I wasn't going to leave a review of this shop but I have since been ghosted by the business so I…read morejust wanted to share my experience because I feel like other people may be able to relate to the service I received. **I also want to preface by saying I've been to other KRAK boba locations and have had great experiences** I visited this location because I run a matcha/cafe review account on Instagram called @morganxmatcha so shops frequently invite me to come in a make content for their store. Me and the owner had agreed that I would arrive around 1pm, and my video would include their 3 new matcha drinks and 2 drinks of my choice. The girl working was honestly not very friendly from the start but i normally don't mind poor customer service because I just assume they're having a bad day. I placed my order around 1:15 when I arrived, she informed me she was going to complete a few other orders and then get to mine, no problem. The problem is that I didn't receive my FIRST drink until around 2:30! I have worked with countless shops and I know my place, I am not a paying customer so I will gladly wait off to the side until I can be helped. However, I have never once been left to wait that long, especially to only receive 1 out of 5 drinks. Whether I'm paying or not that is just outrageous. In that span of time I waited, countless other people were served before me and none of them were served in a timely manner either. I was a barista for almost 2 years so I am not discrediting then amount of effort that goes into it. However, this was just a complete lack of efficiency, time management and customer service all around. I didn't receive my second drink until almost 3. I did not anticipate waiting that long, i had other plans to attend to and also have an infant daughter to care for so I left. I offered to pay for the drinks I had received but I was told not to and just given a bunch of excuses as to why my drinks couldn't get made and how I should have just come on a weekday. I immediately informed the owner via text of what happened because I was not able to get enough footage to complete the content we discussed. He was apologetic at first and we had discussed me being given store credit so I could complete the content. I even offered to send the few videos I was able to get over to him. It has since been a few weeks with no reply and I pride myself of being honest with my audience so I figured I'd share my experience.

Perfectly lightly sweetened with honey and a light bounciness, they nailed it with the Goldilocks ratio here. Try their Morning Sunshine - a bit on the sweeter side as it combines mango, lychee, and peach syrups but is perfectly balanced with the boba accompaniment. Service was warm & efficient. The decoration of this place is great for children, equipped with claw machines and knick-knacks. I was able to get some work done with headphones on and the free WiFi, but table space is limited and likely not the best place to get some studying in. If I were in the area again, I'd be back to try more of their offerings!

My mom is a huge fan of the TGY Family Milk Tea, and we were glad they kept their standards up, as she really enjoyed her drink. * TGY Family Milk Tea: 10/10 - great toppings and milk tea flavor * Passion Fruit Green Tea: 9/10 - sweet and tart * Jasmine Green Tea: 5/10 - bland and tasteless * Boba (Topping): 8/10 - soft and chewy but a bit small * Cheese Creama (Topping): 2/10 - no flavor considering it's a $1.25 add-on Compared to their other locations, this one is a bit smaller, and there isn't much seating. You have to use the mobile kiosks to order, and we waited about 10 minutes for our drinks. They accidentally forgot the Cheese Creama for one of our drinks, and it took them about 8 minutes just to add it, which we thought was very weird. Nevertheless, the workers were still able to fix it, and we didn't really have any major problems during our visit. The shop is located in a plaza with a supermarket, so parking should be relatively easy. The majority of the menu items are great, and we'll definitely be back to try some other items!

Love how roasted and nutty it tasted, but I could've probably gone for 50% sweet as it was still pretty sweet. I have also tried their earl grey cheesecake tea latte, and that was also sweet-- so keep in mind if getting to lessen the sugar too. My go to is their roasted oolong tea latte cause I'm an oolong tea lover and it's made to perfection every time! Service was great. Cashier was able to help me use my 20% off from the blind box cup sleeve I got back in February. I like how they have their CNY chimes above the register, adds a nice touch. We did have to wait 20 minutes for boba, but the cashier also kindly told us that it would take 20 minutes-- we were willing to wait. I would say it was worth it cause the boba was fresh and chewy! While I'll never be bored of boba, I have been a little bored of seeing the same 10 drinks at each shop. 7 Miles breaks this mold. I absolutely love cheese toppers and have no self restraint when I see this option on the menu. The drink was SO tasty.
