Spoke with their ASM, Yaya who was great with product knowledge and placed a large order on hold for me in store. 2. (Store) Came in and it was so seamless! They knew right always who I was coming in with a HUGE online order exchange. The SM, Amanda came to process the exchange and seriously made it the best experience. Usually online orders to in store exchange don't go so smoothly and I was just really impressed. She didn't think twice about honoring my original promo price I got online too. First of all I feel like the crocs are just way too overpriced. Normal crocs size 7 are 50 dollars?!?! That's doesn't seem like the best price. The store is also very crowded and there's always so many people in there. I didn't necessarily have a problem with the staff but it seems other people do. And not to mention the croc jibitz?!? Tiny little rubber things are 5 dollars each? I went to the stand of croc jibitz on the first floor thinking that it might be slightly cheaper but no... I went down and the lady was giving very confusing deals and sales on the jibitz but I didn't quite understand but went on picking the jibitz. When I was done the total came out to 50 dollars! We asked to get rid of a few and the guy rolled his eyes. We were at 6 jibitz and I asked to remove one more and he said it would still be the same price?!? So confusing. I just put it back but I'm regretting it now. He put the receipt in the bag and made a grossed out face and didn't say anything he was just handing me the bag. I said thank you and left. My partner and I went in today as first time customers at crocs in Glendale. After waiting an hour in line, we come in and we're not greeted. As we looked and struggled through all the styles and sizes the 5 girls there were all just laughing in the back and showing each other their phones in the front. When my boyfriend and I would ask them something they would give us short answers and with a HUGE attitude. It's like we were upsetting them for asking for help! I had to interrupt them from gossiping and being on their phones the entire time I was there! If they weren't gossiping and looking at their phone the entire time they would have probably would have probably noticed that we needed help. However, I don't think they really cared to be quite honest. This was my first and last time ever coming to crocs in the Glendale galleria unless they find customer service reps that actually would like to be there. Again, we were out of breath and frustrated to not find anything and all they could do was gossip and stare at their phones. There were about 5 girls in the store and not ONE bothered to help or ask if we needed help. Management: this is unacceptable and it needs to be addressed ASAP. I came here twice within about a month because I needed some more office-appropriate shoes than my current crocs. I had to go twice because the first time I went in I was literally the only person in the store, WEARING MY OWN CROCS, and the girl at the register didn't glance up ONCE at me. she was just behind the counter, texting or whatever, but concentrating on the phone. it's a pretty small store, so i'm pretty sure she could hear me and see me through her peripheral vision, but after walking around for a couple minutes and glancing her way now and then and getting Nothing, i pretty much stormed off, not wanting the store to have any business from me, not wanting her to get a dime of commission if they work on commission. But then I went again a couple weeks later the day before Mother's Day and because parking had been such a terrible ordeal, made myself walk around the mall to make the trip "worth it" and stopped in at Crocs, which was surprisingly busy. there were two clean-cut young men at the counter, one with a sort of managerial air and a Zack Morris hairstyle, and though they couldn't really walk around the store too much because there was always people in line, they'd look at people and acknowledge their presence and say hi and all the stuff that I'd previously taken for granted but now realized I couldn't. As a store, i mean, heck, they sell crocs. their selection isn't as vast as the online store, but then again, the size of the store itself is probably comparable to that of a typical bedroom. pretty small. so yes, they sell crocs, and the service ranges from a 1 to a 3. hence, two stars from me. read more

Crocs corporate or regional managers take notice of all of these bad reviews -- this store is poorly managed! I bought 2 pairs as Christmas gifts in 2022. I went back to the store on 3 separate occasions attempting to exchange them for another size--I was told 1) we may have them in stock but they may be in the new shipment of boxes, 2) check availability by calling or 3) come back to the store at another date. I followed this advice until I was told the time frame to exchange had lapsed. The unseen manager in the back of the store communicated they would only give me a store credit. I was furious as all I ever wanted were Christmas gifts that fit. Finally, to make this story the worse customer service experience as it could possibly be, I went back one last time (#4) and found a sympathetic Crocs salesperson who told me she would refund the credit back to my card despite what everyone else had been saying because I "seem to be a nice person". As I walked in I was greeted by Chris and told if I needed any help just ask great, well I needed plenty of help as I saw new types or crocs and need specific sizes I went back to Chris at least 6 times asking different things and Chris was amazing with answering all my questions and going multiple times to the back to look at inventory for me! LOVE THIS STORE!! Since the whole quarantine has happened, I found myself wearing Crocs more often. I usually buy online because I don't like to go anywhere unless I really need to. I finally came across a pair that I've been eyeing for awhile but was sold out on-line so I googled the nearest store (Glendale Galleria) and decided to finally get out and step foot into a store. Went into this location on 11/29/2020 to return a pair of shoes I bought online. I was already upset because upon making the purchase, "FREE RETURNS" was slapped all over their website, only to find out they meant free returns IN STORE, only. Fine. There were about 8 parties ahead of me in line when I got there, and I waited about 1 hour before I was able to get inside to make a return that took all of 1 minute. The two young ladies "managing" the line and letting customers in as others exited spent the hour gossiping and ignoring the fact that people were walking out of the store, making room for others to go in. About 45 minutes into my wait, one of the 2 employees slowly walked down the line asking if anyone already knew what they were looking for, that she could bring the item out and ring them up at a register that was set up outside the store for that specific purpose. I'm sure if they had made that announcement from the beginning, the line would have moved faster!! I was so close to leaving the line multiple times, but did not want to pay $8 to ship the shoes. Amanda assisted me very attentively in my search. She introduced me to a new style of shoes (Lite Ride) and informed me of their benefits and qualities. She even checked the back of the store for different sizes two times. She also helped me decided between color and style. At checkout, i was stumbling over a shoe that was higher in price and she gave me a coupon to take off some pressure. I love this store! I work in retail and am always on my feet. I've heard how comfortable crocs are but have never owned a pair of my own. I went in to try and find some cute sandals that I could wear to work that were comfortable. I was extremely pleased with this store. The associates were nice and the manager was on the floor and helped me too. I was greeted instantly and was told about the sale they were having. I went in for just one pair and walked away with 3. There was a pair of wedges in the window that I wanted to try on and the manager Bobby got me my size and then checked back to see how I liked the fit. Who knew Crocs were comfy AND cute!? I randomly went in to get a pair of Crocs flip flops for my mom (she has lots of foot issues and swears by Crocks flip flops!). I'm looking at those and my 6-year old starts drooling over the adorable light-up clogs. The manager, Bobby, did something I don't usually see, but sincerely appreciate - he caught my eye and gestured 'is it okay for me to show these shoes to her?' (indicating my daughter). I appreciated it because it was respectful and thoughtful not to hard sell my kid. That made me want to buy from him even more. So I'm set with a flip flop for mom and the light up shoes for my daughter, and Bobby asks, 'what about something for you?' I've never considered myself a Croc's gal, but he showed me some strappy wedges that were sincerely cute! Long/short, they are so darn comfortable that they're my go-to shoe... even on a recent trip to NYC where I walked for miles.
