I went into this store with my daughter. The best part of this experience was Kendyl, the young lady assisting customers. She was so helpful and very nice to all customers. She went above and beyond to help everyone in the store and she was the only assistant there. The store is nice, bright and organized. The jewelry appears to be high quality and they also have fine jewelry which is lovely. It's hard to find the trifecta of service, quality, and value, but this place hits the mark. read more

I've passed Gorjana a number of times because it seemed too youthful and trendy for someone like me. The store is very modern, minimalist, and well organized, uber white. On the day I visited, the store was empty. All of the various jewelry (rings, necklaces, bracelets) looked very delicate and wearable. I gravitated to their power gemstone section and was impressed by the wide variety of colorful bracelets. The bracelet names correspond to a gemstone's properties. While I don't know much about gemstones the various "powers" sounded good and the bracelets were calling out my name. I ended up getting 3 power gemstone bracelets for $98 (the pink jade/dream, pink coral/harmony and orange agate/confidence, all with gold plating. A bit expensive but I couldn't resist. They were just too cute! The SA that assisted me couldn't have been nicer! She was so helpful in a non-pushy way. She packaged up my bracelets very well and didn't cut corners. I'll definitely return to Gorjana in a couple months to get Christmas gifts for my friends. I had the best experience here. I had gone in a while back and decided to buy a bar necklace for my fiancé. She really liked it. The necklace was rose gold. It was really simple but classy and beautiful. The employee really took her time and walked us through the engraving process by helping us choose the font and proper numerals. The engraving was really quick and came out perfect. I called them today because one of the loops came off. I'm sure it can happen to anyone. The necklace is very delicate but beautiful. The employee at the store said to bring it in and they can swap it out. I appreciate them swapping it out instead of trying to fix it. They swapped the necklace out no questions asked. The hospitality here is simply amazing. I ended up buying gift for not only my fiancé but her sisters here. This really is a great store. Support your local businesses guys and stop by. I have never walked into a retail establishment where the customer has to say hello for the employees to acknowledge their presence. My daughter and I walked in. The store was completely empty. one employee was sitting down and was looking at a laptop and the other was standing behind the counter on her phone. We had to say hello. Neither women came out from behind the counter to help us with anything, We removed the pieces we wanted to try on off the display and then put them back, They asked us no questions and did not attempt to help us at all. I always ordered my Gorjana jewelry from Nordstrom until I was on a trip to Cali with my mom and saw this store while shopping at Americana (we are from Seattle) - omg this store is amazing! We came on a Monday and I had to come back on Friday to get more pieces before going home. Dannay was hands down the best sales associate ever.
