Two "large" 24 oz drinks that are actually in 16 oz cups

Order two large 24 oz drinks. Received two 16oz drinks with "large" printed on them. See photo.

The black sesame Latte I ordered the other day was amazing so I had to reorder this amazing drink. Wow I've never tried anything like this, it's so delicious. So happy to find a great drink spot this good.

I've been here before, but didn't have a chance to leave a review. They have a kiosk where you can order, but I ordered at the counter because I was hoping they'd do something off the menu. Unfortunately, they couldn't accommodate me. Oh well! The drinks I ordered were average.

I loved this little spot . The tea was absolutely tasty. I didn't like that you order from and iPad instead of a person but it was okay. The cup I happened to get was super cute. Staff was extremely nice, my first cup actually had a sticker on the design and I tried to take it off and it ruined the cup. The staff replaced the cup for me with no problem . I would come back here again

The drinks are so good here! Love their banana matcha, they also have really delicious teas here. The Oreo bubble waffle is also yummy! I love coming here and the service is great. Very clean as well.

Lychee Green Tea with Lychee Jelly and Boba

Very cute boba shop I stopped by while out and about running some errands! The menu was large, the shop was very clean and had nice little tables inside to sit at, staff was friendly, and service was fast. Also, it is in a shopping center with lots of free parking. The boba tasted very fresh and the lychee green tea had good flavor, overall I would definitely come back to try more drinks on the menu!

So good and it's made with real pumpkin, try it while it lasts. Other than this I love their strawberry coffee, and their sparkling teas, so yummy l.

We ordered pick up and it was ready incredibly quick! Absolutely delicious drinks and would recommend to anyone. I would like to see more milk substitutes as we were only able to see an almond milk substitution for our drinks, and we are lactose intolerant and allergic to almonds BUT stomach pain is a small price to pay for these drinks I WILL be back!!

If you want matcha--I would not come here. I ordered ahead so I can't speak on the decor or the customer service, so this review is solely based on taste! The matcha is unfortunately very, very gross here. :( the color is nice but something is wrong with the flavor. sadly won't ever return because of that.

Place is a chill boba spot. Stopped by to kill some time between errands and grabbed a Thai milk tea and my husband had a jasmine green tea. Prices are reasonable for the size. Jasmine tea was floral and not overly sweet. Thai tea was fine but nothing spectacular. The buns were good! Cute little bites to snack on. I got the coconut custard bun which was lightly sweet and delicious. I would get them again for a quick snack. The BBQ pork bun was sweet and savory.

    Pineapple iced tea.

Cute, clean little shop tucked near the corner of the strip mall kitty-corner from Cerritos College. Service can be a little slow when they're busy, but everyone there I have encountered has been friendly. I generally place orders online for pick up, and they come out spot on and fairly quickly. Their teas definitely have that fresh brewed taste. I've tried their regular milk tea, Thai tea, and wintermelon milk tea and all have been really good. Their boba is pretty standard, and their egg pudding is firmer than I've had at other places (so anticipate loud slurps at the end of your drink). A newfound favorite is the pineapple iced tea. I ordered a couple for my coworkers and they loved it -- super refreshing and a perfect pick-me-up for the hot weather we've been having. We will definitely be back for more!

