back for every time I visit. I love finding a menu item that you can consistently count on to hit the spot. What really sets this location apart, though, is the service. The staff is attentive, friendly, and efficient, making the overall dining experience enjoyable from beginning to end. Consistency goes a long way, and this location definitely gets it right. We also had gotten a classic black milk tea, which also tasted watered down, and finally we got the ube coconut smoothie, which for some reason was grey and white. We got that one at 75% sweet, but it was way too sweet and left a weird residue in my mouth. Very disappointed and would not come back again.

Cute place. Polite staff. They definitely can say sorry. Got in line at 6:35. At 6:40 we were ready to order. We asked how long for popcorn chicken and fries. We were told 10 minutes. We were going to a show, and had to be there by 7:00. Our order came out over 3 different courses. Finally got our last bit at 7:08. 30 minutes from the time on the receipt. As I stated, it's about proper communication. The chicken was in edible. It was cooked in old oil and tasted like seafood. My six year old wouldn't even eat the chicken smothered in ketchup. I'm sure the boba is good. But I wouldn't touch anything else here. If I had gotten something more than an I'm sorry. I just threw away $50.00 in food. read more

She asked "do you prefer milky, creamy, sweet, etc.?". That one question made me freeze. Hm, what do I like? I was in a deep wonder from what felt like minutes was actually a couple seconds as I finally replied with, "im fine with anything tbh". The barista then directs my attention to the menu screens on my left, "well, we are known for our specialty drinks, I would recommend the Love Potion...". Oh. My. Goodness. I was a fool for not knowing the menu was right next to me. The barista must've thought i was trying to waste her time right before they closed up shop! IT WAS ON THE EDGE OF MY PERIPHERAL VISION THIS WHOLE TIME! Luckily she didnt notice me realizing my mistake. I hope so. "oh that looks good! I'll have that then", I said as $8 exits my bank account when my credit card makes contact with the machine. The room was nice. It was well lit , and had a standing table to put your drinks on for your social media pics. My order was called out by another barista. I picked up my drink and left the building. The drink was in a cool bottle. It reminded me of the good old days when roasting waters sold their drinks in their own cute bottles. Anyway, love potion was good.
