Stopped by here on a whim! I didn't have any expectations. Infact, I checked in here before even looking at the reviews. I saw the sign with the top 15 drinks and ordered one of those. I decided to go basic, with a Thai tea. The Thai tea was done pretty quick. I was surprised at how fast they made it. The Thai tea wasn't bad either. It could have been sweeter though. I like my Thai tea drinks overly sweet lol My husband doesn't like it sweet, so he enjoyed the drink a lot. I took a couple sips and was done with it. Not a bad place to grab a refreshing boba! There was only one person in-line before us, so it went quick. There aren't any seats inside the boba shop, but you can find some mall seating close by, and if you are lucky- you can grab a spot!

This place was unexpectedly lovely! We were looking for a light bite prior to attending a movie at the nearby theater. The mail didn't have many options, so we ended up here. I ordered a croissant for my kids and the chicken pesto sandwich. The total was a reasonable $11 and the sandwich was super tasty. The service was friendly also! What a little gem.

Located the in the Buena Park Downtown mall, they are a cute little cafe that offers specialty coffee and pastries. Customer service was great and the females that helped me were really friendly. I had the croissant waffle and and Iced Mexican Mocha. The Iced Mexican Mocha was a nice surprise. Most other mocha drinks I've had, had a chalky consistency. This one in particular was smooth and refreshing. As for the croissant waffle, I should have them up on their offer to heat it up. It was good, but it would have been much better warmed. Don't forget to check in on Yelp for 10% off a drink!

Great place to grab a drink, staff are great. Portions are great! We always get the white mocha frap and cha-mango

A new drink place at the mall when I visited today. The couple that manage it are really nice. The store is fairly new so not many folks know they are here. They have an ample amount of drinks to choose from. But take advantage of the 2 for $5. It's a good deal. It's a good thing as well they are close to the entrance, thirsty folks will be drawn to get a cool drink these summer days. I wish the owners the best of luck. If you like this review, please let me know. Thank you.

Relatively speaking, Cafe Nieve is a typical boba tea shop with friendly service and a simple menu. The prices are a little on the expensive side - a small OREO slush with boba costs roughly $4 - but the drink itself is made to order in a timely manner. The staff seems a bit short handed as there were only two people on staff when I visited, but rest assured business was run smoothly and efficiently. The service is helpful and attentive and workers are quick to answer any questions and they even offer samples of the different drinks displayed for mall-goers. Without proper seating, customers will need to find a place to sit within the mall itself, but this issue is also present in many of the other surrounding food establishments as well. Overall, Cafe Nieve is a quick and easy option for thirsty window shoppers and boba tea lovers alike, and anyone visiting the mall should give the place a try!

Mediocre boba place that is located in a mall. Friendly employees but my drinks that I got was pretty average. Nothing that stands out.

The cakes here are incredible. My husband and I ordered the Iraqi Karak Tea, Hot Lime Tea, Biscoff Cake, and Pistachio Chocolate Cake. The hot lime tea was warm, comforting, and had a slight tartness that I really enjoyed. The only thing I would note is that it may not be the ideal pairing with their desserts because the tea itself is also fairly sweet. As for the cakes, both were fantastic. The Biscoff Cake was honestly one of the best cakes I've ever eaten. It was rich without being too greasy, perfectly balanced, and the Biscoff flavor came through beautifully. The Pistachio Chocolate Cake was also a huge winner, with a great combination of nutty pistachio and decadent soft chocolate flavors. We came for a casual meetup and left talking about the desserts the entire drive home. Price: Prices were very reasonable considering the quality. Tea drinks are generally around $4-6, while specialty cakes such as the Biscoff Cake and Pistachio Cake are about $12-14 per slice. Overall, expect to spend around $15-20 per person if you're getting drinks AND dessert, which feels like a great value given how impressive the cakes were. Ambiance: The café has a cozy neighborhood feel and serves as a nice place to sit down, catch up with friends, and enjoy Iraqi tea and desserts. It doesn't try to be overly trendy or flashy, which actually adds to its charm. The focus here is clearly on the drinks, sweets, and hospitality. Service: Servers were friendly and welcoming when getting our order. We felt comfortable hanging out and chatting for a while, and the staff were helpful when answering questions about the menu. Parking: Since it's located in like a strip mall/shopping plaza on Brookhurst, parking was relatively easy and convenient. There's a free outside shared lot in front.

I was stuck between the Turkish coffee and the pistachio latte, but wifey gave me the look and said, Get the pistachio.. Fellas... just listen to your wife. The little tic-tac-toe games on the tables were clutch the kids stayed busy instead of negotiating a WWE match. The Middle Eastern music in the background made the whole place feel warm and inviting, and that Biscoff cheesecake Man... I almost ordered another slice but I'm not trying to stay a big back.. Don't sleep on this spot. We'll definitely be slidin' back.

The service was still not too bad, they're still trying their best when it gets very busy, They are still kind & helpful as best as they can be. I was just like "....ok?". - The lines for the Kiosk/Register is very unorganized, I couldn't tell which one was which, everytime I go there are groups that just like go from behind to squeeze in next to me for their group, even pushing me and not saying excuse me, and they continue being loud. Besides that, just the vibe of the place now is very uncomfortable. If anything, I'll just start ordering online/pick up from now on. I'll still have to deal with those type of people and can't change it, but it's better than waiting and being around those type of individuals

Do not spend a single dollar here. Allergen requests ignored, orders wrong, zero accountability…read more If you have a food allergy, do not eat here. Full stop. The written menu advertises nondairy milk and ingredient modifications, but the kiosk doesn't actually let you select any of them. Staff told us to put substitutions in "special comments" and promised they'd be honored. They weren't- on a single order, twice. We ordered two coffees (oat milk, whole milk) and two customized breakfast burritos. It took 40 minutes. We were the only customers in the cafe. When the food came out, nothing was labeled / not the drinks, not the burritos- and staff couldn't tell us which was which. When I explained that one of us has a dairy allergy and asked them to identify the allergen-free items, I got a blank stare. We opened both burritos: both had cheese, despite my explicit no-cheese request. Their solution? "Can you pick it out?" No. You cannot pick out melted cheese from an allergen order. I was not offered a fresh burrito, just another blank stare until I specifically stated "I need you to remake this with the proper ingredients and confirm what you put in." Once again the burrito came out with no label, and when I asked for clarity on what was in it I was again met me with a blank stare. My partner's burrito was also wrong (pico she'd asked to have removed), but by then the 40-minute wait had made her late for work. When I asked for a refund on her incorrect meal, I was told they couldn't refund it "because she left." When I asked to leave written feedback: "we don't accept written feedback." Manager? Not in. Manager's phone number? Don't have it. But here's what pushed this from bad service to abominable: there is no way to hold this place accountable. At no point did anyone acknowledge a mistake had been made or make any real attempt to fix it- every wrong order was met with a shrug and the expectation that I'd just live with it. When I asked to leave written feedback, I was told they don't accept it. When I asked for the manager, they weren't in. When I asked for a manager's phone number or someone to contact, the employee "didn't have access to that." A business that serves people with food allergies MUST have a way for customers to flag problems in real time and reach management. This place has built a system where mistakes can't be reported, refunds can't be issued, and no one is responsible for anything. To be clear, this isn't on the line staff - one employee clearly hadn't been given the language support or training to succeed, and that's a management failure. The other younger employee was just incompetent and unhelpful, even though she was clearly aware of the requests. If you advertise allergen accommodations, you have to execute them, label them, and answer for it when you don't. Until this place fixes its ordering system, its labeling, and its total lack of accountability, spend your money literally anywhere else.
