    Popcorn chicken

The popcorn chicken order I received was not even halfway from the bottom of box.The lady said its premeasured but not weighed. My recent order was more than this. Not good at all. I dont think Ill go back.

The matcha taste like plastic and not like matcha but the fries are decent they were not seasoned and the goat Jay will not be going I don't recommend this if your a matcha lover and it was bad

This location is ok. Tea is kind average, had better teas. Boba quite soft. Usually come here for a quick fix. What u see in the pic is what looks like onion/shallot peel in my thai tea with boba??? This hasnt happened to me ever. It came up with my boba and I spat it out, sniffed it and it smelled like onion/shallot. Gotta say, great for fried rice or chicken, not doing it for boba. Wouldnt say the service is top notch either. It's just kinda getting by.

The server was really nice!! We ordered a regular size and she gave us the Large instead even gave us the extras for the strawberry slush

I've been a regular at Ding Tea for a long time. My favorite has been "Hokkaido Oolong Milk Tea" for over 6 years. However, now it seems a little bland (maybe I've changed my taste). But now I'm in love with my new favorite, "Hokkaido Coffee." I always ask for no ice (since I drink it later) and half sweet. I love it so far; I love the GG location, but this location is really close to my house, save my time. The service at Ding Tea can be inconsistent since different staff members are usually on duty during my visits. However, it doesn't bother me much. I typically call ahead, pick up my order, and go. The price for a large size is $7.50, and I love choosing either coffee jelly or crystal boba as my favorite toppings!

    Front of Location

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered through Grubhub and went to pick up the tea. The lady took the order from her iPad then told me to order with her, meaning I'd be charged twice - saying Grubhub would refund me, but the order was already taken by their system. To make it worse they had a group of teenagers there harassing clients. I felt scammed and she totally did not want Grubhub to take the money - she purposely wanted me to cancel and order there. What's the point?!! Never again will I go there, terrible service.

One of the boba drink chains that I enjoy coming back for quick fix on my boba crave and never disappoints. My go-to is the Signature Milk Tea because there is nothing complicated about it and none of the flavors are competing. This place is located in 10 different countries worldwide and won the Superior Taste Award in the past, which guarantees the quality of the drinks. The cafe is refined and playful with their grassy and floral wall decorations, inspiring words, and elegant pink sofa. If you would like to hang out a little bit, there are tables with chairs and booth but limited. The clerks were friendly and they got the drink promptly, which I appreciate it so much.

This was the house milk tea, we order with light boba-- I don't see any! No ice even after having to worker "add more" .

Very disappointed in this location. This one is not at all like the other Ding Tea locations. Waited about 30 mins for 2 teas, there was only one family with 3 drinks ahead of us. Once we got our order, our teas were slightly warmer than room temperature, and practically had no ice. My tea had a little more ice than my boyfriend's but melted by the time we left the parking lot. My boyfriend went back to have the guy add more ice, my goodness, it melted AGAIN. There's plenty of Boba/Tea locations around the area and we felt like it was such a waste of money.

Ask the Community - Ding Tea Anaheim

When are the kumquats in season?

Do you have regular boba (tapioca pearls)?

Do they have alternative milks such as soy, almond coconut or oat?

Does the latte have coffee in it?

Do you also carry the Monster Drink like the Orange location?

Do you sell jugs or anything in large sizes for parties?

I saw a picture posted here about a "'monster' bobo latte" posted 11 days ago from the business owner, is "monster" referring to the size? When placing an order, he was asked "are you thinking of another place?" by the cashier.

    When will you guys open?

We got their Matcha Au Lait BOGO which is basically a matcha latte. Drinks came out quick as it wasn't busy at all. I remember the cups were a lot bigger than before, not compatible with car cupholders, but looks like they've made some changes to accommodate for that, very impressed with the cup qualities while keeping their signature cup styles. Drinks itself were delicious, very refreshing on a warmer day and the matcha was pretty well made. Not super overpowering but also very smooth taste. Great to see H&H still going strong and are definitely great competition to the shops these days. Love their quality and reasonable price.

They kindly remade the drink and it tasted more like lavender milk tea. HOWEVER I'm convinced the tea is either watered down here or the creamer is messed up. Please have them try drinks again before serving!

We got extremely lucky and found some street parking about a block away and then we were able to walk and then get in line and order our food. I ended up getting a Panini and then an iced latte. I love how this building looks very historical and I'm not sure what it used to be, but it was cool vibes inside. The workers are extremely nice. And the food probably even taste a little bit better than the Pasadena location that I go to fairly often. The only thing that's all but tricky is the parking I think this time around our were extremely lucky. They have an additional dining area where you can get access to pass the restrooms. There's also a couple of tables outside if you prefer to be outdoors. Lots of great things that are going on here.

The interior leans minimalist -- lots of white, light wood tabletops, and green plant accents that match the "Monstera" name. It's a calm and comfortable space to sit for a while. They also have board games like chess, Uno, and Jenga, which makes it feel more like a casual hangout spot than just a quick grab-and-go tea shop. What I ordered: Peach Hibiscus tea with rainbow jelly 5 macarons (pistachio x2, vanilla, strawberry, and another flavor everything except caramel) Fried chicken tenders & fries combo They offer 10% off if you follow them on Instagram or Facebook, which brought my total to about $25. The Peach Hibiscus tea ended up being the highlight. It was refreshing and not overly sweet, and the rainbow jelly added a fun texture. I was a little disappointed they were out of boba, since that's usually my go-to topping. The macarons looked nice visually but the flavors didn't quite come through. The pistachio in particular tasted mostly sweet rather than having a distinct pistachio flavor. The shells were also a bit chewy with slightly uneven edges. The fried chicken tenders and fries ended up being the biggest issue. Two guests ahead of me had already been waiting around 30 minutes before I even placed my order. After ordering, it became clear the kitchen hadn't actually started the food yet. I could hear one staff member explaining to another how to make the tenders and mentioning that the process takes about 7 minutes total. Hearing that while watching orders sit unprepared made the delay a bit confusing. The couple ahead of me had ordered about 10 minutes before I did and still hadn't received their food either. The staff seemed to be enjoying themselves and chatting, which is great for morale, but the service side didn't feel very focused on getting orders out in a timely way. Eventually I decided to ask for a refund rather than continue waiting. I also noticed they sell $18 individual cakes that come in small square tins (similar to tiramisu containers). They might taste great, but visually they looked fairly simple, so the price point felt a bit high for what you see. Overall: The space itself is pleasant and the tea was refreshing. It's also nice that they provide games for people to hang out. Unfortunately, between the food delays, items being out of stock, and the feeling that the kitchen wasn't fully prepared yet, the experience ended up feeling like a lot of money spent without much payoff. Personally it's not a spot I'd return to, though the atmosphere may still appeal to people looking for a place to relax and play a game
