They were somewhat rude about it but mostly this review is here in case you are considering watch repair or battery replacement definitely go elsewhere since according to the staff that's not what they do. I wanted either an authentic vintage or vintage inspired engagement ring that was unique and detailed. With the plethora of information my fiancé gathered, he made the decision to custom design my engagement ring. He based the design off a 1930's vintage inspired ring we saw together but used a modern cut radiant diamond as the centerpiece. After the design was hammered out between my fiancé and Kevork, everything was left into his expert hands. My fiancé had the piece of mind that Kevork would deliver an exceptional end result based on the fact that he knows his trade and is highly experienced. The design process included: sketches, explanations, and update as the ring progressed in hand made production. The duration was no longer than 3 weeks, maybe 2 weeks? I absolutely LOVE my ring.