When it comes to music, R&B isn't my jam But when it comes to boba, R&B is my jam! I tried Krak Boba, also in Norwalk, the previous week and ordered a brown sugar milk tea with creme brulee. As delicious as it sounded, it was underwhelming. Fast forward a week, and I decided to try a different boba shop in Norwalk. Just like Krak Boba, R&B Tea is just east off the 605 freeway, but at the Alondra Blvd exit instead of the Firestone Blvd exit. R&B Tea is located next to Golden Pho in a strip mall on the northwest corner of Alondra and Studebaker. On Google Streets, it may not show up because it opened sometime last year. If you see Doris' Hair Designs, that is now R&B Tea. The sign above the front door is black, and the logo above the word "TEA" kind of looks like a basketball. When I came in at 4 PM on a Sunday afternoon, I saw underneath the bright neon OPEN sign a menu for steamed buns from Linh's Bakery. I don't know where Linh's Bakery is, but it's nice to know that you can get something to eat to go along with your drink. Since I wasn't hungry, I passed on the steamed buns, but I hope to try one or two on a future visit! There were a couple of customers enjoying their bubble tea drinks at the near corner of the boba shop. There were also a few dining tables on the opposite near corner. 3 girls were working behind the counter, and there were just as many TV screens off to the right that showed the drinks they can make for you. One of the TV screens showed the most popular drinks at R&B, a normalcy at any boba shop you go to in case you are undecided about what drink(s) to get. However, I had a difficult time associating each of the popular drinks with a section on the menu. It would have taken a while to conduct a one-to-one mapping between the TV screen showing the popular drinks and the TV screen showing all the drinks under different sections. I did ask about what a couple of the section headers mean, like Stormy. How do storms and boba go together?? The cashier I conversed with was well-trained and answered all my questions with ease. The menu on the TV was quite hard to read. I would recommend for R&B to add a 4th TV so they can show all drinks for all series in two screens rather than one. With such a comprehensive menu, it would be difficult to read from afar if you are waiting in a long line, but luckily, the cashier did point out the same menu right at the order counter. That menu was much easier on my eyes, and I certainly didn't want to feel like I was at the eye doctor trying to read those eye charts! After studying the menu, I came to the sudden realization that if I had exactly $6 in my pocket, wanted boba in my drink, and I didn't have the Yelp app on my phone*, the Brown Sugar Boba Milk might be the only drink that would satisfy both requirements. This drink is under the Pure Milk Series and already comes with the boba. However, I believe for the Milk Tea Series, none of those drinks come with boba, which would be an additional 75 cents. Other 75-cent add-ons include egg pudding, grass jelly, aloe vera, and lychee jelly. If you want one of cheese cream, crystal boba, Oreo, or vanilla ice cream, that would be an additional 90 cents. After paying, I asked how long the wait would be. The cashier said only a minute. I was expecting at least two, but no joke, it was ready in 30 seconds! I barely had time to snap a few photos of the cozy interior with a couple nice shrubbery backdrops that I might call Insta-worthy. When the bobarista handed me my drink, she recommended I shake it since the brown sugar had settled on the bottom of the cup. At Krak, I actually had to ask if I should shake it, and I was told it was more personal preference. Definitely a noticeable difference in customer service! Even though the drink doesn't come with creme brulee, it tasted so good! Who needs creme brulee after all, right?! Well, maybe I do on another day, but this drink was exactly what I needed to get me through the Sunday night blues! The girls made the drink just right despite not even asking me for my desired ice/sweetness levels, and the boba was definitely QQ! The only problem I had with the drink was when I poked the boba straw through the lid, my clumsy self created a mess. My visit to R&B reminded me somewhat of when I visited Taty's in Westminster. Both shops are located in unassuming plazas that don't have the best choice of businesses there, but the interior is just the antithesis! R&B doesn't compare to Taty's though, especially since it's definitely not as big, but if you're in Norwalk and want to treat yourself to a drink in a nice, relaxing atmosphere, this would be a great spot to do so! Need a little R&R? Head to R&B! :) * There is a Yelp check-in offer for 10% off your order. If you use that on a drink from the Milk Tea Series and add boba, then the total would be less than $6. Whatever you order, if you have the handy dandy app on your phone, do not forget this check-in offer!

Me and the owner had agreed that I would arrive around 1pm, and my video would include their 3 new matcha drinks and 2 drinks of my choice. The girl working was honestly not very friendly from the start but i normally don't mind poor customer service because I just assume they're having a bad day. I placed my order around 1:15 when I arrived, she informed me she was going to complete a few other orders and then get to mine, no problem. The problem is that I didn't receive my FIRST drink until around 2:30! I have worked with countless shops and I know my place, I am not a paying customer so I will gladly wait off to the side until I can be helped. However, I have never once been left to wait that long, especially to only receive 1 out of 5 drinks. Whether I'm paying or not that is just outrageous. In that span of time I waited, countless other people were served before me and none of them were served in a timely manner either. I was a barista for almost 2 years so I am not discrediting then amount of effort that goes into it. However, this was just a complete lack of efficiency, time management and customer service all around. I didn't receive my second drink until almost 3. I did not anticipate waiting that long, i had other plans to attend to and also have an infant daughter to care for so I left. I offered to pay for the drinks I had received but I was told not to and just given a bunch of excuses as to why my drinks couldn't get made and how I should have just come on a weekday. I immediately informed the owner via text of what happened because I was not able to get enough footage to complete the content we discussed. He was apologetic at first and we had discussed me being given store credit so I could complete the content. I even offered to send the few videos I was able to get over to him. It has since been a few weeks with no reply and I pride myself of being honest with my audience so I figured I'd share my experience.
