Excellent watch selling experience and excellent, separate experience with Rolex repair service! TWBG has completely earned my trust, respect and loyalty. As an out of state customer, I was very cautious about doing business with any jeweler in another state and I did a lot of research, but you still worry. These guys performed at 100% at every point of both my transactions by being communicative, accurate, professional, honest, and timely. Specifically, when selling my Breitling, they not only made the highest offer, but it was a flat, specific amount, not a "range" to give them wiggle room To low ball. In fact, the very day my watch arrived to them, they immediately confirmed receipt and paid me by my preferred method. They kept their word and never deviated from the attractive offer made. They even paid for the shipping to them..... Then I sent in my 1999 Rolex for overhaul/cleaning. They again had the best starting rate, sent me pictures and additional information about my piece and soon followed with a detailed itemization of the recommended replacement parts and price for each item. In total the full overhaul was priced below most other company's base rate alone.I was really impressed and relieved. They don't try to milk you for money once u send in your watch. Here's what really sets these guys apart; when I needed to eliminate the total repair time for personal reasons, I decided to pay a bit more for a local jeweler who promised a 3 week turnaround and contacted them to see if I could cancel my order and get the watch back. Once they get the watch they provide an estimate on the watch with parts and service. If you reject this offer they will ship the watch back to you free of charge. The communication during the overhaul period was excellent. I know that the final price of service was at least several hundred dollars less than the RWSC with the parts that were needed. The final results was a 24 year old watch that looked brand new. I haven't had it back very long yet, but it functions perfectly right now. A two year warranty is provided with overhaul. Took my Tudor Submariner here to get serviced and it took them 2 weeks just to give me an estimate. The estimate was over $400 more than what I was initially told it would cost in person. Not to mention, They also advertise on their website a full Rolex service with 5 year warranty for $395, so why is my piece, with a very simple ETA movement, going to cost $700 to service? So I was obviously quick to decline the service estimate and when I went to pick up the piece, he brought out the tray with my watch on it, dumped the tray on the table, and just stared at me as if I did something wrong, so I took my watch, and left without a word. I then took my piece to another local shop who did a fantastic job in servicing the piece in less than 4 days and it costed less than half of what I was quoted at the watch buyers group. It is quite clear to me that they deal with many people who don't know or understand the intricacies or details of watches and they just assumed I was one.
