Quick grab and go service option with tablets or you can choose to dine in as there are many seats. Can't say much on service since I used the tablet to order but the workers did provide me a warm welcome upon walking in. Really only came here to grab their waffles although they have a great assortment of desserts that I want to come back to try! I got their matcha and chocolate waffles with the chocolate having more of a stronger taste compared to the matcha, which had more of a subtle flavor. I liked the shape of the waffles and how crispy they were once served. I also saw that there was a tiramisu milk tea, which got me curious cause I love tiramisu. However, it didn't have a strong taste of tiramisu so I would more than likely skip this drink the next time around. If I were to do a milk tea here, I'd probably just do a simple oolong milk tea.

Went here a couple back but I remember it was lit. Cute and nice desert shop. Jelly was tasty. Was big inside. Service was cool and they got self service too. The design and interior is very vibey. I like it

One of the best places for Taiwanese shaved ice, and hot drinks or desserts. Plenty of seats for bigger and small groups. Easy ordering, and pretty fast service. So happy there is a Meet Fresh near us!

When I called the store, the message I received was that they're likely to be permanently closed at this location. They're only offering online and pickup services for now.

Refreshing and delicious Service is not as fast as once would expect , about 10 minutes after placing order. Interior is nice for groups of 4-6 people with comfy booths. The grass jellyfish is my favorite and there's nothing quite like this ice around town.

Average at best, I'd say the best part about this place is the seating. The items aren't as good as they'd seem, and I find most of their drinks lacking in flavor. Their teas taste almost watered down and their sago is small in portion. The worst part about this place is the service. I get the use of touch screens to take orders, but the owners of this establishment should do training with their staff on how to interact with customers. I guess the drinks and desserts lacking in flavor are made up with the bad taste the servers leave in my mouth. Try elsewhere!

My friends have been telling me about this place. I finally visited this place recently after a birthday celebration to continue the celebration. My friends weren't kidding when they said the large shave ice was huge, and there is apparently an XL available. Egg Waffles were also ordered, plain, matcha and chocolate. I also got a pineapple green tea. Grab a friend or two and check it out

I like that there is a wide array of options in shareable desserts. The portions are generous and definitely enough for 2 or 3, maybe 4 if you're getting the shaved ice. Plenty of seating and you can order at the kiosk. Orders take more than 10 minutes so be patient. And clean up after yourself!

I've always seen the ads but finally gave this place a try and I was throughly impressed by these Taiwanese desserts! Beans in dessert had me shook, but it's the mix of herby grass jelly, cold shaved ice, black sesame balls, and taro balls that when eaten together gives you a deep flavor that almost feels beyond just a dessert. It's a colorful concoction that makes you excited to try it again and again with so many different combinations and toppings you can't go wrong! Big open spaces for you and the crew to get a bowl! Having the electronic kiosk also helps going with a group and you can customize exactly what you want, although the staff is willing to help if you have any questions

Fun, bright, packed. Very lively for a Friday night. Took about 10 minutes for our order. The shaved ice is huge! Good thing there was 4 of us to share it. So many flavors and textures with shaved ice, ice cream, mochi, grass jelly, etc. It was really good.

    Boba? More like Bo-blob

I got the hot tofu signature with added black sugar boba. Flavor is good. Service was fast. But what is this? I couldn't even pull the boba balls apart. It was just a big tapioca blob.

It's located in the plaza full of diversity. I had a dinner next door and came straight over. This place is bright and shiny. The service is good. Mostly self-service, you go order at the counter and they call your number when it's ready. You'll return the plate afterwards. The shaved ice and the waffle were delicious. I wish I had ordered the big shaved ice mountain.

