I have been to this Michael Kors store not once but many times, with all those visits, I have been pleased and satisfied with their customer service, I believe it is something other high-end stores are lacking. MK products are in the highest quality and standard, having two sisters with exceptional taste, MK has sure "given" them some of the nicest bags, purses and shoes available in the market. My last visit at MK was when I was hunting for a perfume my niece had wished for her bday, the lady who helped me was extremely nice and helpful which I very much appreciated. I really don't mind the staff asking me if I needed assistance over and again, I feel that it's better them asking if I needed something else rather than being ignored. To sum up, This store is very clean, neat and organized, although not as big as some of the other MK shops, it definitely gives u a sense of luxury the moment you step inside. read more

As I entered the store, the worker there looked past me and did not acknowledge me. Seconds later, another customer walks in and immediately is greeted and was helped out. Michael Kors brand is truly taking over the accessories market for purses. I just have recently decided to jump on the band wagon and follow the popularity. Anyways, I visited this store yesterday around noon just to browse. When I walked in, I was greeted by Lara, who immediately introduced herself to me. She was friendly and told me that the new spring line collection is in the store, perfect pastel colors just for the up coming season. I had asked Lara if the store sells purse straps as the strap on my purse broke off. She told me the store does not but said that if I have my receipt and if my purse was purchased w/in the last 2 years, they can send my purse back to the company and they can fix it for me. She said the price may be around $15 (which I think is a good price to help salvage a bag instead of shucking out $300+ for another purse). After she gave me this information I thanked her and browsed the rest of the store. There is a section in the store with some of their purse styles and shoes that are 50% off (the Michael Kors location at the Santa Anita mall also has a 50% off section as well but not sure if all Michael Kors store has this). When I was about to leave, Lara said good bye to me and said that she hoped to see me again. Customer service was impeccable by Lara. Wow! A great experience here at Michael Kors Glendale. I was on vacation over the Valentine's Day weekend, and came across glendale galleria. It is a gorgeous mall with nice variety of stores. This particular MK store was so nice! They were well merchandised, the associates were so friendly and knowledgeable. The manager even offered my fiancé and I some champagne while we shopped. I ended up purchasing a cute crossbody. The staff recommended a matching small wallet that fit perfectly inside the bag, they wrapped it inside a box with ribbon and the entire time I felt so comfortable and felt appreciated. In this day and age, it's so impressive to see a company and associate who value their customers. I recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a memorable experience! read more

I hunt down what I want online and go to the actual store opposed to online and/or department stores: + They usually carry all the models, if not more (special edition stuff) + They adjust the watch to fit your wrist + You can see the baby in real life! This location, had to mark down some stars - Attentive staff, but so in-your-face. - Another sales associate who was helping some else (never even looked at me) said to me from afar "OMG, THAT IS GORGEOUS, GIRL!!" ...uh wait, you don't even know what I'm buying.... girl... - Over-exaggerated and never-ending compliments. That's a good thing right? But so out of context here... haha! - Trying to make the store swanky and fancy by plating those tin can cookies + a mini bottle of champagne in the center. That is tacky. They deserve ZERO stars. I came here this past weekend to purchase a new handbag with my father-in-law. I left absolutely disgusted. No one would wait on us. My father-in-law inquired about a number of handbags, and granted he has an accent, he speaks perfect English. We walked into the store and the employee's were not attentive at all. Most of the female employees stood around laughing and talking among themselves. We passed them a couple of times just to make sure they were aware that their were live people in the store, which was not busy except for one other customer. They completely ignored us. Despite the fact that we were in jeans in t-shirts them being inattentive was just ridiculous for such a high end store. If I am going to spend $1,000.00 on a handbag and you do not want my business, perhaps you should work at a gas station or something. *insert Pretty Woman clip "You work on commission, don't you? Big mistake, big, huge! I have to go shopping now"* It must have been a good 20 minutes until the manager Joseph helped us out. By this time my father-in-law was pretty upset. He point blank asked, "Is my money not good enough here?" After that, we were helped with our purchase and Joseph gave us his card. If not for him I would have written their corporate office to complain about the service at that store. This Michael Kor's store location is NOT the typical snooty uptight luxury boutique amassed with judgmental SA's. IT IS QUITE THE OPPOSITE! A couple of girlfriends and I came here to check out the store and it is GORGEOUS. I love the lighting and the decor but most of all we were completely captivated by the warm welcoming SA's. Especially one in particular, whose name is Alex (LOOK FOR HIM IF YOU EVER VISIT). His service was aaahhh-mazing! He offered us champagne and goodies while being completely attentive to 3 different girls' needs. He was always more than happy to get all different types things to try out, i.e. shoes, hard to reach bags and offered great ADVICE not pushy sales antics. I really love the vibe this location gives out, they're all so friendly you can't help but want to come back because they're the type of SA's you WANT to give the commish to! I came to the Glendale Galleria Michael Kors today, looking for a particular handbag I had seen at Santa Anita MKs two days ago (Wednesday). When I called SA MKs this morning, James indicated that they no longer had the item, because everything had been packed up on Sunday. Since I had actually seen the handbag when I was there, and I knew James was lying, I went to the Glendale Galleria MKs. What a WONDERFUL shopping experience. Talin showed me the handbag I was looking for and asked who it was for. Since it is to be a present for my 27 year old daughter, Talin professionally and respectfully suggested a different bag that would be more age appropriate. I am so glad she did, because even though I spent more on the 2nd handbag choice, it will make my daughter very happy. Talin wrapped it up beautifully and I am delighted. I have never shopped at MKs before. I only know that First Lady Michelle Obama wears his clothes and that he is a judge on Project Runway. However, the next time I want to get something for my daughter, I will look for Talin at the Glendale Galleria Michael Kors to help me make the right purchase. read more

