They don't keep records or receipts about the purchases u make when special ordering . They sell cheap low grade diamonds for high cost . This reason is how I got involved with theses shady people . I asked to buy a better quality . They up sold the item by double charging me basically ripping me off . They then would not provide a receipt or records of what they sold me . They are now attempting to say they never sold me anything . Mind u I bought two items from them which I still have one of them and the proof I gave these scum bags money If u want a legit place to buy and secure your diamond purchase .....please don't make the mistake I did don't buy from third party vendor mom and pop shop because u will be disrespected and ripped off . Zero record all sales final no after care or support no repairs unless u pay more while all charges up sold so you finally get ripped off and furthermore no money back ! All sale final ! Oh and don't count on them keeping any records they don't so u won't be able to sue them if u ever want to fight them for ripping u off ! I truly have not found anymore of an honest couple than Robert and Zara. Robert is so patient and is not there to just sell you something but also build a relationship for a lifetime. He is a gemologist who really knows his stuff. After many many trips back, we were able to buy exactly what I wanted for an engagement ring and then went back for my band and my husbands band. I tried many rings and just the amount of time and effort that they put into helping me make my selection was very pleasant. Zara takes the time to make me feel secure with decisions about my jewelry repairs. When I brought them a ring which I wanted to exchange a ruby for an emerald, they offered me exactly what I wanted, at the best price of all the quotes I had received. Robert recently shortened a necklace chain for me, and when I said that it was made too short, he corrected the problem without additional charge. BEWARE!!! Paid $3k for a ring, had it appraised to get value of diamonds.... turns out they were synthetic. Took the ring back to the owner (Robert) with a copy of the appraisal and he denied it, wouldn't give me my money back. Told me I paid for the 'design' of the ring, not for the 'diamonds'.