Sad to see that their last day is May 11th. Would highly recommend people to try before their last day. Our latest visit was during lunchtime on a weekday. We were greeted upon entering and were told to choose whichever table we wanted. We ordered a Wintermelon Tea, Fried Pork Chop Rice, and the Century Egg Tofu. Food and tea came out quickly. Everything was so good and felt like comfort food that family would make. The pork chop was seasoned well and came with a tea egg, and vegetable sides of broccoli and tomato as well as soup. The tomato side reminds me of this tomato egg that we eat often. The century egg tofu was delicious. The tofu had a great texture -- soft, creamy, but also dense. The sauce that it came with was sweet, salty, and garlicky. The century egg was good. The winter melon tea was light on ice, well-balanced, and not too sweet. Overall, giving Formosan Restaurant a 5/5. Wish we started coming here sooner. Staff are nice, service is quick, prices are great, and the food is delicious. Highly recommend people to try if they haven't before. Will definitely be back before their last day.

And prefer it over many other Asian cuisines.* The reason I chose M's Kitchen over two other Taiwanese restaurants in the area? So many more vegetable dishes! And wow, am I completely grateful I did! We arrived on a Saturday evening, and the server and chef were both in the kitchen. The server came over and gave us menus before getting our drink orders. She was prompt in a very caring manner without ever seeming rushed. She had lots of suggestions as we asked questions about the menu. At some point, the chef was sitting with us, and she asked him clarifying questions for us. She even went back into the kitchen to find out which vegetables were the freshest (which I appreciated)! We ordered a cup of ginseng and goji berry chicken soup, chicken cream corn soup (with egg), ong choy with garlic, walnut shrimp, crispy tofu, and green scallion pancake. As each dish came out, it felt like different instruments in an orchestra being highlighted as they wove into the tapestry of the music. The ong choy built onto the soup, the crispy tofu onto the ong choy and soup, and so on! Until there was this grand harmony of pulsating flavors and textures! I thoroughly enjoyed each dish! I only wish I had a bigger appetite so I could eat more and faster! The server helped us to pack the leftovers. We spoke about how traditional Chinese and Taiwanese food get lost in the mix of more modern and fusion recipes and restaurants. I am also a loving fan of mom and pop dining because it reminds me of the many meals I have been gifted by the parents of friends and friends who have opened their homes and hearths to feed and nourish me in my life. I love feeling like I am visiting someone's family and sharing a meal together. This is how M's Kitchen felt for me! I am planning how many meals I can have here and who I can invite to experience the deliciousness soon! Please consider visiting! Even if you haven't tried Taiwanese food yet, this is a wonderful spot to start with!

Still, it's nice to know this place remains a reliable go-to whenever I'm craving a good drink. One thing I really appreciate is how creative they are with their seasonal menu. It feels like there's always something new to try, and there is always a drink I want to try. This time, I ordered the seasonal High Mountain Paradise with 50% sugar and lychee jelly. It was absolutely delicious, and the 50% sugar level was perfect. It was just sweet enough to bring out the flavors without overpowering the tea itself. The mango and guava notes were a bit subtle, but they paired wonderfully with the delicate oolong tea, creating a refreshing and well balanced drink. The lychee jelly was also a great addition, adding a little extra texture and sweetness with every sip. I'd also say this jelly was softer than the typical jelly I've gotten, which I really liked. The shop can get pretty busy, probably because they really do offer a little bit of everything. Besides drinks, they have a food menu that seemed surprisingly popular during my visit. I saw plenty of people ordering snacks and meals, and everything coming out looked and smelled amazing. I'll definitely have to come back and try some of the food for myself next time. The space itself is on the smaller side, so finding a seat during peak hours can be a bit challenging. That said, they do offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which helps.

