I ordered a Richie sandwich, Vanilly iced coffee, and the ginger lemongrass tea! Sandwich was delicious, nice blend of flavors savory with a nice tangy taste from the pickles. Added hot sauce and bang its a winner for sure. The vanilly coffee is light and does the job, I can see why its a customer favorite. But the ginger lemongrass tea was the total winner for me. First time and tried the Lily on Asiago and wow. That was an incredible sandwich. I'm always concerned bagel sandwiches will have too much bread and not enough filling in the middle, but this was perfect. Grabbed me an everything bagel extra toasted with jalapeño cream cheese and a vanilla iced coffee with double sweetness with oat milk. Bomb bagels the creme cheese wasnt spicy but yum. Cute lil cafe in Anaheim Hills with cold and hot sandwich options. All their sandwiches come on either a bagel or croissant of your choice. They have an assortment of drinks, coffee and boba drinks. The Canyon special might hands down be the best bagel sandwhich I've ever had. I got the Asiago bagel and added avocado which was the perfect combination. The lemmon pepper and jalapeño in the spread gives it a nice bite and the savory eggs and bacon paired well with the fresh avocado. Red Velvet or Parmesan bagels, for example. There was a good variety of cream cheese flavors and toppings. I didn't notice until afterward that they will hollow your bagel. I've tried the nearby chain stores (bagel me) and they are overpriced and not fresh. Not snobby about chains.. is loved Einstein bagels found in metros or in San Diego. I think sometimes the staff are distracted or don't seem to care too much - which is totally normal and ok by me; service industry is Hard. What's gotten me disappointed is the smell of cleaner on the bagels lately.
