What can I say? Honest and loyal is a under statement. I went to them 3 years ago when my grandmother passed and she left a few rings that my grandfather had left for me. One of the rings had no marks of any karat so I had no clue if it was real or not. It had 9 diamonds that looked very dirty and to me it didn't look real either. I don't have a diamond tester so how would I know. Not only did they do everything right in front of my own two eyes they gave me European coffee and chocolates. They made me feel really comfortable. I don't trust or go anywhere else with any of my jewelry needs! They also do repairs and custom jewelry! This place is really great. I came to this location after already going to three other locations in the area. Out of all three locations, I ended up getting the most money and it took the least amount of time. The first cash for gold place offered me $350 and the place was kind of rude and pushy. The second place was ok but only offered me $650. The last place I went to was Express pay and I am glad I went here. The guy working told me exactly what type of gold I had on my watch and how much he could pay. There was no messing around and it was straight to the point. I figured out how much money I got for my watch in a couple minutes and got more than the first two places. Just came back from selling a very nice gold necklace from this place. No joke I was in and out of there in 15 minutes with cash for my necklace. The woman checking my piece was very thorough testing my gold to make sure it was an authentic piece and was very kind. I had gotten my necklace checked out by a jeweler before so I knew the ballpark of how much I was looking for. She gave me a very good and fair price for my gold! Had an excellent experience the first time i went in. Very friendly service, explained everything as they went. Scale was calibrated to a standard in front of me. I had brought in jewlery ive picked up from around the world, they were honest enough to tell me that some of my pieces marked 18k were actually 22k and paid accordingly. I have several gold chains and bracelets that I never wear and a few rings so I went here and met with Arem. I have never sold gold before or anything at a pawn shop (which this is not) but he made me feel at ease right away. Offered coffee or water, assisted me in looking for a chain I do need but suggested I look at their other location on Pacific instead. He quoted me a fair price for my gold, which I am in no need of selling right away but when I do, I will be coming here. Offered me some jewelry cleaner too.
