I was so afraid I'd lose the diamond, that I put my ring in a pouch and stopped wearing it! Until I happened to be in Pasadena over Christmas. I called yesterday about getting two rings cleaned and repaired. I was told to come in early and I would only have to wait about 30 minutes for the repair and cleaning. I came in at 9:00am when they were supposed to open and am still waiting for someone to arrive... it's 9:15am now, and since the building is closed and dark, I am leaving to go look for another jeweler. Someone called me from here later in the afternoon and said my number showed up on their phone. I explained to him what happened, and he proceeded to lie to me and tell me that he was there at 9:00, which was not true. My one-star rating is for customer service only. I first took only one of my watch collection for repairing. I got extremely traumatized after Arnold Jewelry broke two of my watches(of course the old repair man never admitted and his assistant girl helped him to convince me that my watches were broke already).
