Prefacing this by saying I've worked in a shoe store and other retail spots in this same mall before. I know how much holiday season sucks especially when it gets busy and perhaps you receive the same request for assistance too many times - unfortunately all part of the job. This is no hate to the employees, but to the customer service which I'm sure comes from poor management. Please make their working conditions better so that the employees don't take out their frustrations on customers. Whenever I approach anyone in retail I do so with kindness and a smile because I know what it's like. Went into crocs today (12/16 around 2pm). They were promoting Buy 2, Get 2 Free off their clearance stock. Great for gifts! Of course I would need them in certain sizes (W7), most of which were not available on the sales floor. I asked the first employee I made contact with at the cash register if they'd happen to have additional sizes in the back. I asked thinking either they'll say whatever is on the floor is what's available, or yes they may have some. Without a smile and with much snark she answers "well it depends on the style." ...Yeah obviously? I say, "okay! If I pick some out would be I be able to see if you have them?" A logical follow up question right? I wanted to make sure this was alright with them. And again with snark and no ounce of politeness she says "like I said it depends on the style and we may or may not have it." I just smile and say thank you. I find two in the right size and a few that were not and asked if they had it. Still grateful towards the first employee for at least checking them for me since she made me feel like I was asking for the world, but no luck. So I look for more styles to potentially see if they'd have them. Second time around, the first employee was busy at the cash register. I flag a second employee but she ignores me the first time. I stand for a bit, a little puzzled. Instead I decided to just patiently wait in line to speak to the cashier again. While waiting, I see the second employee coming my way and I flag her down again with a wave and a "hi! excuse me!". Y'ALL. She held up a finger at me. She walked past me while still holding a finger and said "one moment." She walked to a customer who was browsing and wasn't even requesting any help and she spoke to them about the product. Finally she had no choice but to turn to me once she finished. I already knew she didn't want to help me because she was around when I asked the first employee for help finding sizes. I could tell she did not want to. (Again, I've worked retail before. It's obvious). So she goes to the stock room to check. In my head I already knew it was a lost cause since they were not willing to help me - regardless if they had it or not. While waiting, I decided to browse for ANY size 7 they had out, or at least an 8 to gift to someone else. 2nd employee came back out. No surprise - she was empty handed. So I took the extra two styles I found and made my purchase. So happy with crocs. Unhappy with the customer service. We're all stressed during holiday season, but I wish they wouldn't spread this type of energy to others. Management - if this is an issue and pain point for your employees in operations then a solution could be made. Example: have all your stocks listed on the computer for a more convenient and quicker search. I'm sure your employees hate being asked to constantly go to the back to check for sizes - as demonstrated to their customers today. Or, with such a big promotion like this perhaps have all your stock organized by size and out on the floor so that both customers and employees are not disgruntled with each other. I hope they can leave and find a place to work where they won't be miserable at. read more

5 stars to the girl who helped me exchange my hello kitty crocs for the exact same size/ character crocs! I bought a pair online and after wearing them for a few hours, my left foot on the inner part had developed a small circular cut. After examining the shoe, I noticed a small plastic like thing sticking out of the white circle part of the croc that holds the back string onto the shoe. I called this store and spoke to Pricilla (I can't remember her name but I think it was Pricilla). She asked if I had worn them and I explained to her that I did wear them, bought online but item was defective as a piece of plastic was sticking out of the shoe. She checked to see if they had my size available in store and informed me the business hours as well as putting the pair of crocs aside for me. I arrived within 20 minutes as I wanted to ensure I could get a new pair of crocs that wouldn't be defective. Pricilla and another female employee helped me to exchange the crocs in a very caring and rapid way. Bumped down 2 stars because it was incredibly hot in the store! Thankfully I was only there for a few minutes but this is incredibly alarming as most employees there would be trapped in the heat for HOURS! read more

Purchased my crocs at this location and within two months they had shrank two sizes and are now unwearable. Took them back to return but they said that I could not return it because shrinkage is a known issue, and "happens all the time." There is a class action lawsuit against crocs for selling defective shoes and deceptive trade practices. They know that their shoes shrink. They should at the very least verbally inform their customers when purchasing that they may shrink and may soon become unwearable. Just want others to know this so they can make an informed purchase. $50 for two months of wear is unacceptable. read more

