They told me the movement had stopped working and had to replace it. It took a few weeks for the movement to come in and when I picked it up it seemed to be working. A few days later, I noticed the watch was showing the incorrect time, and the hands were in places that didn't make sense, e.g. the hour hand was pointing directly at one, but the minute hand was pointing at six. I brought it back in and it took another week for them to get it fixed. Then about a month later, I noticed the exact same problem and brought it in once again. They fixed it but then the next day the problem manifested itself once more. At this point I was frustrated and left a negative review, but I decided to give it one more go. I brought in the watch again and explained my frustration. They took my complaints very seriously, replaced the movement, and tightened the watch hands so they would't slip out of place, and had my watch ready to go a few days later. It's been 4 days since I got the watch back and so far, no problems! Thank you, Time Machine, for fixing my watch!
