From the very beginning, Jerry took the time to guide me through the entire process of building my first custom suit. We carefully reviewed every detail, from the collar to the cuffs, and I quickly realized just how meticulous the art of suit-making truly is or perhaps that level of precision is simply Jerry's signature. At the first fitting, Jerry proudly presented the finished suit and shirt, walking me through every thoughtful detail. He explained the stitching, pointed out how the trousers were subtly tailored at the hem to drape perfectly over the shoes, highlighted the custom embroidery, and even showed the sweat guards sewn into the suit--along with countless other details I would have never noticed on my own. His enthusiasm and pride in his craft were unmistakable, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about creating something exceptional for his clients. I walked away with an incredible suit and tie, and an even greater appreciation for the craftsmanship and passion that Jerry brings to his work.

I thought I was coming in for a consultation, and I liked the fabrics and patterns we came up with, but he was disappointed that I was not ready to throw down $4,000 for the custom suit that day. (He convinced me that anything cheaper in his shop wasn't worth my time.) I can see why he likes to close the deal the day of. The more I thought about it, the less comfortable I felt throwing down than much for this suit... I had a few other reasons, too. Anyway, I sent a message to the store the next day, politely explaining why that I appreciated Jerry's time, but the shop wasn't for me. Jerry ended up calling me, and I wish I hadn't answered. He started trying to get me to get his cheaper stuff that had already talked me out of. He was pushy, dismissive of my reasons and all around unpleasant. I think they have some off the-rack suits available, too, and I believe they offer tailoring, but I am no longer interested. He'll probably respond to this and be dismissive again, but those are my two cents. He has a nice assistant. I won't pretend it's bad quality. Still three stars.

There's a decent selection of everything you could possibly be looking for, but they're outdated and it feels like someone's trying to offload a bunch of things they've been keeping in storage. Overall if you don't want to shop online and want to look at Halloween things in-person, it might be worth a look. Truth be told though, you'll be able to find everything cheaper and in better quality elsewhere.

It's a huge emporium of all things costume, cosplay and halloween from awesome wigs and accessories to incredible masks, props, replica weapons and beyond. There's sections and areas for all ages, sizes and genders. Outstanding holiday decor from the moment you cross the threshold and are greeted by their friendly security and/or helpful staff. I wanted to check out the lay of the land, this being the former Joann's (Fabrics, before they went out of business) and often a Spirit Halloween location prior to that. Honestly enjoyed Kreepy Halloween and while it was a little chaotic, over packed with product and the week of all hallow's eve, everyone does their part to assist and keep this store up. A lot of the Joann's signs are still up and/or very visible, which is to be expected with such a short turnaround time. I believe this store physically opened here in August and additionally there is a Kreepy Halloween in Los Feliz as of October, second location. Customer service is personable for sure, however the line was a little confusing with not the best clear signs to guide you or markers to let you know where the line physically starts. They had me go up past the first few registers not in use to just behind a gap where employees enter and exit... I made sure there was room and didn't stand in the way of the opening, but no indicators, marks or instruction for this that I could noticeably see... Other than that, they did have up to four to five registers open and the line moved quickly. Reasonable prices and parking both underground and on the ground level at the Riverside-Woodman plaza on the corner of the streets of the same names - diagonal from Notre Dame High.

I took my wedding dress back to Deborah when she opened her tailoring store in the same plaza as the old bridal store. Her team, especially Helen the tailor, put so much care into my dress and making sure that my dress fit and tailored correctly. Includes the socks, tie, and the whole suit. Customer service was fantastic, they are very helpful on finding the right size and let you try on different sizes to make sure it fits you. The lead time for a tailor is about 3 weeks, that's the only down-side... so it is best if you plan ahead of time before your actual wedding date. Located in downtown Santa Ana so there is street parking, but there is a small lot behind the building with only 5-6 spots.

My daughter had already finished her wedding in Big Sur, but she suddenly realized she really wanted to take photos in a traditional kimono. I was worried we wouldn't have enough time to prepare, but Sachiko listened closely to my daughter's requests and the final dressing was absolutely stunning. Initially, we thought only the bride and groom would wear kimono, but thanks to her, our entire family ended up taking photos in traditional Japanese attire. My parents, who are 90 and 93, were hesitant at first, thinking it would be too bothersome or tiring. However, she gently suggested that this was a rare and special opportunity. We took her advice, and it was the best decision we could have made! My father wore a haori-hakama for the first time ever, and my mother was overjoyed to be in a kimono again after so many years. Sachiko single-handedly dressed a total of seven people. I can only imagine how difficult the preparation and time management must have been, but she remained professional, efficient, and had a beautiful smile throughout the entire process. We originally weren't sure if it would be appropriate to wear wedding kimonos for a wedding ceremony as small as ours, but she kindly, passionately encouraged us to follow our hearts. Her gentle push is what helped us feel confident in our decision, and it was honestly the best decision we could have ever made. From the moment we first connected, to our kimono fitting prior to our ceremony, to the day of, Sachiko-san was always there for us. Our moms also decided to wear kimonos, one who would rent from Sachiko-san, the other bringing her own kimono. Since we were traveling from the Bay Area, there were many factors at play but Sachiko-san handled any and all unexpected turns with grace and humor! Her energy was such a welcome light to a potentially hectic day, and she helped keep me grounded throughout our entire ceremony. She accompanied us during our couples shoot to make sure our kimonos looked great, guided our photographer on traditional poses, and just provided us with encouragement and love throughout. The seamstress Garine was kind and helpful, but another employee Zina was so incredibly rude. She came off very kind in the beginning but she is a very hostile woman who made the entire experience a very sad one for me and it's still on my mind. When I went to pick up my dress, she called me and immediately accused me of being "disrespectful" for not doing all my alterations with them--something that was never stated to me as a clear policy. In person, she continued to speak to me harshly and said I wasted their time and what I did was not acceptable. She said it so many times and so aggressively I started to cry, and only then she felt bad for being so ridiculously harsh. I even offered to apologize to her seamstress who she claims I was wasting her time, to which she then told told me "it's not a big deal" To make it worse, I was quoted $50 but charged $75 with no clear explanation. I did not want to further argue so I paid what was asked. I went in to pick up my wedding dress, an experience every girl wants to remember for the rest of their lives and left feeling upset and honestly in tears. No customer should be treated this way. I went in with such excitement to shop for my son 11th birthday, I told the man at the counter that…read morethis was my first time here and I didn't know how to order balloon. He was kind enough to tell me that I just choose the ones I want, tell them when I need them and pay. Seemed absolutely simple enough, which it was. I grabbed a shopping cart and started shopping. The birthday balloons were directly in the front of the shop so it was convenient, it wasn't till I started going down the aisle that I could not stay in the shop any longer. It was stuffy, hot and humid in the shop then I realized they had no ac on, which is absolutely ridiculous in September. Sweat was literally going down my face when I waiting to pay. $100 later for balloons which I struggled with the prices but reminded myself it's for my son's birthday morning. My husband picked up the balloons the next day at 7pm, we set up the decor while my son slept. Birthday morning 6am my son was absolutely surprised and it was successful. What upset me is its only 12pm and the balloons are already deflating, we now have no decor for this evening for cake and gifts. I called the store and explained the situation, I was yelled at that I was told they only last 8 hours. I was absoulety not told this at all, if that was the case I would not have purchased such cheap ass heluim that obviously my photos are proof that they use. He kept being rude and I just hung up. I just supported your independant store and this is how they treat their customers. Oh party city how I wished you where still around , at least those balloons lasted a week. Avoid this place !!!!
