I called yesterday about getting two rings cleaned and repaired. I was told to come in early and I would only have to wait about 30 minutes for the repair and cleaning. I came in at 9:00am when they were supposed to open and am still waiting for someone to arrive... it's 9:15am now, and since the building is closed and dark, I am leaving to go look for another jeweler. Someone called me from here later in the afternoon and said my number showed up on their phone. I explained to him what happened, and he proceeded to lie to me and tell me that he was there at 9:00, which was not true. My one-star rating is for customer service only.
