My mom and I visited this place this morning. After tasting the protein oats and drinking the strawberry banana smoothie, I couldn't help but to ask, why isn't there a line out the door?! This place should be one of the hottest breakfast spots in Anaheim. It's so good! All the protein is listed along with the calories and everything else. There's protein shakes, protein pancakes, protein oats, protein donuts, etc. The place is clean and lots of room for customers. The service was amazing as well. She told us that the place was family owned which is so nice! I wish we had one of these in San Jose! With everyone is San Jose running towards protein spots, I think this type of place would be great. I'll definitely visit next time I go to Anaheim!
Now this is different... a shop focused on solely protein based shakes? While not new, it's definitely niche. Healthy Protein Spot fulfills its name and its guarantee for high protein shakes with varied protein servings that are reflected by how much you pay. The staff was amazing, it was my first time and they answered all my questions. They recommended Chunky Monkey, Strawberry Banana, Strawberry Mango, and Banana Bread. All their shakes are made dairy free with no real fruit and sweetened with Stevia. I ended up ordering the Strawberry Mango 30g size and it ended up being 11 dollars. Unfortunately, the characteristics of the shake were unpleasant, super chalky and very artificial tasting. I believe you have the option for Whey Protein or some other kind of Vegan/Vegetarian Plant Based option but I wasn't asked and they pulled out an Herbalife protein supplement. I'm not too knowledgeable about the efficacy of Herbalife supplements but I wasn't expecting to drink it when I ordered. Parking is not too bad, they have 2 designated spots. For a protein fix and sweet treat, I'd definitely come again, but if I was looking just to get protein, a fair life shake will be cheaper and do the job just fine.

Discovered this spot from a friend after a workout at Crunch. Love that they offer customizable protein levels in their smoothies & teas. Great flavors, clean vibe, and super friendly staff -- perfect for post-workout pick me up. Excited to come back and try more on their menu
This place is pretty good! Protein shake is so creamy and foamy idk how to better describe it! And low calorie! The service is so friendly and great ambience! Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in.
I was so excited to try this spot!!! I am on a health journey and do like treating myself to something after my workouts. Service here was great the employees were very knowledgable, the menu is expansive, and overall the macros aren't that bad! HOWEVER.. The drink i ordered i did not like at all. Super sad. I got the Gansito Protein drink and was expecting chocolate with strawberry flavors since it was under the chocolate section but what i got was short of both flavors. It tastes like a kids chapstick lol! This has no chocolate whatsoever. The orange creamsicle was not bad. Mind you both drinks tastes heavy on the protein powders. I would order the orange creamsicle again but not the gansito. I have two more drinks i want to try and I hope i like them so i can keep coming back!

My brother ordered the pistachio shake which had a rich nutty taste. All their products do not use sugar or dairy which is a plus for anyone with dietary restrictions. Service is super helpful & patient. Definitely will go back to try one of their many smoothie options. There are a few tables inside to sit as well as some board games to play while waiting or hanging out. Location is perfect right next to crunch fitness with lots of parking space.

Plenty of free parking and easy to find. Ambiance/Environment: They have a medium sized space with a decent amount of seating. There's plenty of room to move around. I liked the decor on the walls. Service: Shout out to our cashier Gabriel! He was knowledgeable about the menu, sizes and offerings, and gave us good recommendations. There were only 2 workers when we visited. They were quick and efficient. Drinks: There were sooo many drinks! They also offer special deals depending on the day! 1) Cali Gurl - All drinks sounded delicious, and as tempting it was to order everything, I went with this drink. This included peach mango protein punch and collagen. The fruit flavor definitely came through. The protein didn't overpower the peach or mango, but you can still taste it. This was really refreshing! 2) Mint Green Protein Shake - My bf ordered this with 36G of protein. It was really hard to choose bc all their shakes sound so good. This tasted as expected. Mint chocolate chip with Oreos. The texture surprisingly wasn't too chalky. The protein blended well with the drink! Pricing: Definitely worth the prices! Not too expensive $. Their portions are generous, especially for healthy drinks. They offer different deals each day. I received 10% off my drink bc they were offering 10% off Tea Bombs on Fridays.

