When we walked in, the workers greeted us and asked us if we had any questions since it was our first time there. Service was amazing and the place itself was clean. The drink was good, but the boba had no flavor.

7 Miles' creativity is unmatched, I'd easily drive 10+ miles. Today was my first time visiting their boba shop and I left very impressed. Their drink menu was loaded with delicious and thoughtfully curated options. While I'll never be bored of boba, I have been a little bored of seeing the same 10 drinks at each shop. 7 Miles breaks this mold. Their drinks are quirky and delicious, always offering something new to challenge your cravings. I snagged the watermelon and coconut drink and added a cheese topper and boba. I absolutely love cheese toppers and have no self restraint when I see this option on the menu. The drink was SO tasty. The watermelon coconut mix was awesome too, especially for someone who doesn't love high sweetness levels.

Reliable spot for boba with a good variety of fruit tea, milk tea, smoothies, matcha, and soft serve. My go to's are the cookie milk tea, 7's mango pomelo, and 7's avocado on mango-- all depending on if I want a milk tea or something refreshing. I like how some of their drinks already come with toppings, like the avocado and mango pomelo smoothies that come with agar. Service is decent. We used the self-service tablet, so only communication was them saying hi and giving us our drinks. There's also no chairs or tables inside, but they do have some shared outside seating with the other nearby restaurants.

7'S MANGO POMELO and STRAWBERRY N' CREAM

I wanted to try both the Mango Pomelo and Strawberry'n cream at 7 Miles Tea Lab. Bith were loaded with fruits and have right amount of cream and were not too sweet. The staff were welcoming and my drinks came out after five minutes. The ambiance is casual and airy with seatings outside. Highly recommended!

7 Miles is a small milk tea shop in a busy plaza. There's no real seating indoors. There's a few tables outside the shop. There's plenty of parking in the lot attached. Ordering is all done via kiosk. The menu is also displayed on tvs mounted to the wall. Overall easy and simple! Service was all dedicated to making the drinks. The wait for the drinks itself wasn't long. There's many choices on the menu for teas and fruit drinks. Sweetness and ice levels are adjustable. The strawberries and cream drink is more on the bland strawberry side. Not exactly as creamy as I would have liked. The cookie milk tea tastes exactly like a cookie. Their milk teas are better than their fruit teas in my opinion. Overall a nice place for to grab a quick drink after having dinner in the plaza!

Had the Dragon Fruit Lychee tea with boba. And man that hit on a warm day. It was really refreshing and the perfect balance of tart and sweet for me. There's not much indoor seating, so I've always been more of a grab-and-go customer when I get drinks from here, but there's a lot of nice parks nearby. That being said, it's a cute interior and a few seats outside, but probably more suitable to sit there once the sun has set. Note, that the menu on the TV's isn't the full menu. All of the drinks are on the kiosk, but I think only a handful are featured on their TV menus.

They're not cheap with the matcha here! Definitely dark and concentrated. The creme brulee foam was delicious! I would definitely come back to try other drinks. Parking super easy!

I tried the crème brûlée matcha and it was really good! I got the 30% sweet. It was at night so it wasn't every crowded. You order on a kiosk and the drinks come out pretty quickly! Not too big of a place so it's great for to-go orders! The price isn't bad either! Not too pricey. Didn't see an alternative for lactose but I assume you can just ask! I would definitely come back! Great vibes here, calm, and the employees were friendly

I went to 7 miles at night and this place is very quaint. There isn't a lot of seating. There's a few seats inside, but it's more of a waiting area. The store is a grab and go kind of shop. There's maybe...1 table outside. However, the location is in a good area where you can hangout with your friends. There's a lot of space outside. The drinks are REALLY GOOD. Already pretty sweet, so I highly recommend you get 0 sweet and adjust accordingly. They use fresh sweet mangos in their mango drinks and it's sooo good. It doesn't taste artificial or anything. The ube coconut milk is sweet and I had 0 sugar in there. It already comes with boba, so no need to pay extra for toppings. The ube and coconut milk really complement each other. I'm pretty picky about my ube and I asked if it's really ube or just food coloring. The guy was very kind and said it was ube from a can. He was hesitant to share that info with me, but honestly, that just tells me they use actual ube and not powdered ube or food coloring. AND YOU CAN TELL! The drink was really good! All the drinks I ordered were amazing. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the sweet rice. Toppings are $0.79, so if you're getting a topping, maybe just stick to the basics. Food: drinks was delicious, I recommend the one coconut milk tea but the jasmine milk tea isn't that bad as week. Service: self service or you can order and the staff is nice and knowledgeable of the tea. Ambiance: cute little spot with simple and modern decor.

Super yummy drinks! One of my favorite tea shops in Cerritos/Artesia area! The teas are very strong which I love and the menu is so unique! My favorite is the peach jasmine tea with the peach bits inside. I tried their soft serve recently and it was delicious! I got the Hokkaido cream with fresh strawberry and lychee. Very refreshing and I highly recommend!

