Excellent communication both sending my watch in for repair and safely receiving it completed. This time, the repair was covered under their 5 year warranty and we only had a couple months left before it expired, but TWBG was prompt and professional. We appreciate their skill and timeliness. This is the third time we've used them and have no hesitation if we need them again. read more

Best experiences I have for selling my Rolex. No hassle just honesty. I email him the pictures of my watch. He gave me a quote and I bring my watch. He checked the watch out & gave me a check same price as offered. No stress no hassle. If you have a Rolex you want to sell or buy; BEN is your guy!!!!!!! read more

Great people to do business with! I sold them my watch here and the process was as easy as it could have been. They gave me a number online, and kept to it after seeing the watch in person. Was it all the money for the watch? Probably not, but I understand they need to make a profit and I'm okay with that. Also, beats trying to sell something on your own when you don't feel like dealing with people all day lol Will definitely go to these guys next time I want to move a watch on. read more

Great experience with Ben and the team! Their selection is very well curated and I would not hesitate to do business with them.

It was time to sell my Rolex watch Yacht-Master 16622. I called a few dealers in Southern California and Ben at The Watch Buyers Group made me a very good offer. I was able to setup an appointment the next day. He purchased my watch and gave me a check on the spot. The whole transaction took about 30 minutes. Plus I'm local to Pasadena so I didn't have to driver very far. That was a plus! I recommend anyone looking to sell a luxury watch to check with Ben first and see what he offers you. I have been a customer here for 5 years and Ben always does a great job. As always, thanks Ben! read more

Very easy to work with. Provided the best photos I could to get an accurate quote. I understand the difficulty of providing an accurate appraisal from customer provided photos. But I felt that I represented my watch appropriately and the offer was fair. read more

TWBG has been servicing our watches since 2018. Ben has been always great to work with. The communications between the shop and us has always been great. If your watch requires parts, TWBG has to order the part from the original manufacturer and this will add time to the repair/service. So, patience is required to get a quality job done. We are very satisfied with the services of their qualified watchmakers. Ben, the owner, cares about his shop, the quality of the work as well as his customers. read more

I have a ladies Rolex watch that I wanted to sell. I found the watch buyers group and it has all these outstanding reviews. I made an appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly and Ben reviewed the watch and shared with me the price. Ben is knowledgeable and personable. He shared and educated me about the watch industry trend. After he told me the price, I felt it was reasonable. After collecting some information and identification, I got a check. Overall, this is a very easy and simple process. I'd recommend this company for anyone who wanted to sell any luxury watches at a fair price. read more

Ben and his team are top notch professionals. I purchased hassle free a rare 1/200 Zenith Complete Set Revival SJX Poker Chip at a very reasonable price, thousands lower than what competitors were asking. The watch condition was listed as very good by TWBG, I'd rate the condition as excellent. If I'm in the market for another watch, which is inevitable, I'll start my search with TWBG. read more

This review is long, long, overdue. I'd like to apologize to Ben for not having written this sooner as he did a phenomenal appraisal job for me back in November of 2024. Ben is professional, attentive, thoughtful, and transparent. Needless to say, he has an accredited BBB business, he's part of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers, and he's also a part of the National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors. In other words, he's passionate about what he does and it clearly shows in his work. He even took the time to provide some additional services that an authorized dealer botched. Thanks Ben. I've already recommended your place to several people and will definitely be back in the future. read more

Long overdue review! Highly reputable and responsive. Not the cheapest, just The BEST! And I Absolutely recommend them without any reservation. TWBG came very highly recommended as a repair and refurbishment company for my classic watch about 3 years ago. The original refurbishment process was very gratifying and my well used classic family heirloom was returned looking like new. BUT WAIT!!!! A few months shy of the end of my warranty period, the self winding mechanism failed. I called and explained my dilemma, and was quickly invited to send it in for evaluation. I packed and shipped my beloved timepiece as the directions instructed, and received confirmation when it arrived. I already knew it could take as long as three months and was kept advised as my watch went through the intake, evaluation, and repair process. The cost was covered under their warranty and has been running perfectly for over four months now. For safety's sake, I am not adding a photo nor mentioning the make. Just trust me that it's a well made timepiece. read more

Buying my first Rolex was such a smooth process with TWBG. Very professional and I couldn't be happier with the fair price I paid for this beautiful Submariner. Very competitive compared to the listing prices I saw for the same watch on Chrono, plus wouldn't you rather have the experience of building a relationship with the watch dealer and seeing the watch in person before a purchase like this... Thank you read more

Excellent watch selling experience and excellent, separate experience with Rolex repair service! TWBG has completely earned my trust, respect and loyalty. As an out of state customer, I was very cautious about doing business with any jeweler in another state and I did a lot of research, but you still worry. These guys performed at 100% at every point of both my transactions by being communicative, accurate, professional, honest, and timely. Specifically, when selling my Breitling, they not only made the highest offer, but it was a flat, specific amount, not a "range" to give them wiggle room To low ball. In fact, the very day my watch arrived to them, they immediately confirmed receipt and paid me by my preferred method. They kept their word and never deviated from the attractive offer made. They even paid for the shipping to them..... Then I sent in my 1999 Rolex for overhaul/cleaning. They again had the best starting rate, sent me pictures and additional information about my piece and soon followed with a detailed itemization of the recommended replacement parts and price for each item. In total the full overhaul was priced below most other company's base rate alone.I was really impressed and relieved. They don't try to milk you for money once u send in your watch. Here's what really sets these guys apart; when I needed to eliminate the total repair time for personal reasons, I decided to pay a bit more for a local jeweler who promised a 3 week turnaround and contacted them to see if I could cancel my order and get the watch back. They replied within one day, confirming that they had not begun the repair, and even though I had previously approved their repair quote, they assembled my watch and returned it to me at their OWN expense! They kept their word, did everything as promised on website and in emails, and went above any other Jewelers I've had....I mean it when I say that TWBG has earned my loyalty. I own 6 luxe, automatic watches, they are officially my first stop for maintenance, selling and buying. read more

