My local go to spot to get some refreshing boba drinks. My go to is the green milk tea with glass jelly. They have a lot of great tasting flavors. Service is always great here. Bret is amazingly nice, helpful and sweet. Ambiance is cute. I like the decor and style of this tea spot. Definitely recommend it.

Wushiland used to be one of my go-to boba shops. I usually visit the San Gabriel or Arcadia locations, and they rarely disappoint (aside from the occasional long wait). Unfortunately, this location was a completely different experience. Drinks were also not consistent. The sweetness level was INSANELY sweet. I normally get light sweet and my partner gets normal sweetness. His drink was much sweeter than normal, whereas my drink tasted like a normal sweetness level. The service was disappointing from the start. The staff came across as a bit rude, and I was surprised watching how the drinks were being prepared. It wasn't busy at all. There were only two parties in the shop. I watched the barista start making my drink by pouring the tea, but instead of finishing it with the milk foam, she set it aside and began making the "easier" drinks for the party that ordered after me. They ended up receiving their entire order before my drink was even finished despite ordering after me. I understand trying to improve efficiency during a rush, but when there are only a couple of customers, it's frustrating to see orders completed out of sequence without any explanation. It definitely left a bad impression, especially since I've always had such positive experiences at other Wushiland locations.

Not located in the mall and easy to get to. Order through a touch screen and I like that they were clean, no sticky screens here. There are their top 10 recommendations which makes it easier for a first timer to pick a drink. Employees are still happy to answer questions. Love that you can adjust the sweetness and ice level on all drinks, even the Yakult ones. They came out quickly. Very well balanced drinks with bold flavors. One of the better top tier boba tea spots. Their milk teas don't use real milk which is not uncommon in Taiwan. Lactose intolerance - IYKYK. Not a negative thing, just an FYI. Solid experience.

Service is top tier here!! Thanks for the drinks Bret! Honestly, I feel like any flavor you get at Wushiland will be worth your while. Bret made me the Matcha Jasmine Mango & I loved how light & refreshing it was! Such a unique combo that I didn't think would taste good!! My sister always gets the Milk Tea Ice Cream with Boba. The creamy ice cream really takes it to the next level The vibes here are super chill too. I came close to lunchtime & it was quiet + empty... perfect for relaxing and catching up. Definitely one of my go-to boba spots!

Ice Cream Earl Grey Milk Tea, 50% sweetener, Light Ice

Pros: Service was quick Store is clean Kiosk ordering Despite the cleanliness and simplicity of my experience, I was very underwhelmed by the boba milk tea. Seeing that Wushiland Boba has one of the best ratings in Cerritos, I was expecting a lot more than what I got. I got the Earl Grey ice cream milk tea 50% sweetened and light ice just to try something new outside of a standard milk tea. The drink has a slight Earl Grey taste with an emphasis on milk. Not so aromatic or tasty. It's just your basic milk tea. Maybe their fruity drinks are where it's at, but I am not a fan of fruity drinks; I love a milk tea. Maybe where I've gone wrong is getting it less sweet, but if a milk tea relies on sweetener to make it good, it's just not worth another visit IMO. Seating is very limited. Parking was easy this time, but even off-peak, parking was limited as it's shared with other businesses. I'll stick with Bako Tea House for quality milk tea for now.

Came here and noticed 2 self ordering kiosks, so my boyfriend and I decided to order there, which was quick and convenient. While waiting I noticed they also take orders with that one on one interaction. The workers are very friendly. I was looking at the menu in the big screen and one of the guys asked if I've been helped yet. I told him I was just looking at the menu and he notified me if I have any questions to let him know. The ambiance is very chill. The place is clean. And has cute wall decor to do aesthetic pictures. The bathroom is very clean and maintained as well. I ordered the jasmine milk tea with half and half of regular and mini boba and my boyfriend ordered a matcha latte. We both enjoyed the tastes of our drink. My boyfriend really enjoyed the matcha drink and said it's one of the better matcha she's tried. My drink was very Jasmine forward with the hints of milk. IMO the regular boba was a little bit chewier for my last. I kind of like my boba softer. Overall, definitely a boba place I would go to again.

