Boba was delicious! The boba was made fresh and the drinks were very refreshing! As for the service, there was only one employee so she was running behind with orders. I suggest maybe have two employees especially now that the kids are out of school! The ambiance was very inviting with bright lights. Great decoration with good music and a good and chill vibe!! What a cute little shop close by.... We came in today for a treat. I am not a boba person but my kid is. Today I just got an orange drink unfortunately I didn't like it...way to sweet and has some kind of after taste. But I think it's normal (I've tried other places and it's the same) My son loved his drink Service was good Ambience was very cute.... Not as clean (we dined in) but there was only one employee??? Got a winter melon refresher with 25% sugar. I don't even want to imagine this with the regular amount of sugar. It's so sweet, I wish I tried it before I left. The boba that they served was definitely not fresh. Would t recommend. read more

I went to the soft opening of bunny cha, as I saw the social media post. The place is a former tea spot that bunny cha has taken over, and it's very similar to the bunny cha in gardena as it has the same owners. I got an osmanthus tea without boba and it was light and flavorful and very clean tasting and sat and checked out the place. Seating is ample (tho the place is not yet decorated) and parking is open and with tons of spots. It looks like a cute date or family spot. What bunny cha is known for is blind box toys such as labubu and sonny angels, of which they had a huge selection of and it's the main draw of the shop for parents and fans for plastic blind box toys. read more

C'mon! I paid an extra $0.75 cents for one fledgling piece of grass jelly? I was about to drive out of the plaza when I took a look at my drink and started backing up to return to the store and let them know that they forgot my grass jelly. But, I shook it around and saw a small piece of grass jelly float by... LOL I couldn't believe it. See the picture. As much as I like their tea, I dislike businesses that are this disingenuous even more. I've taken my kids here for boba twice, and both times were incredibly frustrating. One visit was 30 minutes before closing, and the other was an hour before. Both times, the store was staffed only by very young kids. Whenever I tried to order boba for my children, they always claimed they were out. The first time, I ordered a drink based on the picture because it looked like something kids would enjoy, but it turned out to be just straight tea. Since I was clearly there with young kids, you'd think the staff would have the decency to mention that. On my second visit, when I asked why they were out of boba again, they blamed it on the morning shift not prepping enough. Honestly, it felt like they just didn't want to do the dishes and clean the equipment before closing. Every time I visit, it's just super young kids running the place, which makes me seriously question the management and what the owner is doing. I will definitely not be coming back. read more

Such a fun and adorable little boba spot! I tried the Thai bucket with boba, jelly, and all the toppings -- totally worth the price and so satisfying! The presentation was super cute and the flavor didn't disappoint. My daughter got a cookies & cream with matcha added smoothie, and it was blended perfectly -- not too sweet, just right! We were both impressed. Also love that they sell Labubu's, keychains, and other cute merch (they even had Mickey & Friends ones ). We saw a new boba shop replaced Craftea. It's a higher price price point and has a menu selection that is more comparable to other boba shops. There are boxes of toys if you're into that. And a little photo op section in the store with their bunny mascot. There is a seating area with several small tables. Service was nice. We got their fresh fruit teas. I got rose lychee green tea (0% sweetness, because fruit flavoring already has sweetness to it) and husband got osmanthus green tea (50% sweetness). We usually adjust our sweetness levels because we like the "not-too-sweet" kind of sweet IYKYK. Even with the adjustments, we found it to be sweeter than we like. So if you're like us, I would definitely adjust sweetness to 0 or 25% for any flavored drinks. There are also little chunks in the rose lychee green tea that pack a punch of rose flavor. If you're not big on rose flavor or feel like it's too perfume-like, I would avoid. But if you like rose, it's worth a try! Overall, nice and refreshing! As for the boba... we like boba soft and chewy, but it was a little al dente today. But the boba was free for the soft opening, so grateful for that! Will try their milk teas next time! read more

I like this place. It's in a small plaza in Cypress, but there's plenty of parking spots at any time. It's near an urgent care, dentist, ice cream place, sushi place, and coffee place, and even a grocery store. So you can literally do all your errands and get a meal before you even hit Bunny Cha. Bunny Cha has a lot of great options for drinks, and nearly everything has a degree of customizability. They generally recommend 50% sweet, which is what I normally get, and it's a good balance. Their drinks all look like pastel artwork cuteness. They also randomly have a claw machine for mini plushies if you are inclined to spend some money to play them. I like that the service is fast, even though generally there's only 1 or 2 workers at any given point I've been there. They greet you fast with a smile and work on your drink in a timely manner. Love having a great boba option not too far from home. read more

Love their drinks so far! I've had Bunny Cha in Southbay where my siblings live and loved it. I've been waiting for a good Boba shop to open near us and I'm so excited Bunny Cha opened up near me! I've tried Rose Lychee GT, JGMT, and Sunny Honey and loved the strong tea flavor. I don't mind paying a bit more for a quality drink. Only thing I would suggest though is to make the boba a bit softer. All three times, the boba was a bit hard. I think it's still their soft opening, so looks like they're still working out the kinks, but very friendly staff and yummy drinks. read more

My husband went to get green milk tea on Halloween night. He noticed a bunch of teenagers(?) that were loitering/vaping inside the store that he almost didn't go in. But after seeing a mom and young daughter go in, he decided to go in as well, seeing that there would be other patrons as well. Once he came back, I noticed that the drink was not even filled all the way. And as you can see in this photo, we didn't even drink it yet and you can see the drink starts at the B of the bunny word on the cup. For the price of the drink, I expect the drink to be filled to the top. First time coming here and while the drink was okay, there's so many boba options in this area we probably won't be coming back from this experience alone. read more

I question how this place stays in business. Website says opens at 11:00, however, handwritten hours on the door say 12:00 daily, which is too late in my opinion especially on weekends. If you go at 12:00 the boba won't be ready because employees are not there ahead of time to prepare it. Went at 7:30 tonight and they said they are out of boba. Went for the first time on November 10 in the afternoon, 1 employee working with a handful of people inside the boba place. I waited at least 20 minutes for my drinks, which is not a big deal because I'm a pretty patient person. When I drank my boba, the boba was kinda hard. So, I was bummed. Bunny cha took over CrafTea. Cute interior and drinks are pretty much the same but the prices are much more than what it used to be when it was CrafTea. Mango slush used to be like $5 but now it's $7. Craftea used to split one drink into two cups for my two young daughters for free but today I saw that at bunny cha they charged .75 extra and she didn't even tell me it cost more.
