I was pretty nervous to get my engagement ring resized for the first time but I really trusted this company! Christine reassured me that the same ring would be returned to me in a few days and that I wouldn't be able to tell where it was resized. My ring came back perfectly without any marks or imperfections. I really trust Benjamin & Co and I hope you go there next time you need a ring resized. I might be back with my wedding band! So happy with our entire Benjamin & Co experience! Came here to resize my wedding bands that are a family heirloom so I was nervous about someone holding on to them and performing work on them. My fiancé also needed to get his ring. We are sooo happy we went here because the outcome was PERFECT! Family owned, small store on Honolulu. We emailed and got a response for an appointment just a few days later. We showed up for our appointment and everything was extremely clean and Christine wiped down the counter before we stepped up which was thoughtful and careful in the times of COVID. I got my ears pierced today and I was so impressed that soon I'll take her a couple broken watches I'd like repaired. The woman working there (I believe she was the owner) was kind and professional and the procedure was fast, painless and inexpensive (free with the purchase of the jewelry). I looked around at the prices of some of the watches and jewelry and it all seemed quite reasonable, I would say 'inexpensive' except I don't want to leave you with the impression it was 'cheap'... I'd say the value (bang for buck) was excellent! The shop, like the area where the store is located, is very nice and super clean amid other tidy attractive shops,.. the area is like Mayberry RFD (you have to be old enough to understand that reference but basically like small-town America) and there is loads of free and inexpensive parking. I parked one street to the north and it was free and shaded. I'd been putting having my ears pierced off forever because I didn't want to have to go in to some dank tattoo shop where the piercer had a bone through their nose and wore a scorning face because the uncool old guy only wants his ears pierced. I didn't trust the coin dealer I used to work with in Toluca Lake.. On riverside dr.. I explained to Linda what I was going to do. Asked for her advice.. Linda explained the best way to get the true value of scrap is.. 1, Have some one you Trust weigh the items.. That would be Linda. 2, Have someone you trust test the gold for karat quality, 14, 18 karat etc, That would be Linda. 3, Have someone you trust remove any stones, gems from the settings. That would be Linda. 4, Ask Linda what her opinion is regarding the $ worth of the items are you are selling. 5, Take your pieces to different shops that buy scrap gold for an estimate. Do not sell anything to any one.. Until you talk with... That would be Linda. 6, I sold every piece I had appraised to.... That would be Linda. No one offered more $ than... That would be Linda. I completely Trust... That would be Linda! When I got home from the other shops for $ comparisons.... I needed a shower, and de liced. There are wayyyy to many dishonest organisms out there.... This is such an awesome find. I was walking by here the other day, after taking my kids to the Froyo frozen yogurt shop on the corner, when I saw some beautiful jewelry pieces in the display. I decided to take a look inside. Upon entering, you immediately are gratified by the pleasant aroma inside. The shop is clean, neat, and pleasant to be inside. The (i presume) owner, Linda, is EXTREMELY friendly, approachable, and helpful. Her customer service was superb. I ended up buying the necklace I had seen in the window, and brought many of my watches in the next day for battery replacements. She charges $4 per battery, which was a great deal - considering all my watches were done on time (no pun intended =) the next day, as promised. I needed a small repair on one of my favorite watches, so I looked online for a place close by. I brought the watch in, and got a phone call the very next day that it was ready. I was really happy and brought a several of my other watches in that same day for a battery replacement, which was only $4! To add to this, the lady there is the nicest and sweetest, and made all my visits really pleasant :) They also have a large selection of jewelry, and the whole place is very classy and beautiful.