It was overwhelming lots of people because is almost Christmas, anyway I got in line. The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I made sure to get everyone's names so I could give them recognition it was that great! 1. (Phone) Called to check inventory on a specific style in 7 different sizes! Spoke with their ASM, Yaya who was great with product knowledge and placed a large order on hold for me in store. 2. (Store) Came in and it was so seamless! They knew right always who I was coming in with a HUGE online order exchange. The SM, Amanda came to process the exchange and seriously made it the best experience. I just came to return some Crocs for my kid and there was a line to get in the store. This is not a problem itself it when there is no organization for the line and you don't even know where it starts or ends it's just disfuncional. They can easily put a sign saying "line start's here" plus the guy dismissing people at the door is rude. He Lacks customer service skills. First of all I feel like the crocs are just way too overpriced. Normal crocs size 7 are 50 dollars?!?! That's doesn't seem like the best price. The store is also very crowded and there's always so many people in there. I didn't necessarily have a problem with the staff but it seems other people do. And not to mention the croc jibitz?!? Tiny little rubber things are 5 dollars each? I went to the stand of croc jibitz on the first floor thinking that it might be slightly cheaper but no... I went down and the lady was giving very confusing deals and sales on the jibitz but I didn't quite understand but went on picking the jibitz. When I was done the total came out to 50 dollars! We asked to get rid of a few and the guy rolled his eyes. We were at 6 jibitz and I asked to remove one more and he said it would still be the same price?!? So confusing. I just put it back but I'm regretting it now. He put the receipt in the bag and made a grossed out face and didn't say anything he was just handing me the bag. I said thank you and left. My partner and I went in today as first time customers at crocs in Glendale. After waiting an hour in line, we come in and we're not greeted. As we looked and struggled through all the styles and sizes the 5 girls there were all just laughing in the back and showing each other their phones in the front. When my boyfriend and I would ask them something they would give us short answers and with a HUGE attitude. It's like we were upsetting them for asking for help! I had to interrupt them from gossiping and being on their phones the entire time I was there! If they weren't gossiping and looking at their phone the entire time they would have probably would have probably noticed that we needed help. However, I don't think they really cared to be quite honest. This was my first and last time ever coming to crocs in the Glendale galleria unless they find customer service reps that actually would like to be there. Again, we were out of breath and frustrated to not find anything and all they could do was gossip and stare at their phones. I came here twice within about a month because I needed some more office-appropriate shoes than my current crocs. I had to go twice because the first time I went in I was literally the only person in the store, WEARING MY OWN CROCS, and the girl at the register didn't glance up ONCE at me. she was just behind the counter, texting or whatever, but concentrating on the phone. it's a pretty small store, so i'm pretty sure she could hear me and see me through her peripheral vision, but after walking around for a couple minutes and glancing her way now and then and getting Nothing, i pretty much stormed off, not wanting the store to have any business from me, not wanting her to get a dime of commission if they work on commission. But then I went again a couple weeks later the day before Mother's Day and because parking had been such a terrible ordeal, made myself walk around the mall to make the trip "worth it" and stopped in at Crocs, which was surprisingly busy. there were two clean-cut young men at the counter, one with a sort of managerial air and a Zack Morris hairstyle, and though they couldn't really walk around the store too much because there was always people in line, they'd look at people and acknowledge their presence and say hi and all the stuff that I'd previously taken for granted but now realized I couldn't. As a store, i mean, heck, they sell crocs. their selection isn't as vast as the online store, but then again, the size of the store itself is probably comparable to that of a typical bedroom. pretty small. so yes, they sell crocs, and the service ranges from a 1 to a 3. hence, two stars from me. read more

Went into this location on 11/29/2020 to return a pair of shoes I bought online. I was already upset because upon making the purchase, "FREE RETURNS" was slapped all over their website, only to find out they meant free returns IN STORE, only. Fine. There were about 8 parties ahead of me in line when I got there, and I waited about 1 hour before I was able to get inside to make a return that took all of 1 minute. The two young ladies "managing" the line and letting customers in as others exited spent the hour gossiping and ignoring the fact that people were walking out of the store, making room for others to go in. About 45 minutes into my wait, one of the 2 employees slowly walked down the line asking if anyone already knew what they were looking for, that she could bring the item out and ring them up at a register that was set up outside the store for that specific purpose. I'm sure if they had made that announcement from the beginning, the line would have moved faster!! I was so close to leaving the line multiple times, but did not want to pay $8 to ship the shoes.