I needed my Rolex serviced as it was no longer I needed my Rolex serviced as it was no longer running. I did some web searches and came across The Watch Buyers Group. I read their online reviews, and their BBB reviews and decided to contact them. They promptly replied and sent me a free to me insured FedEx shipping label with complete instructions on packaging and shipping. I received another email confirming they received the watch. I knew the timeline would be 2-3 months as they stated. I have had this watch serviced before so I know it takes a while. A couple weeks later I received my estimate, which having the watch serviced before, I found the estimate reasonable and on point. It took about 8 weeks from start to finish. The watch was returned to me via FedEx last week. It looked beautifully refreshed. I waited a week to write this review to see how the watch functioned. Was referred to the shop by the seller of a Rolex I was contemplating buying. After working with three watch buying businesses, I chose The Watch Buyers Group because of its significantly higher offer price. Finding the business was a bit tricky. I made the order on Thursday afternoon and the watch arrived to me Friday morning by FedEx in excellent condition! I've dealt with Rolex service centers and individual watch makers for over 40 years with previous Rolex watches belonging to my wife, daughter, and myself and this experience was by far the smoothest ever. The Watch Buyers Group provides a prepaid shipping label, 2nd day air Federal Express insured, to their service center in Pasadena, California. This alone saves approximately $160.00-round trip. Once they get the watch they provide an estimate on the watch with parts and service. If you reject this offer they will ship the watch back to you free of charge. The communication during the overhaul period was excellent. I know that the final price of service was at least several hundred dollars less than the RWSC with the parts that were needed. The final results was a 24 year old watch that looked brand new. I haven't had it back very long yet, but it functions perfectly right now. A two year warranty is provided with overhaul. I highly recommend--you will not be disappointed! read more

My experience at The Watch Buyers Group continues to be excellent. Previously, I had sold my Omega Seamaster to Ben and was given a more than a fair price and a complete painless service. I knew that I wanted to connect again when I was on the hunt for my next watch purchase. Ben had the watch that I was looking for so I came to try it on and eventually purchased it. Upon wearing the watch for some time, I found that the style was not for me, which is only a reflection of my personal style. The watch itself was in excellent condition and the price was very fair. I spoke to Ben and we resolved the situation, once again in a very easy and painless fashion. The service at The Watch Buyers Group is incredible and you can tell that the business values you as a client and your relationship, not just a place that wants to sell you a watch or undercut you. The Watch Buyers Group is a true gem!! I am looking forward to doing business with them in the future. 11/10 read more

Took my Tudor Submariner here to get serviced and it took them 2 weeks just to give me an estimate. The estimate was over $400 more than what I was initially told it would cost in person. Not to mention, They also advertise on their website a full Rolex service with 5 year warranty for $395, so why is my piece, with a very simple ETA movement, going to cost $700 to service? So I was obviously quick to decline the service estimate and when I went to pick up the piece, he brought out the tray with my watch on it, dumped the tray on the table, and just stared at me as if I did something wrong, so I took my watch, and left without a word. I then took my piece to another local shop who did a fantastic job in servicing the piece in less than 4 days and it costed less than half of what I was quoted at the watch buyers group. It is quite clear to me that they deal with many people who don't know or understand the intricacies or details of watches and they just assumed I was one. I feel like they probably take advantage of those who don't know their timepieces as well as I know mine. read more

I'm so impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail from TWBG - Ben and Mia make such a great team! Ben quoted me a great price on a trade in for my Tudor Black Bay Steel ref 79730, and even better pricing on the trade up for the 2 liner Pelagos ref 25500TN. I also dropped off my Tudor 'Black Rose' for a factory polish and steam cleaning, Ben quoted me 2-3 weeks, and the watch was finished slightly inside of that timeframe. I was expecting that the fairly worn watch that I dropped off would look better after the cleaning, but I couldn't have been more surprised when I picked it up yesterday - the watch looked brand new! I'm so happy with the outcome, and more importantly the standard and level of detail that Ben, Mia and team hold TWBG to. I couldn't recommend this shop with any higher praise! -Geoff read more

I'd contacted this establishment as I was looking for a local Rolex AD/repair for my wife's Rolex Datejust as the bracelet was too short. I had bought the watch from an East-coast independent watch company, not knowing TWBG was in my backyard. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. Luckily, they had extra links in stock and offered to install them while I waited. I also viewed a few Seamasters and a Tudor. Great quality products and will visit them again on my next purchase. read more

FANTASTIC seller. Purchased a watch after calling to confirm details on their website. TWBG answered all questions with 100% candor, accuracy and truth. Came here to sell my Rolex. The place is hard to see as it is inside a small plaza along lake. I am somehow familiar with the area so I knew where to park. They have a parking lot at the back for all the establishments. Just walk towards the black building. You will see the sign but its located on the 2nd floor. Ben came to see me. He was very helpful and explained to me a few things about these watches and what drives their re-sell prices. I ended up not selling it here for some reason. But I am giving this review all because he was friendly and nice. He did go above and beyond. I might go back though. read more
