You can see it listed many times including "most mentioned services" and if you request a service via yelp you can choose watch repair. I went to the store yesterday and said I was here for a watch repair and watch battery replacement and they told me they don't do either of those things and told me to go elsewhere. I feel like it's because I was wearing sweatpants, but I don't need a nice outfit for watch repair. They were somewhat rude about it but mostly this review is here in case you are considering watch repair or battery replacement definitely go elsewhere since according to the staff that's not what they do. They are kind, friendly, affordable and their work speaks for itself. Everything they have worked on has held up perfectly and Phyllis the shop manager even remembers my name and the jobs she has done for me in the past even though they were very inexpensive jobs such as engraving and adding or replacing charms to Tiffany and Co silver bracelets and necklaces. Other jewelers had flat out rejected working on these pieces because apparently Tiffany's has a very high standard of craftsmanship that is difficult to replicate. This is definitely not a problem for prestige and you can barely tell where they have done the work. He gave me a deal since I had so many rings (4 for $40 instead of his usual $45 per a ring). There was no price difference for if I needed them smaller vs. bigger. This place is the worst place I have ever gone to. The service was incredible rude and disrespectful. I had called previously and explained to a women that I had a Vivienne Westwood Platinum brooch and I needed it fixed. She said she would need to see it so I went in to show them. The man immediately looks at it and says "oh I can't fix this it's not gold" I explain to him that it's platinum and he says to me "it's not and you don't know what you're talking about". I further explained that it's a VW brooch worth a couple hundred and that it was platinum and he just walks away. Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced and to anyone wanting to go here - I would steer clear and go to the jewelry district. I really didn't know what to expect. I took my bracelet in that my son accidentally pulled off while I was teaching him to skate. The gentleman there told me he couldn't fix it exactly the same because the gold piece was paper thin but gave other options and then he told me he could set it in a prong type setting. When we were shopping for my engagement ring, we liked the band on one ring and the diamond halo on another and they happily made the ring for us that way (and for way less then I expected). They were very open to us ordering a lab grown diamond and got a couple different stones in the size we were looking for to pick between. (Other stores we went to tried to push us toward natural diamonds but that's not what we wanted). I found this amazing jeweler on Yelp, and I am over the moon that I did! My now-husband and I were on the hunt for a place that could make a wedding band for me, and I was also looking for a jeweler who could fix a beloved amber ring of mine. This place did both of these things and were exceptional! My amber ring (pictures included) is a cherished piece of jewelry I have had for years. In a random accident, my hand got caught on a fence and warped the ring so that it no longer fit on my finger. I tried getting quotes from other well-known jewelers (ones in nearby malls/have commercials on the radio/TV) and they would NOT touch my ring because they couldn't tell what kind of metal it was since there were not demarcations indicating the type of material...but Prestige Jewelry? No way! They did not leave me out in the cold with my messed up ring. Phyllis (named in multiple reviews here) helped me out with my amber ring and was incredible. She tested my ring to ensure that it was silver (she said any jeweler who knows their metals should have been able to recognize this, but she tested it to be safe) and let me know that they would be able to fix it in about 7 days. They not only fixed it, but they cleaned it too! Additionally, they cleaned my engagement ring and it looked brand new. Because of this, I decided to work with them when it came to my wedding band. With about 3 weeks left before my wedding, this jeweler was able to provide mock-ups of a contoured wedding band that matched my engagement ring (made by another jeweler). Phyllis personally texted me with follow-up questions and blue prints of the ring. They even called me in when they were able to make a 3D-printed model of the ring so that I could see how it looked with my engagement ring. This allowed me to see if I truly liked what I had envisioned, and it also showed me that they cared about me as a customer. Fast-forward: these jewelers made a beautiful contour wedding band that compliments my engagement ring so well that you would think that both rings were made as a set. Their customer service was stellar, pricing was transparent, and turn-around time was quick. If you are looking to buy jewelry, custom-order something, resize or something valuable, and/or clean your jewelry, COME HERE. Seriously. I wish I could say more about Prestige Jewelry, but they are great. I was shopping around to get a ring resized, going from a smaller size to a bigger one. This can cost as it requires new material to be added, so when I found out the price here, it was very reasonable. It took some time, about 3 days, to have it resized. The only thing I can say is WOW! They did an excellent, perfect job. I cannot even tell where the material, white gold, was added to the ring, it's as if it were original and never touched. I even showed the ring to some friends and they couldn't even tell either! They take pride in the work they do.