If you're used to a semi-higher end experience where the staff brings products to you rather than the other way around, you'll really like this store. I came in here for an iPhone case, was shown to a display case where I waited, and was presented with all of the cases available in the store. I took my selecting and I didn't feel like anyone was hovering or anything like that. The actual craftsmanship of the case wasn't to my liking after I bought it back the next day. There was no fuss or anything, just a simple return. If I am ever in the market again for a fancy accessory, this would be the place I come to. read more

Love Michael Kors. Such a big fan of their watches. Very luxurious looking but for a great price. Don't care for the bags too much. Very simple designs and I'm not a fan of the MK logos on their leather goods. Only really come here for the watches. Great customer service here. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by an employee. One came up to me to ask if I needed help with anything. Then a minute later another one noticed I was browsing their jeans and told me that if I couldn't find my size they had more in the back they could pull for me. I just want to share a remarkable story about the AMAZING customer service that a lady named ANI at this location provided . I placed an order on michaelkors.com last Wednesday night and it wouldn't go through and I didn't understand why . I immediately called the number on the website page . I spent 20 minutes on the phone with the guy placing the order and I thought everything was fine . He told me that I would get an email with the order number. I never received one so the next day I called and got the order number . I never received an email so Thursday afternoon I called back and they said the order had been cancelled due to the fact I was trying to ship it to my mom in another state . I was never told that the billing and shipping address had to be the same . This is the worst customer service by far for an online company . They weren't willing to help me at all trying to get the bag to me on Friday so I could overnight it to my mom on Saturday in time for mothers day . I was fortunate enough to contact Michael Kors in Glendale California and got a lady named ANI on the phone . I had a brief conversation with her and told her my situation . She quickly said not to worry about anything that she could fix it all for me . She did exactly that . She was taking my payment over the phone while she had another employee call FedEx and arrange an additional pick up . She also gift wrapped it . The package showed up yesterday and I was able to overnight it to my mom . My mom received it today and was overwhelmed with the bag . ANI is the true meaning of customer service !!!!! If you ever want anything Michael Kors I would suggest calling her directly as they can ship anything anywhere . It appears that they can do much better than michaelkors.com !!!!!! Well folks you just can't go wrong with shopping at a MK store, and the Glendale store is no exception. I came in recently to return a wallet, and the lovely salesgirl (I believe her name was Lara) was gracious, professional, elegant, didn't rush me, simply a perfect employee. She gradually pulled out all the wallets for me, in a relaxed easy environment, unlike Macys. I always feel so nice when shopping at an MK boutique. Their bags are exceptional, but their customer service is too, and their boutiques are always very pleasant. Not jam packed with merchandise, or hyped up employees on too much caffeine, and the nice couch is a help as I need to sit due to my bad back. I will be a loyal MK customer for life, and this nice Glendale shop is top notch.
