There's a flavor for everyone from your standard fruity flavors (more my style) to your decadent cookie and candy flavors (decadent being used loosely the macros pencil out). I do love the focus on the nutrients which is generally phony when you see it on menus in restaurants but here it's authentic and on point mainly because this is the major sell point of the shop. Healthy Protein Spot fulfills its name and its guarantee for high protein shakes with varied protein servings that are reflected by how much you pay. The staff was amazing, it was my first time and they answered all my questions. They recommended Chunky Monkey, Strawberry Banana, Strawberry Mango, and Banana Bread. All their shakes are made dairy free with no real fruit and sweetened with Stevia. I ended up ordering the Strawberry Mango 30g size and it ended up being 11 dollars. Unfortunately, the characteristics of the shake were unpleasant, super chalky and very artificial tasting. I believe you have the option for Whey Protein or some other kind of Vegan/Vegetarian Plant Based option but I wasn't asked and they pulled out an Herbalife protein supplement. I'm so glad my mother drove me here. I wasn't feeling my best today and just wanted something sweet tasting and easy to get down for dinner, then I saw this place on yelp. The worker there was so kind helpful and I really appreciate her, it made me feel better already. The shake was humongous and it was so thick and delicious I loved every sip of it. The donut? Oh my gosh, it was better than a real donut in my opinion as it wasn't extremely sweet and the texture was nice and fluffy but almost cake like. I wish this place was closer to me I would come and support this business every week! On my way out after using the restroom my mom saw a sign with some encouraging words on it that I really needed to read(in pictures).