This boba spot is known for their yakult drinks, ice cream teas, and brown sugar milk tea. My personal favorite is the ice cream black tea with mini boba with regular sugar and less ice. It's a great fusion drink that combines both a milkshake consistency and a tea flavor to balance out the sweetness. Their mini boba is so soft and doesn't require much chewing which I love compared to regular boba. Would definitely try their yakult and refreshing teas next. You can order in person or for pick up via Doordash which is my preferred method. I also love that they close late at 10pm for those late night boba runs.

Boba after dinner is essential. My cousins and I had dinner in the plaza across the street, and we wanted boba after. Parking: They have a small parking lot. We visited late at night, so there were plenty of open spots. Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with limited indoor seating. The tables and chairs are clean. Their logo is in the back for photo opportunities. Service: You'd self order at the kiosk or the tablet at the register. The menu can be overwhelming. It took us a bit longer to find our drinks while ordering because the item name on the menu didn't match the name on the tablets, so we were confused. There were only two workers. One worker finally came over and helped us. Throughput took about 8 min after ordering. Drinks: I ordered an Uji Matcha Latte with mini boba. I thought their matcha was okay. I've had better. The color of the matcha isn't as vibrant. The matcha flavor wasn't as strong, though the texture of the drink was silky. I loved the mini boba! It had the right amount of chewiness. Pricing: Their prices are more expensive than usual. I'd probably visit again if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. I'll try their other drinks because my cousins really rave about them.

I used to go to the one in LA a lot but it was inconveniently far so I'm happy they made one near me. It's been a minute since I went and got some boba and this spot is pretty good. I usually get their regular milk tea w/ice cream but I got something different this time; Earl Grey milk tea with icecream. It was less sweet than my usual but still pretty good. The service is ok? You don't really talk to them because it's a self-check out kiosk (NO CASH ONLY CARD). I got the mini pearls (tiny boba) in mine but there's no instruction to say how much you'd want so you do have to let the staff know before they make your drink! My drink was around $7-$8 so let that be known, their drinks aren't exactly cheap. The ambiance is also just ok. The interior is pretty small and cramped. They have a bathroom and parking is chill.

This location is located on the outskirts of the Cerritos mall parking a little bit tucked away. The plenty of parking. The shop has a single restroom and around 4 small tables. They have two kiosks you can order from as well as the register. They have milk teas, brown sugar, tea latte, macchiatos, fruit teas. It's nice to note that their milk teas are non-dairy but the macchiato cream has dairy. I like this wushiland locations because their workers are friendly, service is quick, and there's some spots to chill.

Located near Cerritos mall a bit off to the side in a more unsuspecting plaza. The staff are friendly and you can order at the counter or they have two kiosks where you can place your order and customize to your preference. Ordered the orange grapefruit tea which was refreshing but I would have preferred less pulp. The boba is soft and chewy and paired well with the drink. The store is clean and was cutely decorated for Christmas when I went in. They do have limited seating available. There's also plenty of parking in front of the store.

This Wushiland of Cerritos has plenty of parking. Its price and the quality remains consistent. The order could be placed via their app or in-store at the tablet kiosk. The order prepared in a lightening speed. The tea and the topping tasted the same as other Wushiland. Overall, its tea is ok with their medium entry prices. Will return again. 4.2 out of 5.

Brown sugar black tea latte with red bean and a brown sugar roasted oolong with boba, split into 2 smaller cups

I love Wushiland! This visit though, I brought my family along. This was also our first visit to this location. The place is located along the street side in an overgrown looking strip of the mall parking lot. Inside is very small; there are a few tables but it is small and cramped. We waited on a bench seating in the back and took our drinks to go with us. Service was friendly! We had started ordering on the kiosk but one of the staff offered to take our order instead so I'm glad we did that. My daughter wanted her own drink but their drinks are far larger than I want my 6 year old to have I asked and while they do not have a kids size drink, they can split a regular size into 2 smaller cups! I ended up doing that and sharing my brown sugar milk tea with her. This worked perfectly! If you have kids, you know they like to have their own of something instead of sharing from mom or dad. My husband had a brown sugar milk tea with red bean and it was delicious! I really enjoyed my drink but his may have been better. Service is great, drinks are great, but the store is small. Still, if you come in during the week it is unlikely to be an issue finding a place to sit. We are fans!