In a popular plaza with various well known shops, 7 Miles Tea Lab is in the pack of it. Free parking is always nice here, with a cute interior, 7 Miles has one of the cutest cup designs I've seen so far. There's a self order kiosk which is very nice to speed up the ordering process. Love that they have plentiful of variety and some creative drinks as well that's rare to find in other boba shops. Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea As expected, osmanthus is over the top on this drink which is great for a refreshing drink. I added Agar boba which adds to the taste but it's not needed. Overall a great drink, very well made and not too sweet with 50% sugar adjustment. Cookie Milk Tea My wife ordered this drink and this was a pretty standout drink. The cookie crumbs is a nice touch to it. Each sip had some of the crumbs which added to the experience. Not very sweet as well, a nice simple drink similar to Oreo milk tea. Overall, a very nice boba shop with cute design, cute cups, and decent drinks. Love the cute + simplicity combo, definitely checking this spot out whenever in the area again.

All the drinks we got were yummy too, but I got the toffee Creme Brulee drink and it could've been better with coffee or as milk tea. The base of it is just milk with boba and very light crème brûlée topping. The honeycomb is excellent though! The pandan waffle was also good but is more fluffy and American waffle-like and lacking sweetness and pandan flavor. I enjoyed it but might not order it again.

I wondered why they hadn't cut the avocado into smaller pieces, but when I took a bite, I realized it was because the avocado was still hard. I brought the drink back and asked if they could remake it since the avocado wasn't ripe. The cashier was very apologetic and immediately agreed. I mentioned that I'd rather order a different drink if they didn't have ripe avocados. She checked with the kitchen and came back right away to let me know they didn't have any ripe avocados. I ended up ordering the Jelly Coco instead. It was my first time trying it, and I actually enjoyed it. The coconut water was refreshing, but it didn't have many toppings. Aside from the coconut meat and basil seeds, there were only a few pieces of lychee. I do wish they would temporarily remove the Sweet Avocado from the menu if they know they don't have ripe avocados. It would save customers from ordering something that can't be made properly.

My favorite is the mango Jasmine green tea or the Sunright fruit tea. I love that they have options for kids too. The kiddos go to is the frostie with boba or the orange yakult with boba. All so refreshing and legit. Although I don't know why they took out the tables and chairs, it's slightly annoying not to have anywhere to sit and wait for your drink or enjoy it on premises. Sad to to say, this location is probably the worst one I have been to. Actually, my experience here was one was pretty bad compared to most boba shops. Why may you ask? Let me tell you a little story, You may skip to the end if you don't like reading. So this happened last weekend. Just had a wonderful Easter lunch and was spending time with family who I haven't seen in a couple months. Was having a good afternoon and wanted to treat everyone to nice boba treat. Lucky for me, they were running a promotion of a BOGO if you did a coloring page. I had spent the previous night coloring a masterpiece! Recalling back all the coloring skills I had back in elementary school as well as my collage art classes. Fighting through hand cramps and stress from using only a basic 12 color pencil kit to make my multicolor work of art, needless to say, I was looking forward to presenting my work to get a well deserved delicious drink bonus. Already had my eye on their Dubai chocolate frosty drink. Sunday was going great, feelings running high, until my GF and I walked into this place. Got up to the register/kiosk to order. The kiosk had nothing about the BOGO so we had to get the attention of the lone worker to help.. If help was the right word... We rang the bell and waited for a bit before the worker came. Long story short, he said he was not trained for it and had to text his manager. He just left and continued to make drinks since there was a lot of people waiting around for theirs and I could see the online orders printing out, adding to his work load. So we waited, 5 mins, 7 mins, 10 mins. nothing. No acknowledgement. No communication. meanwhile a small line had formed behind us, and I was feeling the social anxiety. I got the workers attentions and asked if there was any progress? He said the manager hasn't responded. I asked if he could call her instead of texting. He said he was too busy and left us there... W.....T......H.... At this point, we stepped to the side to allow people to use the Kiosk since we apparently weren't helped. We waited like chumps for another 10-15 minutes, no acknowledgement, and at this point I got Hangry.. So I made a joke with my GF that I could probably order a pizza and get it before this guy helps us. Hahaha.. funny joke right? EEEEHHHG! wrong... since that's exactly what happened! I ordered domino's pizza. We kept asking for help but the workers basically didn't do anything. When my app said my pizza was ready, that's when I knew we just wasted our time. 45 ish minutes for nothing. On our way out, my girl friend was nice enough to let people know who had the coloring pages in their hand that the worker doesn't know how to apply the discount, and that we waited for almost an hour. We considered going to the Fullerton location but at this point my Hangryness was at peak. I'm over it. So we left frustrated, angry and disappointed. I had to let my family know that there was no Boba for anybody. Much disappointment since everyone was looking forward to a nice tasty, frosty drink. Made me feel like a big L. Why would management run a promotion and not train workers for it? Why was there only 1 worker on a busy Easter Sunday? Talk about bad planning and training. Ironic thing is that they had the advertising for the promo right next to the Kiosk! SMH. They should have called this place "SunWrong DMV". Nothing going right, no help and long lines. They almost ruined my day, but at least the pizza didn't let us down. -- So in conclusion, be wary if you come here especially if there is a promotion, order online and expect a wait during the weekends.
