I visited on a weekday, so it wasn't busy at all. Service: You can either place your order at the kiosk or at the register. There was only one worker at the time, but she's quick & efficient. Drinks: My go-to lately is the Seaside Green Thai Tea. I really enjoy how their Thai Green Tea tastes. It has a floral, sweet, and strong tea flavor. I sometimes get their coffee. It's strong and does the job. Their menu became a bit overwhelming bc they now offer so many seasonal drinks. Pricing: Krak Boba has their own rewards app. The app is really easy to use. My only pet peeve is how the coupon's expiration works. For ex, if a coupon says it'll expire on 6/16, it will literally expire once it hits midnight of 6/16. I was given a 50% off coupon that expired on 6/16, and of course I visited on 6/16. I didn't realize it already disappeared.
