We were advised by my 60+ mama's podiatrist to come get her fitted for supportive shoes, he…read morerecommended the Hoka brand. I knew fleet feet had a great supply and the ability to measure mama's sore feet. So, mama is a five time cancer survivor and warrior. Unfortunately she had a large mass on her toe which prevented her from being able to walk without a boot, which after months leads to body pain throughout. Her poor foot and ankle always hurt, and swelled up real bad. She had pain throughout her body from the imbalance and reliance on crutches. I didn't think we could find a pair of hokas that would fit, and even better actually heal her feet. Then we came in and met Dan, the kindest most knowledgeable specialist we could have hoped for. He was patient and supportive at every step, through mama's laser measurements- which are amazing and they email them to you if requested. Then he began the work, we tried 4 great recommendations but alas none fit, all too tight around the ankle. But Dan wasn't done, he looked at the measurements and put in an order for a men's size in extra wide trusting it would fit- and if they didn't we could exchange within 30days. Four days later, my mom put on her first pair of shoes that fit in over a year. Im in tears of thanksgiving. To see her walking in a new pair of hokas, with proper balance and arch support. She's so excited and we are forever grateful. Also, they didn't try to sell me the most expensive pair, they had an awesome shoe that was less than what I expected! Take your loved one's here, they deserve it.

Within minutes of walking in, I was greeted and helped immediately. Unfortunately, the representative misheard the color of the shoe I was looking for because when I went in, they didn't have the shoe on display. I was told they didn't have the shoe, which bummed me out. After talking to Luis --the store manager -- for a few minutes, he was determined to help me find the shoe. They had the shoe in stock but it was not in the size I was looking for. Not only did he check their stock, but he went above and beyond to help me find another location that did have it. While I didn't know how the shoes ran in sizing, I tried on the smaller size of the shoe I was looking for, and they fit like a glove! While determining whether or not I should go to another location to pick up a bigger side, a female associate talked to me and gave me her input of what I should do. She was very helpful and kind! Altogether, I had a great experience, and I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Nike Glendale store…read more I brought an online order to the store for a return on the 60th day after the delivery date, which is within Nike's published return policy. The store manager refused to accept my return, insisting that their store counts 60 days from the order date, not the delivery date. I explained that Nike's website clearly states the return window is based on the delivery date, but she replied, "That's my store policy," and told me to call customer service if I didn't agree. I called Nike Customer Service, but unfortunately the first representative incorrectly supported the store manager. To verify the policy, I called two other nearby Nike stores, and both confirmed that the 60-day return period starts from the delivery date. I then called Nike Customer Service again and spoke with a different representative, who also confirmed that the official Nike policy is based on the delivery date. I took my items to another Nike store, where they accepted my return immediately with no issues. This experience was incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time. Customers should not have to make multiple phone calls or drive to another store because a manager doesn't know or doesn't follow Nike's own return policy. I hope Nike provides better training to ensure customers receive accurate information and consistent service across all stores.