All the drinks we got were yummy too, but I got the toffee Creme Brulee drink and it could've been better with coffee or as milk tea. The base of it is just milk with boba and very light crème brûlée topping. The honeycomb is excellent though! The pandan waffle was also good but is more fluffy and American waffle-like and lacking sweetness and pandan flavor. I enjoyed it but might not order it again.

I wondered why they hadn't cut the avocado into smaller pieces, but when I took a bite, I realized it was because the avocado was still hard. I brought the drink back and asked if they could remake it since the avocado wasn't ripe. The cashier was very apologetic and immediately agreed. I mentioned that I'd rather order a different drink if they didn't have ripe avocados. She checked with the kitchen and came back right away to let me know they didn't have any ripe avocados. I ended up ordering the Jelly Coco instead. It was my first time trying it, and I actually enjoyed it. The coconut water was refreshing, but it didn't have many toppings. Aside from the coconut meat and basil seeds, there were only a few pieces of lychee. I do wish they would temporarily remove the Sweet Avocado from the menu if they know they don't have ripe avocados. It would save customers from ordering something that can't be made properly.

Sad to to say, this location is probably the worst one I have been to. Actually, my experience here was one was pretty bad compared to most boba shops. Why may you ask? Let me tell you a little story, You may skip to the end if you don't like reading. So this happened last weekend. Just had a wonderful Easter lunch and was spending time with family who I haven't seen in a couple months. Was having a good afternoon and wanted to treat everyone to nice boba treat. Lucky for me, they were running a promotion of a BOGO if you did a coloring page. I had spent the previous night coloring a masterpiece! Recalling back all the coloring skills I had back in elementary school as well as my collage art classes. Fighting through hand cramps and stress from using only a basic 12 color pencil kit to make my multicolor work of art, needless to say, I was looking forward to presenting my work to get a well deserved delicious drink bonus. Already had my eye on their Dubai chocolate frosty drink. Sunday was going great, feelings running high, until my GF and I walked into this place. Got up to the register/kiosk to order. The kiosk had nothing about the BOGO so we had to get the attention of the lone worker to help.. If help was the right word... We rang the bell and waited for a bit before the worker came. Long story short, he said he was not trained for it and had to text his manager. He just left and continued to make drinks since there was a lot of people waiting around for theirs and I could see the online orders printing out, adding to his work load. So we waited, 5 mins, 7 mins, 10 mins. nothing. No acknowledgement. No communication. meanwhile a small line had formed behind us, and I was feeling the social anxiety. I got the workers attentions and asked if there was any progress? He said the manager hasn't responded. I asked if he could call her instead of texting. He said he was too busy and left us there... W.....T......H.... At this point, we stepped to the side to allow people to use the Kiosk since we apparently weren't helped. We waited like chumps for another 10-15 minutes, no acknowledgement, and at this point I got Hangry.. So I made a joke with my GF that I could probably order a pizza and get it before this guy helps us. Hahaha.. funny joke right? EEEEHHHG! wrong... since that's exactly what happened! I ordered domino's pizza. We kept asking for help but the workers basically didn't do anything. When my app said my pizza was ready, that's when I knew we just wasted our time. 45 ish minutes for nothing. On our way out, my girl friend was nice enough to let people know who had the coloring pages in their hand that the worker doesn't know how to apply the discount, and that we waited for almost an hour. We considered going to the Fullerton location but at this point my Hangryness was at peak. I'm over it. So we left frustrated, angry and disappointed. I had to let my family know that there was no Boba for anybody. Much disappointment since everyone was looking forward to a nice tasty, frosty drink. Made me feel like a big L. Why would management run a promotion and not train workers for it? Why was there only 1 worker on a busy Easter Sunday? Talk about bad planning and training. Ironic thing is that they had the advertising for the promo right next to the Kiosk! SMH. They should have called this place "SunWrong DMV". Nothing going right, no help and long lines. They almost ruined my day, but at least the pizza didn't let us down. -- So in conclusion, be wary if you come here especially if there is a promotion, order online and expect a wait during the weekends.
