Rafik Fine Jewelry - Cross - Jewelry Near Me - Glendale, California

My fiancé came to Rafik to have a wedding band made. When we picked it up there were several chips on the inside and a mark on the outside. When we pointed out the flaws they seemed concerned and said they would have a new one made immediately. They told us we could keep the blemished one until the new one arrived seeing as we had already paid. Minutes after walking out the door they asked for the ring back and gave us a card with our credit marked. Only 3 days later they said the new ring was ready ( suspiciously fast). And when we got there it was clear it was in fact the same ring patched up. You could feel the toughness on the edges and the weird mark on the outside was still there. They gave us a full refund but I think as consumers others deserve to know our experience. I would not recommend them. read more

Rafik Jewelry is a hidden treasure in Glendale at the Jewelry Mart close to the Americana.  You'll get great customer service where your needs are understood all the way from your price point to your intention.  At Rafik, Jewelry is a mini spa day, and a once in a lifetime splurge - if that's what you're looking for.  They have it all.  You'll find things you can pick up on a whim, and aspirational items you'll visit like a museum until they can be yours.  It's all there for you.  And no matter what your background, etc, you'll feel simply a human here.  It's a family with a passed-on tradition.  They follow up with you and you'll feel included and cared for.  They are good people.  A friend told me about this place.  It isn't the sort of place you wander into really; they just don't market that way. It's the kind of place you find out about through family and friends.  And even so, it's in the heart of the action.  It doesn't get better than that.  If you want something small or big.  Come here.  Ask for Annette on Saturdays if you really want to experience the best of it all.  Enjoy and have a great time.  Jewelry should be fun, and spending the lazy hour of an afternoon here is just fun. read more