I absolutely loved the crispy bottom layer because it added such a satisfying crunch to every bite. The inside stayed really juicy and flavorful with a good balance of pork, shrimp, and chives. The Juicy Pork Dumplings had soup inside, which was rich and savory. I've had soup dumplings before where the wrapper breaks apart too easily, but these held together nicely while still staying soft and delicate. The Wonton in Spicy Sauce was my personal favorite from the entire meal. The spicy sauce flavor was savory with a little sweetness. I'm typically not good with spice, so this is at a spice level that should be very manageable for everyone. I absolutely loved the spicy sauce, so I started putting it on everything. Definitely put the sauce on the chicken fried rice! The Chicken Fried Rice was a great dish to pair with everything else that we ordered. With several orders of entrees, a solid rice dish is a must order for any Chinese meal. The rice had a nice savory flavor that I enjoyed, and there was a generous amount of chicken mixed throughout the dish. I even asked the waitress if they do anything special with the fried rice because it tasted better than many other restaurants. It felt comforting and balanced compared to some of the heavier dishes. The Dry Fried String Beans were cooked perfectly with a slight crispness while still being tender. The garlic and seasoning gave them so much flavor that it honestly didn't even feel like I was eating vegetables. I do have to note that these were very much on the salty side, so if you don't like foods that are too salty, I would choose a different dish. The Orange Chicken was really crispy and juicy, which I appreciated because soggy orange chicken is always disappointing to me. The sauce had a nice citrus flavor while still keeping that classic sweet savory taste. The Spring Rolls were simple with vegetable filling on the inside with a crispy outside. I would try a different appetizer next time. The Kung Pao Shrimp was packed with flavor and had a really satisfying combination of textures. The shrimp were tender, and the peanuts added a great crunch to the dish. I thought the sauce had a really nice balance of spice and savoriness without becoming overwhelming. Another dish I really enjoyed was the Beef Roll Pancake. The pancake itself was nice and chewy throughout each bite. The sliced beef with green onions and sauce all wrapped together made every bite really flavorful and satisfying. For drinks, I ordered the Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba. I really liked that the jasmine tea flavor was noticeable instead of being overly sweet like some milk teas can be. The boba had a soft chewy texture, and the drink itself paired perfectly with the spicy and savory dishes from the meal. Staff: All of the staff members were quick and friendly Ambiance: Indoor seating only. A good amount of parking in the parking lot that is shared with other shops in the plaza.

We usually come here for Taiwanese bento and beef noodle soup, and we decided to try something different this time, and everything was good. Ok this one is probably not for beginners, as it is likely an acquired taste. The thick noodles was soothing and just what we needed. The satay hot pot was very good, we had enough to bring home and continue to enjoy the next day. I called it a "themed" restaurant because the store was originally modeled after an elementary school 3rd grade classroom, the chairs, tables, bulletin board and blackboard, even the menu is sort of what you might find at a school cafeteria (of course much more fancy), there is a nostalgic, cute feeling for those of us grew up in Taiwan. I asked the employee in the front if he preferred the Signature or Kimchi, and he told me he recommended the Signature first to try it out. I am now interested in trying out the Kimchi version too. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating. There is seating indoor and outdoors, there are water cups near the register, and a sauce station on the left side of the counter. There's Sesame Oil, Black Vinegar, Garlic Sauce, and Soy Sauce. I prefer Garlic Sauce the best! The restaurant also gets pretty cold so maybe bring a light jacket. When I went to the restaurant, there was only one person in line ahead of me, and most people seem to order take out. I would come here again to try out the noodles and the Kimchi potstickers!!

The pork chop with braised beef belly rice is truly the best of both worlds -- crispy, golden pork chop layered over fluffy steamed rice that's soaked in the rich, buttery-savory goodness of braised pork belly. The cucumber salad and pickled mustard greens cut through everything with the perfect touch of freshness and tang. And it even comes with a free fountain drink? That's a win. Of course, I had to add the spicy wontons because when that craving hits, you answer it. They're juicy, flavorful, and bring just the right level of heat to keep things exciting. Service is impressively fast, the interior is cute and serene, and the team is incredibly courteous. Special shoutout to Enoch for making the visit even better. Quick, satisfying, and worth the stop every time.
