I had never been to this place before and asked the person taking my order what was a popular drink and got a response of "the lattes" no specific one but that. I asked which matcha was good or popular and she just said "all of them." I'm not picky but it's an honest question for being a first timer. I ended up getting two different drinks but didn't really want to stay there any longer than I had to because of the unwelcoming feeling. Don't know if it was the uniform or not. The drinks were good but the matcha was all milk, hardly and matcha flavor. I wanted hot but came cool. I didn't want to request it to be heated up just incase they wanted to do something to my drink. Don't know if I would go here again. I've been to another location and did not have this experience. So try it out yourself. The other location I went to was different, maybe cause I went through the drive-thru and my uniform wasn't seen until later.

They make their cream for their cream-top IN HOUSE AND ITS MIND-BLOWING DELICIOUS YO Anyway, everything here from the matcha to the coffee is consistently delicious, and you can tell everything is made with precision! These people genuinely care about their customers and make everyone feel like family. It's refreshing to find a place that values quality, community, and hospitality all at once. However, today's visit felt different. We ordered our usual strawberry coffee drinks but they weren't pink. When I asked the barista about it she said the syrup has changed. It's now more of a pick up kind of place now with a line out the door and people waiting inside together their dreams. We sat inside for a couple hours to work with free Wi-Fi. The store gets very rowdy and very loud with a lot of people trying to fit into the tables. I couldn't wait til it died down so i left. They have a lot of unique draft coffee and tea drinks. This time I opted for the Ube Thai Tea for just the right hit of caffeine - it wasn't bad, but i think i prefer their pandan drinks. Wish I had more time in the area, it looks like a cool place to get work done - but it can get crowded!