If you have sweet tooth and feel guilty after having a sweet - this is the place for you! Healthy Protein Spot serves up shakes/smoothies loaded with protein and mix-ins. The drinks are pretty good considering they also benefit your body. The place is small and the staff are friendly. I'm so glad how conveniently close this place is to my house! I think I found my new obsession. I've come a few times already and I am hooked on their protein shakes. Tried this new spot and honestly if you're macro conscious or watching calories this is a solid place to enjoy waffles without feeling guilty. Am I gonna lie and say these are the best protein waffles you'll ever have no, but are they good enough to satisfy a craving 100% yes -- as long as you go in with the right mindset. These are protein waffles, not Denny's, not a regular buttery waffle, it's a healthier version and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. The waffles were fresh which I liked, the donut was very macro friendly and really good. Iced coffee was great with no weird protein aftertaste. These protein shakes brought me to their yard! What a genius concept, I am in LOVE with a healthy protein shop spot! They have an extensive (and enticing) menu of different protein shake flavors. Some of the popular items include "brownie batter", "Reese's Peanut Butter", and "Chunky Monkey". I opted for their "Cheesecake Oreo Shake". YUM. You get to choose your size, and how much protein you want (24 grams, or 30 grams). You can also add a protein donut on top, or fruits. The calories are low, protein is high, and taste is great! Other than that, the place itself is so cute and trendy. Workers are friendly. Parking can get pretty busy, but lots of parking in the plaza. Can't wait to try other flavors! read more

Trust me when i say it's worth every penny!! Always delicious but this time i got the Chanel with coconut pie shake, it's coffee and protein and the most delicious drink I've ever had!! Dairy free, high protein over 30 grams of protein, low calorie less than 400 calories, and easy on the digestion! I'm so glad my mother drove me here. I wasn't feeling my best today and just wanted something sweet tasting and easy to get down for dinner, then I saw this place on yelp. The worker there was so kind helpful and I really appreciate her, it made me feel better already. I got the brownie batter shake 60g protein and the strawberry cheesecake donut since she said she couldn't make anymore waffles which was fine with me. I paid $20 in total and it was worth it. The shake was humongous and it was so thick and delicious I loved every sip of it. The donut? Oh my gosh, it was better than a real donut in my opinion as it wasn't extremely sweet and the texture was nice and fluffy but almost cake like. I wish this place was closer to me I would come and support this business every week! On my way out after using the restroom my mom saw a sign with some encouraging words on it that I really needed to read(in pictures). The atmosphere is very comforting and if you were to come here after the gym everyday you would feel much better. To whoever that worker was and to the business for appearing on my search bar: Thank you for making me feel better, both mentally and nutritionally as I was able to get in my protein and the worker made my day :) I wish I lived closer to this business. read more

Everyone here is SOOO incredibly nice! I love going here to get my dessert/sweets fix without having to feel horrible about myself. They have a huge variety of different protein packed desserts ranging from acai bowls, smoothies, to pastries. I had the green goddess bowl which came with various toppings (coconut and granola) and it was SO good. Not to mention it was protein packed so it kept me full for so long! I also had the protein donuts which was delicious! They make it to order so it took about 20 minutes, but they came out piping hot & fresh! All the staff are incredibly nice, welcoming, and so helpful. They have a stamp card program if you live in the area. I am very disappointed I have been coming here but this has been my second time this 2 weeks and I very upset beside the waiting time when no one is there the new guy seem not to get it together he started doing my shake and I specifically asked to add extra ice he couldn't do that simple task that took so long and eventually the girl went to check and ended helping him because he had done super watery instead of doing a new one she poured back in the blender and add something but couldn't fix it and still handed it to me and when I got to the car it simple pure water with no taste this is so ridiculous read more

I got the Oreo cheesecake as it had the most reviews and it was also recommended by an employee. I wasn't a fan, it was chalky and it didn't have much of an Oreo taste, more like vanilla.. Inside was pretty cool and there was a good amount of seating. read more
